I hope Naina forgives Khushi. I really dont like her to be pissed off with Khushi. And I feel Prem is as much of a son to Naina as he is to khushi.

Karan came in Khushi's room with Prem and saw her packing her bag and said...I didnt know he married you like this...Are you comfortable traveling with him? I want to kill this Shyam...

Khushi looked up from her packing and said...I will be fine..He wont hurt me...Then she smiled and said..His bark is worst...he doesnt bite... And Shyam isnt worth it...

But Karan was very serious..He came close and said...Khushi, Im sorry to ask you this but I need to know...Has he ever...er...used force...He couldnt continue and looked at Prem...Khushi looked into his eyes and knew what her brother was asking...

Khushi replied...No...never...He isnt like that...He just loves his family very much...

Relief came over Karan's face and he said...Ya, I can see that...When Arnav loves...he loves unconditionally...And im glad...

Khushi blushed and said...He doesnt love me...

Karan...Ya... we all saw and heard that...Give him one chance...If you want too...If you feel he can give you the happiness you deserve...Thats all im asking...

Khushi looked at Karan and said...Ill see...

Karan smiled and left the room...He was happy with what was happening...But he was also sad...He hugged Prem and sighed...We will need to live without the two of you...

Karan and Naina left for the airport and Khushi was waiting with Prem in her room for Arnav to return...When he came they were on their way to the Helipad...Khushi was silent the whole way...Arnav asked...Are you ok with this trip? I dont want to force you or anything...

Khushi looked at him and said..What??

Arnav...Why are you so sad? If you are not happy in going with me, I can cancel the trip?

Khushi...No...I want to go...Its just that...She sighed and said...Naina left without a good bye...

Arnav was silent for a while...He had met them in the lobby and Naina had given a message for Khushi, which Arnav would never pass on to her..She had quietly told him...Take Khushi to her parents and make sure she stays there only...

Arnav smiled and said...Shes angry...Remember she had said she would slap Khushi's husband the minute she meets him...I am wondering when that will happen...

They both laughed and their mood improved...Prem was fast asleep in Khushi's arms and she said...Naina cant live without him...And you will soon find out how Prem lives without her...I can never separate them...We might have to go back early too...

Arnav didnt reply...He was in deep thought...It wasnt right to separate Khushi from her family...She had sacrificed till now...Now it was his turn...

The ride in the helicopter was smooth...But Khushi was holding on tight to Arnav...Prem was in Arnav's arms and Khushi had both her arms around them...Holding them tight...Eyes shut...It took them few hours to reach Lucknow...When the helicopter landed...Khushi opened her eyes and they collided with warm and loving eyes of Arnav...She blinked...She must be careful...Or she would fall in love with him...And that was the last thing she wanted...They got off and she saw where they had come...She looked at the Sheesh Mehal and then at Arnav...Even at night, it was as beautiful and huge as before...

Arnav...Amma's home is about 45 minutes drive from here...Its late now...By the time we reach them they will be fast asleep...I have told them we will be coming in the morning...So, lets rest tonight and you can meet them in the morning...

Arnav took them inside and they had dinner...Then he took her to her room...It was a huge bedroom with an even bigger bed...Arnav said...I will see you both in the morning and he left...

Prem was now tired and cranky...Khushi tried to calm him but he wouldnt settle...Prem was a good baby, But there were days when he just wouldnt settle...Khushi tried her best...But he wouldnt stop crying...

Khushi was patting him and walking in the room trying to pacify him...She knew who he was missing...She was sure Naina was missing him too...She sighed...Just then there was a knock on her door and Arnav entered...He came near them and said...Is something wrong with him...Should I call a doctor...

Khushi...No, he needs Naina...He gets upset sometimes...Prem was still crying and then he turned his head and saw Arnav. He stopped crying...He raised his arms to him...As if asking to be picked up...Arnav didnt need another invitation...He quickly took Prem and tried to pacify him and patted him...Prem cried a bit and then his cries changed in to baby talk...

Khushi smiled and said...He thinks you are Karan...

Arnav smiled and said...Or maybe he knows who I really am...Then towards Prem...Hey baby...Why are you crying...Arnav started to talk to him and he was answering back as if complaining... Khushi saw them both together and she was puzzled...She didnt know what to do or who to choose...

Finally Arnav was able to put Prem to sleep and in doing so, he also fell asleep...Khushi wanted to wake him, but he looked so innocent and loving...Plus she didnt want to disturb Prem who was tucked beside him...She turned the lights down and lay on the bed beside them...It was alright...She told herself...It was a huge bed...Arnav would stay on his side of the bed...She fell asleep too...

Prem cried in the middle of the night and Khushi nursed him to sleep...In the morning when she tried to move she couldnt...Arnav was sleeping behind her...And she was trapped by the weight of his arm and his one leg was flung over hers...In other words, this time Arnav was all over Khushi...She looked at Prem, he was safely sleeping beside her...She tried to move but couldnt...This woke Arnav and he turned her face towards his and said...Now I sleep like you...

Khushi tired to free herself again and said...Let me go...

Arnav looking at her lips said...Whats the hurry...And he kissed her...Khushi was stunned for a second and then she started to resist...She couldnt give in...It would be so easy...But then what?? She wasnt sure if she wanted to go back to him...She pushed him and he moved back...

Khushi...Seduction wont help...

Arnav...I wasnt seducing you...Its just that you look so beautiful in the morning, I couldnt resist it...

Khushi...The room is dark, how can you see me...

Khushi knew it was a mistake coming to this trip with him...His words and touches were not good for her...It would be so easy to fall for him again...But then what???

