Arnav was sitting in his room dreading each second …………….. it has been 5 days since maan and khushi's engagement and 3 more days for marriage ……………… he tried all possible ways to talk to khushi and make her understand that how much he loves her and all that happened that day was his complete foolishness ………………
Geet promised to help arnav to get his love back and she stood by him everytime yet nothing succeed ……………….. geet herself was in worse condition …………….. seeing maan everyday was creating strange sensation in her ………………….. she never thought that she would be so weak and her love towards him is too strong ………………….. His pleading eyes everytime he tries to talk to her were making her weak ………………….. she was breaking every moment …………..
Khushi was living a dead life as she was stuck between two of her own decisions ……………… one to leave arnav and the other to marry maan ……………… she was having tough time arguing to herself that both her decisions were wise …………………. She so much wanted to liten to arnav and believe each of his words …………………. She so much wanted to forget everything and go back to him though she doesn't know if her heart will be safe with him this time …………………
Maan was dying every minute …………… everytime he see geet he want to take her in his arms , kiss her and let her know that nothing has changed and it can be their sweet life again ……………………. He wanted her to feel his love ……………….but he can't forgive himself for how he behaved that day then how can he expect her to forgive him …………………..but at least he deserve one chance to explain himself …………….. maan was hoping every minute that he could get his old geet back ………………….
They were busy regretting each other's action and decisions …………..living in a complete dilemma of pain and love but alas they didn't know love is pain ………………..
It was day of sangeet the whole mansion was decorated beautifully and everyone were excited ………………… That was the first marriage in khuranna house after Arnav's mother's and none wants to miss the fun ………………
Maan's sister anvesha and Arnav's sister Anjali was the ones having most fun …………………..Khushi didn't involve much yet she pretended to be happy and excited but her mind was constantly pondering on the talk that she had with maan in the morning regarding LOVE ………………….
Everyone were having full on masti singing and dancing ………………..it was a game where the one on whom the limelight falls should sing on the given topic ………………
Anjali and anvesha had their own plans to make their brothers sing ……………. Arnav was standing in a corner while by excuse anvesha brought maan there and when the light fell on arnav anveha pushed maan so that the light pointed both ………….

After calming her fast beating heart geet broke from his grip …………… maan's eyes were filled with concern that melted her …………… not to increase the weakness geet walked away from there not even giving him a glance ………………..
Maan's sould was pierced with hundred sword seeing her cold expressions ……………… before his lips could sing his heart started to mumble ………….

Everyone was dwelling in the same pain and it was visible in their eyes ……………………. God could have given them pain of anything but he chose to give them pain of love ………………….. something god himself doesn't know how to heel ………………………..

Maan couldn't handle more he was standing in the pool side holding a drink …………….. all memories flashed in his mind ………………. His grip on the glass tightened breaking the poor glass causing his hands to bleed ………………
" you don't feel the pain do u ? " maan heard a voice and turned to see arnav
Arnav walked towards maan and stood facing him …………
" or do u feel the pain here " arnav asked touching maan's heart
" I feel THE PAIN OF LOVE " maan said
Both sat dipping their legs in pool ……………..
" do u remember the day when u fought with me and threw my sketch books in pool for no reason " arnav asked
" that was not for no reason " maan said
" I know that was because geet gave me a ride in her new cycle and not you " arnav said
Maan turned to look at arnav and they both smiled recollecting many of their childhood fights …………….
" u always loved her don't you " arnav asked
" always " maan said
" u wanted her to be happy …………………….. in paris " arnav added after a while
Maan looked at him shocked
" geet always wanted to be an artist and u thought u being with her is distracting her from achieveing her dreams …………… u wanted her to go to paris to attend the biggest exhibition gallery taking place there " arnav said
Maan looked at arnav in disbelief ………………
" how do u know all this ? " maan asked
" I told him " both turned to find khushi standing there
" khushi ? " maan heard himself say
" khushi what are u doing here ? " maan asked
" maan do u think after u confessing to me today morning how much u love geet that u left her so that she could pursue her dreams I ll let ur heart break ………………… after all maan I m ur friend I want u to be happy " khushi said
" u arnav? "
" all I want is u and geet's happiness and I know I can't do it alone but need help " khushi said looking at maan 's eyes which made it obvious that till arnav and khusi were not in good terms ………………..
" but …….."
" how much ever I don't like u I can't see geet suffering like this so I can help u " arnav said
The night ended with ray of hope but not only for maan and geet but also for another couple indirectly ……………..
