Awww it's done! So sad. :( I'm glad you finished this though. I know there was a lot of drama associated with this and it wasn't always a smooth rode but I enjoyed the ride. I can honestly say I'll miss Ayaan, Sama, and your whole cast of characters.

P.S. I'm officially back at IF but my new job is super stressful (the reason I left) so I might have to relegate reading and commenting on updates to the weekend so any other stuff you put out there might not get quick replies. Sorry! I'm just way too tired at the end of the day. (I went to sleep at 8:30 pm on 2 separate occasions last week!) So yeah, still email me and I will try to be as quick as I can be on commenting. : )

AUTHOR'S THANK YOU NOTE

Hello everyone!

I would like to say Thank You to all the readers of Finally! specially those who stuck with it till the end!

The way you guys accepted Finally!, essentially a story which did not really have ArHi as the leads but rather was planned around their son with the whole family playing a role with the feel of ArHi in their son and daughter-in-law. So Thank You so much for doing that! :)

Some of you like Meera, Sona (mistyrains), Varsha (Psychedelic), Alanki (...Doctor...), Shobhu, Siva, Harshu, Ridz (BlueMystique, even though she seemed to have stopped reading somewhere in the middle), Anum (anumber1) and Poonam accepted the new characters with arms and hearts wide open and surprised me so much as to what was in these absolutely new characters, figments of my imagination, that attracted them to such an extent! The enthusiasm that you guys showed sailed this story through some pretty tough times and you know that...but I Thank You for being such wonderful readers once again (Ayaan sends a special SHIRTLESS Thank You to all of you! ;) :D)

Now to discuss the epilogue...I will not lie and say that I did not plan an epilogue because I did and it is all planned out in my head but it will most probably not be written down and posted here quite simply because this story has just ceased to be the stress buster it was supposed to be and the response to the last chapter of this SS (31 Likes and a handful of comments) just doesnt allow me to write or dwell anymore on it. So apologies for that but I cant bring myself to pen down something which I know will be read but not deemed okay enough to be commented on. I am not blaming any reader, maybe I write crap in this story but if I do write crap then what is the point of putting forth one more crappy chapter, right? So most probably no epilogue but a big Thank You to all!

To readers who press the 'Like' button but dont comment - One word wont hurt guys but Thank You for pressing the 'Like' button at least.

To readers who dont do either - I have nothing to say to you.

To everyone else, once again a BIG THANK YOU! :)

I'm so sorry I couldn't have read thisstory when it had BEGUN. You know, reading a story when it has completed... it has its own charm, but flowing with the story... the suspence when Ayaan was going to be separated from the love of his life... because her parents wanted to marry her somewhere else (Even though later...) I was sorry my comments wasn't one of the shockedly outraged ones, asking you why were you doing this to me!!

This story was in every way, a great mood lifter! And even if somebody BRIDLED my cheeks down.. I'm pretty sure they'd still curve upwards. I thank you for giving me these amazing moments of laughter, and knowing smiles... because frankly, as this show is going (stopped watching it for now... all I'm gonna say)... I'd be double, triple glad to read this again... and again!!

Over eighteen chapters, Ayaan Arnav Singh Raizada captured my heart <3 So perfect... I wish we were introduced earlier. Then the other's wont stand a chance. #evil vamp laugh. 😆

Rae, I thank you for penning this story down. Truly, it had been one hilarious stress buster of a journey. And though I climbed on the cart in the LAST moment, I STILL managed to enjoy myself.

Just you wait Rae... till my exams get over. I PROMISE to catch up with EVERYTHING!! I suck at being a fangirl. What to do. Too lazy. =|

I love this! And I understand why you didn't put an epilogue up... its okay. If people are selfish enough to NOT comment and give their much appreciated feedback, then its alright for you to NOT post an epilogue. Though can't say I DON't want an epilogue. Khushi ji's devi maiyya knows I do... but what to do. Life. Sigh.

Either ways... It was a HUGE pleasure reading finally! Like really!

Rae... I...I... I LOVE YOU, DAM... naahh.. Its getting TOO old. Just I love you.

I still can't believe that Finally! has finally come to an end *wipes tear*

It was such a wonderful FF, the new characters looked like our own. I never felt that I'm reading about them for the first time, they were so beautifully written. Hats off to you Rae! You deserve much more but I have nothing else but words.

I can read this FF again & again without getting bored, it's so damn interesting. All the emotions portrayed perfectly. All the characters flawless. Every chapter beautiful. I can keep writing about this :)

This is just, just so sad. Its like all those Finally! days, we all (The Jalebi Gang...:p) had been part of this huge, happy, filmi family. And reading through all those chapters, the whole journey since Unbelievable! was so heartening, de-stressing. And I'm sorry Rae, but a shirtless Ayaan is just not enough :/

But nonetheless, thank you for giving us this wonderful story, that has made us go Awww a gazillion times, smile till our faces would ache, and then feel like this tiny part of Ayaan & Samara's world will be missing from our much loved FF forum. But, like Meera said, long back, that this will be one story we'll always come back to, time and again.

Its sad, that so many people have missed their story, but honestly its there loss. You, in fact, should be proud of the fact that your work has the ability to make people insanely happy, its a gift Rae, cherish it :DD

A big thank you, for sharing this story, for all those times we spammed the Finally! threads, and most of all giving us like I have said many times before, the ideal family, the ideal man, the ideal marriage and so much more.

Ahem. You don't write crap. You are a fab writer Rae and no one is going to tell you otherwise.

And Nope. I'm not going to miss Aynu at all. *looks around for Sama or anybody else* We have a deal regarding his first extra marital affair being with me. :p

To the whole of the Raizadas and their Samdhis' and their creator Rae. Huuuge hug 🤗 You have made reading Finally! such an amazing experience! :) As much as the dismal response to this SS pains me, I will cherish being a part of it as one of it most avid readers! :) And Epilogue or no epilogue, there is no taking away that Karan Johar and Sooraj Barjatya would be proud of this story! :p lol

I said it before and I will say it again, if someone hasnt read this story, they've missed something and let me define something here.

- A warm, fuzzy feeling after every update

- A million smiles, a few chortles and tons of awww through each chapter reading

- A vision to see things as they can be in the future, despite how terrible they are in today

- An evlution in characters that we may actually never, really see on screen

- And a love story of the mid 90s - of DDLJ and Hum Aapke Hain Kaun style!

Maybe this isn't what people want to read anymore

Strange because give me simple, happy stories over tons of angst anyday. Isn't there real angst in life already? :)

You dont have to write an Epilogue, I still maintain, I can create an Epilogue and so many more epilogues just based on what you've created here

I'll miss this story and ts wonderful characters - especially Ayaan, Sama, Akshay and Priyanka!! Muah to them all and hugs to their creator

If You would hv been here I would hv literally fought with you how could you say your work as crap if some people don't appreciate creativity then it's their problem not yours
So just chuck them off
I loved this story and from the last comment u can gather how much
U r one great writer Rae and m so glad to have read this SS and gonna miss it's updated
Once again thank you for putting up such great work for us
I would appreciate a epilogue but won't force you if u dont like putting it up

P.S. I was trying to think who I would miss the most out of the characters but I love all the new kids on the block so much that I can't pick a favorite. (I'm kinda leaning towards a tie between Priyanka and Ayaan though but ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably say 2 other names. lol)
