Khushi opened the door to catch a glimpse of a haggard and exhausted looking Arnav before Asmara launched herself into her dad's waiting arms, an act they had perfected over time and Arnav's face broke into a radiant smile, all traces of tiredness suddenly gone. This is a trait I guess all doting dads have perfected. I am told that before leaving for office and after coming back, no matter how tired my dad was he would take me for a ride. I dont remember anything

and then of course he'd want to know all about her day and what she did. I guess my dad too waits for me to start blabbering away about what I did in clg what I liked n akjgasdv I say😆 I've feeling he gets tensed when I dont talk😆 My dad doesnt say much his actions do the talking 😊

Khushi smiled as she remembered Arnav telling her once that coming home and getting greeted by his little baby was one of the things he looked forward to every single day. I know yes I ABSOLUTELY know n am sure every dad does that😃

He finally collapsed on the ground and Asmara started ranting "More daddy more! Asmara wants more!" I can sure imagine Arnav bowing to his little angel's commands.

Leaving them having their father-daughter moment Khushi went to take her daily shower and later found them both in the kitchen with Asmara perched on the counter while a completely out of place Arnav tried to prepare her the desired breakfast. That sight had made her laugh out loud. Arnav never set foot in the kitchen but his daughter had made him do that too. My dad still does that. Not perching me on the counter or something but whenever he makes something I'm left with nothing to do! He does everything so fast that I just stand there n watch him cook. He is a fab cook😃

"Yes, we'll go tomor..." and before he could complete his sentence, he saw Asmara's big doe like eyes slowly filling with tears and every other thought flew out his mind except to stop those precious tears from falling. Yeah for sure. After all girls are their daddy's precious little angels. No matter the age 😊

He was even more panicked than Khushi and it was the only time Khushi had actually seen a tear fall from his eye which he'd rubbed away furiously while continuing to run and call his daughter and on finding her had first hugged and kissed her and then scolded her for the first time ever. My dad panics even if i hit my foot on the sofa by mistake. He quickly passes me a bottle of iodex to put on it. I can imagine Arnav too desperately searching for his daughter

Khushi had now dressed Asmara in a frilly pink frock and was getting ready herself when Asmara came bouncing up to Arnav smiling cheekly, "Daddy, my shoe's untied! Can you tie it up?" I used to wake my dad up when I was in primary. He had to get up early only to make me wear my socks n shoes. I would irritate my mom to no end😆

"Khushi, the day I will go down on my knees for another girl will be the day I will tie a shoe lace for our daughter!" Thats the best line any dad can say for his daughter
