Recap: Kria in hospital/ Rey stays with her.

Two months passed, and Kria had recovered completely. She had started going back to school. Being a fast learner, she covered the portions she had missed by getting notes from Sharon and Swayam . Her friends supported her a lot, and that's the reason she was fine today.
It was a beautiful Monday, and the skies were clear with no sign of rain. Kria stood in front of her locker, taking out the books for her first period World History class when Rey came and stood beside her. "Hey! How are you feeling today?" Rey asked casually, as if nothing had happened between them. "I'm better. Thankyou. Shouldn't you be in class by now?" Kria asked, putting her books inside her bag and closing the door of her locker. "Nah, I have free period.I needed to ask you something." Rey said. Kria turned to look at him. "Ask fast. There's only a minute left for the bell." Kria said. "Kria, I want things to go back to how it was again. I want us to be best friends again. To talk, hang out like old times." Rey said, crossing his fingers and hoping Kria would say yes atleast to be best friends. But to his surprise, she said. "No Rey. I don't think I could be best friends with you ever again. I'm sorry." Rey looked at her, confused. "What? Why?" Rey asked. "Because I.." Kria was gonna complete the sentence, when the bell rang interrupting their moment of truth. "Goodbye Rey." Kria said, and walked away from him to her class. Rey watched her go. He felt betrayed. Like a thousand knives had stabbed him. He had never imagined Kria telling no to be best friends with him. Okay, it was his fault. He should have told her before when she asked him to be Aashi's boyfriend.
He went to the library and pretended to study, when his mind was only in Kria's thoughts. Why had she said that? And what did she want to tell him? He thought and thought till the end of first period bell rang and he had to go for his next class.
But he couldn't concentrate in any class because of what had happened in the morning. Even during lunch, they didn't talk. No matter how hard Sharon and Swayam tried, Kria never sat with Rey. The next few days passed like that.
Rey opened his locker one morning, when a note fell out. He picked it up excitedly because he knew it would be the same person. He hoped that his secret admirer would have left some clue. But no, she hadn't.
The note just said:
I see you. But you don't. Or maybe you do? I don't know. Try to find out who I am. Please?
Rey was now very desperate to find out about his secret admirer. "Who could it be?" Rey thought. He noticed their friend, Cindy coming to take the books out of her locker.
Kria was talking to Sharon when she saw Rey talking to Cindy. They laughing and talking and giggling and what not. Kria couldn't control herself. She screamed at Sharon. "I hate Rey. Look at how he's flirting with Cindy!" Sharon was taken aback by this sudden screaming. "Hey, chill. You scared me. You've told me 125 times that you hate Rey in the past month. You really think I'm gonna believe that? You can fool everyone on this Earth, but not me. I know you too well." Sharon said. "Anyway, Cindy's not gonna take Rey away. She's going out with Ian remember?" Sharon said. "Yes,but Aashi doesn't know that. And if she sees this, she's definitely gonna get the wrong idea." Kria said, still looking at Rey and Cindy. "Then let her." Sharon said, wanting Rey and Aashi to break up. "Kria, only because you made me promise on you, I'm not uttering a word to Rey. Otherwise, I would have told him about Aashi ages ago." Sharon said. "Hold on to that promise till I tell you to break it." Kria said. Then she saw Aashi coming to her locker with Kaycee. "OMG! Aashi's coming!" Kria said to Sharon. "CINDY!! Hey!! Come here, I need to tell you something really important." Kria shouted. Rey and Cindy looked up. "Huh? Something important?" Sharon asked. Kria elbowed her. "Ouch Kria! That hurt." Sharon said. "Sorry. But Cindy has to come here." Kria said. Cindy came to them and Kria sighed with relief. "What happened Kria?" Cindy asked. "Well..Well..I forgot to tell you..But Mr.Smith, our chemistry teacher, asked u to look at the topics of the project." Kria said. "Okay. Thanks! I will. See you later." Cindy said, and walked off.
Then the bell rang and it was time to go home. At home, Kria pretty much sat studying and browsing and texting etc.
Two days later,Rey opened his locker again to see if he had received another note from his secret admirer. Seeing a note fall out of his locker, he smiled. He opened it and read. No clue again. He was disappointed. The note read:
Dear Rey,
You would have figured out who I am by now. Read this letter only if you have. Please respect my feelings and don't read it unless you know who I am.
Rey didn't want to disrespect his secret admirer, and so he did as she told. He didn't read the remaining part of the note, or letter should I say? Because it was a huge piece of paper. He went to class but he kept thinking about the note-sender. "It has to be someone I know. Maybe Kaycee? No, it can't be. Or could it? No I'm positive, It can't be her." Rey thought to himself. Even during chemistry, he was half-listening and Kria had to do the whole experiment alone.
The day passed by and it was raining heavily and he was now going mad thinking about who it could be. He made a vow to himself that he would not sleep until he finds out. But he slept anyway.
Precap: "You've gotta be kidding me!" Rey said to himself.
