hey guys so sry it's been so long since an update i was actually concentrating on my other works...after this update i will probably put this ff on hold until i finish the others that i have started. sorry it's short the next update will be longer.
Chapter 7:Khushi stood in Arnav's office while he was in his meeting. He had dictated whatever he wanted and know it was Khushi who had to type it all up.
"Hey devi maiya this is not what i signed up for." Khushi said typing away bored as hell. She finished typing what she had too and then she got up tired of sitting on ASR's comfy chair. Deciding to look around his office she started at the pictures by the glass door. Smiling she picked one up of Anjali and him.
"So cute, Anjali looks so pretty smiling and that akroo can't even smile for a picture with his sweet di." Khushi said shaking her head. Walking even further she found pictures of everyone in his family and smiled to herself. "He looks so hard on the outside but looking at this it makes him seem kind of sweet."
"Khushi Kumari Gupta what do you think you're doing?" Arnav came in angry that his PA was looking around his office like a spy.
Khushi's eyes widened at the thought of being caught and turned around slowly, "Sorry sir." she said quickly running to his desk. On the way there she bumped into a chair and heard Arnav say, "Careful khushi."
"Okay Khushi get ready you have five minutes we are leaving for another meeting." Arnav said.
Khushi looked at him in shock and said, "Par mein meeting mein?"
"Are there any problems?" Arnav asked with his eyebrows raised and Khushi straightened her form and shook her head following Arnav out.
"Hamesha darake rakhta hai." Khushi muttered to herself not knowing that Arnav heard her and stopped walking as he turned around.
Not looking where she was going she bumped right into Arnav causing him to wrap his arms around her to stop her from falling.
Being so close to Arnav made Khushi's heart beat soar. Dhak dhak dhak, her hear beat sang as she looked into his brown eyes.
Arnav didn't know what it was, whether it was her innocent face, her beautiful black hair, or her gorgeous brown eyes; but there was something about her that attracted him to her.
He moved her bangs out of her eyes and then realized what he was doing snapping out of the moment.
Narrowing his eyes at her he said, "Boss main hoon aur employee tum which means that you have to do as I said. Khushi walk properly and stop talking to yourself. You are making yourself look crazier then usual." Arnav said in his original ASR form not liking how this one girl that he had only known for two days was changing his attitude.
"Dekho laad governor you may be the boss but there is a certain thing called societal manners which you should follow." Khushi gave him a sarcastic smile annoyed at what he said. "Besides only a crazy person would recognize when someone else is acting crazy." Khushi said with a grin as she stepped around him and made her way to the parking lot leaving Arnav in shock behind her.
Arnav grinned and said, "Khushi Kumari Gupta you have passed your first day at the job, let's see how things go, she is going to be a very interesting PA." You know why she's interesting right Arnav, he heard the voice inside his head tell him, because she is special and you feel it in your heart, because when she collided into you and was looking into your eyes you felt something you haven't felt ever, your heart skip a beat.
Arnav got into his car and put on his seat belt. He looked over to where Khushi was seating and smirked. Starting his car he breaked hard causing Khushi to fly forward only to be pulled back by her seat belt.
"My bad." Arnav said with a small smirk.
"Laad governor." Khushi muttered.
Arnav made his way onto the high way and was driving to the restaurant where his meeting was.
"Waise Akr, i mean Arnavji where are we going?" Khushi asked quickly fixing her slip up.
"To a meeting." Arnav stated.
"Woh toh hume bhi pata hai par kaha?" Khushi said again.
"A restaurant, and look here we are. You know what Khushi I didn't realize how time flew by so fast when you were so quiet at the beginning of our car ride." Arnav said with a small grin as he saw Khushi glare at him.
Going into the restaurant the manager recognized Arnav in a second, "Mr. Raizada welcome but I tried calling you, the meeting has been postponed Mr. Sinha had to leave for an emergency." he said.
Agitated Arnav went to open his mouth but Khushi beat him to the punch. Laughing she said, "Meeting is cancelled?"
Getting a glare from Arnav she coughed out her laughter and said, "I mean what the?" making the manager crack a grin.
"Khushi." Arnav said in a warning tone making Khushi shut up and stand quietly.
While Arnav talked to the manager Khushi looked around and stopped at a certain someone. She gasped and frantically tapped Arnav's shoulder.
"Arnavji!" Khushi said after being ignored by Arnav.
"What!" Arnav said annoyed at her constant tapping.
"Look jiji." Khushi said pointing.
"And Akash?" Arnav said confused. The both looked at each other and at Payash.
"We'll take a table for two next to those two." Arnav said, "But make it so that they can't see us but we can see them." Arnav said nodding at Khushi who had a fierce look on her face. She was going to find out what was going on.