After breakfast they left for Garima's house...Both were silent...Prem was doing all the talking...Tata...Ba da da da...

Arnav suddenly said...Your mom thinks we are...you know...ee together...

Khushi...Yes I know, she was so excited on the phone, she could hardly talk...

They reached their destination and Khushi ran in to meet her parents...It was nearly a year since she last met them...Garima couldnt contain her happiness...She was crying and smiling at the same time...Kissing and hugging Khushi again and again...Kissing Prem too...

Then Khushi saw her Babu ji...He smiled and raised his arms, motioning her to come to him...Khushi handed Prem to her mom and ran to hug her Babu ji...Who was actually standing with the help of the walker and also talking...She was very happy to see him like that...

After a while they all settled down and Garima was firing one question after another at Khushi...Babu ji asked her to calm down and to feed them...Arnav had been watching the reunion...He was happy and sad at the same time...It was all cause of him...Prem was really upset now...He started to cry and Arnav took him and tried to pacify him...Walked out in the balcony and took his phone out...He knew what would sooth his baby...

Back in Mumbai...

Naina was very upset and not feeling well...Karan had tried to call the doctor but she had refused...She said she was fine...Then she said...Why did you let them go? I didnt even say bye to them...

Karan...Well...You refused to say bye...And I had to let her go...Naina, I want to see her happy...I can see the glow in her eyes when Arnav is around...When he goes away...It just dims...

Naina smiled and said...Yes, I have noticed that too...Its like she becomes alive when he is around...I dont mind Arnav...Its not that I dont want Khushi to be happy...I want her to be very happy...But he will take them away...Then???

Karan...Then we go and visit them...thats it...

Arnav..Hey Naina...Are you still upset with us??

The minute Prem heard Naina's voice and he saw her...He started to reach for the phone and calmed down and started to baby talk with her...

Khushi was busy talking to her Babu ji and Amma was heating the food for them...

After lunch Prem fell asleep... Amma also took Babu ji to their room...Khushi was standing in the balcony looking around her...It was a nice small flat, on the ground floor...It had two bed rooms...And it was surrounded by other similar flats...Arnav came and stood by her...And told her that the rehab was nearby and there was a doctor who was available 24/7...

Khushi knew all that...Babu ji had told her that...In fact what Babu ji had said had surprised Khushi...He told her that it was cause of her that they were given such a nice place to live, with all the facilities, doctors and physiotherapists who had made it possible for him to talk and walk...Khushi had been shocked...Babu ji went on explaining to her that as she had applied for his disability, and the govt was giving them all this...Khushi knew she hadnt done any of this...And she was quiet aware of who could be behind all this and she asked him...SO, how do you know about all this, Arnav ji???

Arnav flushed and said...Babuji told me...

Khushi looked at him...She just wanted to run to him and hug him tight and thank him for everything...She knew all this had to be his doing...And he had used Khushi's name so her parents wouldnt feel burdened...Khushi just smiled...She was getting more confused than before...She couldnt leave Naina and Karan...And if she didnt...then what about Arnav??? She knew it was a matter of few days and she would forgive him and...And what?? Go back to Raizada's house...Where Shyam and mami ji lived??? She told herself...NO Khushi you cant do that...

Khushi...Baji told me that it was cause of Shyam that he suffered the stroke...

Arnav's face changed...Its cause of Shyam that we re suffering so much...Damn him...Wish i can throw him out of everyones life...

She was in deep thoughts when Arnavs phone went off...It was Aman...Khushi excused herself and went indoors...Leaving him alone to talk...

Arnav spoke for a while...Yes...OK...So soon...hmmm...Nani must have asked Di to kick him out...Oh it was mutual...What??? He wants Di to pay him to get out of his life...IN USA...How much??? $500,000.00...Hmmm...Aman, get all the paper work done...Make sure he signs them all...Then transfer the money to his account in USA...I want this done ASAP.. Arnav smiled his wish coming true...So Di had finally come to her senses and was getting rid of Shyam...He was leaving for USA as soon as money was deposited into his account...Arnav sighed in relief...At last Shyam would be out of their lives...

He went inside and told Khushi he needed to go to Sheesh Mehal for some urgent work and would be back in the morning...Khushi nodded and saw him leave...He had just left and Khushi was already missing him...

It was night now...Arnav had been gone for hours...Khushi told Amma and Babu ji about Karan and how grandfather had not wanted her, so he had send her with Garima...Karan had been searching for her and had finally found her...Garima was very happy to hear that...Then Khushi asked them to forgive Buaji and Payal and asked them to come to Mumbai with her...Garima and Babu ji both refused...Said they would never forgive Buaji...

Arnav had just returned and he heard them and said...If you wont forgive, how will others learn to forgive...And he looked at Khushi...

Garima knew what he meant, she knew they were not together and said...I dont mind going to Delhi... to meet Buaji and Payal...

Arnav smiled and said...There is a wedding there in three weeks time...I can make arrangements for you to come there...This way you both can meet everyone...

So it was decided...Arnav would make arrangements for them to come to Delhi for the wedding...

Khushi was lying on the bed...Eyes closed..Prem in between them...They had no choice but to share the bed...Amma and Babu ji expected that and there was no other place to sleep...Why was he doing all this?? Was he trying to make an impression on her...But dismissed that thought...Wasnt he always like this...went out of his way to help his family...His family...So he must be considering her parents to be his family...She sighed and fell asleep... Prem slept peacefully the whole night...Khushi woke up the next morning and saw Prem still sleeping peacefully...Then her eyes went to her hand...It was being held by his hand...Like he always did...She wanted to cry then...She freed her hand, got up and went out...
