Geet headed towards her office …… she was just thinkinking how to keep herself away from maan and this presence….. the party night was haunting her…his sarcastic comment of meeting her again and those painful eyes with immense hatred were somewhere making her feel guilty but don't know the reason of that…..

On the other side maan got ready for his office …. He didn't sleep for even a second last night memories both bitter and sweet keep lingering in his mind …… on pretext of work he thought of leaving early but was caught by his family ……

His mom asked him to join for the breakfast and inturn it only lead to a hot argument between mother and son when maan clearly refused to have anything not even a cup of coffee…..

When vani saw maan desending the stairs she called him

Vani: maan come son breakfast is ready ….. all are waiting for you only let me bring your black coffee…..

Maan: mom I am getting late for an important meeting sorry I am going ……

When maan was going his mother literally shouted at him in pain and affection…. Motherly warmth that wanted to sooth the pain of her son…. The son who she carried in her womb for nine months…. Who never denied his mother for anything is somewhere lost in his own world…..

Vani: maan just stop right there …. I know there is no meeting at this time… why are you lying I can clearly see …. And am seeing from past three years that you are least bothered about your family…. You have forgot that there some people who wanted to talk to you sometimes want to see you….. ask you about your well being but why will you bother nothing matters to you….. maan nothing matters to you

Maan was about to answer back but he cannot see his family burning in same remorse that he is going through …… he knew that his family will somewhere held themselves for his torned life and he can't see that ……

Maan: ( calmly with expressionless attitude) mom nothing matters to me please can I go…..

Vani: maan just answer my question why are you living like a lifeless body whose soul has departed please son I can't see you like that …..

Why are you bothering yourself with what happened three years back… move in your life…..

Listening to his mom aaiyna's words … geet and her actions came in his mind and he shouted

Maan: MOVE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! Mom my life has ended ….. you are right I am a lifeless body with no soul ….. and you can''t expect anything from a dead person…..a dead body…..

And left from there…..

Every heart ached seeing him going without even having breakfast but none can do anything to soothe his pain …….. these years has made him hard as rock …he counts no emotins no feelings all these things are baseless and waste of time for him …

A mother's heart bleed seeing her only child turning into an insensitive and ruthless person who doesnot care for anyone not even for himself……

On the other side at MITTAL"S

Neeraj officially introduced geet to the project member handling the khurana's project …

At the conference hall

Neeraj: good morning everyone …… I have called you to discuss the basic details and necessities of this project and further formally introduce you to the new project head of this branch…..

Meet miss geet she will be handling the project and all the major decisions will be taken by her…..

Geet was astounded listening to neeraj about his decisions……

Where on the other side neeraj continued….

Neeraj: Mr. Khurana wants the basic designs and blueprints and structural design…. I want you to start working on it and ask MR. Khurana's sectray and arrange a meeting regarding the same…. Any further doubts you can clear with miss geet…..

With that he asked everyone to proceed with their work and asked geet to come with him…

Neeraj: geet come I'll show you your cabin….

The cabin was as simple as geet wanted simple decors …. White interior ……

He even introduced her to her secretary himani and called himani to geet's cabin……

Neeraj : geet she is himani she'll be your secretary……

When after sometime both the friends were alone neeraj noticed that geet was unusually quite ……..

Neeraj took geet to nearby couch and gently asked her with brotherly affection……

Neeraj: geet what happened….. I am seeing you have not spoken anything not even in conference room and you are sitting quitely also here….. what's bothering you……

Geet looked at him tried to hide her fear of letting him down….. and smiled fakely

Geet: nothing I am fine neeraj…..

Neeraj: seriously geet you need to change ….. now tell me what happen …… if not as a friend then as a brother you can tell me……

Listening to brother tears started forming in her eyes and she let her fears spilled in front of him…..

Geet: neeraj how can I …. How can I take decision regarding the project what if something goes down then what will I do…. How will I face you….. I can't … I just can't… please…..

Neeraj: geet you didn't consider me as your brother I know that…. And how can you think something will go wrong…. I have full trust on you…..you will be successful like always just bring that teacher that strict proffessor out of you whom you used to scare poor students of yours in daarjeeling…..

Geet looked at neeraj with her big doe eyes in sheer amazement and cute frown…..

Geet: what did you say I used to scare my students….. you know my students do call me here also saying they are missing me …. My lectures and scoldings…..

Neeraj with a smirk….. like saying I told you scoldings….

Geet made a baby face and both burst out laughing……

Neeraj: jokes apart now tell me the scond thing which is bothering you……

Geet : how do you know that there is something more bothering me……

Neeraj: geet just tell me….

Geet: wo actually diya…..

Neeraj: diya… what happened to princess is she fine…where is she…. Geet dammit tell me where is princesss….

Geet: relax neeraj diya is fine and handed him the consent slip ……

Neeraj looked at the slip the details and everything and understood geet's apprehensive attitude……and knew that for diya's overall growth he need to made geet understand the situation…..

neeraj : wow…. Geet camping nice…actually brilliant idea for diya to mix with children of her age….. and asked her raising an eyebrow towards her…..

neeraj: tell me princess is going…. Right geet…..

geet: I don't know neeraj diya is so small how can I let her go…. And its for two days how will she stay there without me….

Neeraj: I can understand your concerns but it will be great for diya….. you can't deprive her of having fun in her life geet and morever there will be teachers for takimg care of students…. And if you are not still satisfied then we can meet her teachers…..

Geet: I met them alredy they said the same….

Neeraj: then what's the problem …..

Geet: I don't know neeraj….. I can't stay away from my baby …..

Neeraj: geet just for once let yourself free from all the uncertainities and then think I am sure you will get all your answers….

With that he left geet …..

Geet st: I think neeraj is right I will not let my anxiety affect my baby nor neeraj's trust and confidence on me….. I will do your project with utmost dedication Mr. Maan Khurana…..

This is not the same geet whom you meet three years back… she is changed …. And changed due to you and your perfidy………………….

NOTE: guys both maan and geet are in pain both are suffering not only geet or maan ...
the event that took place between them will be out soon... till then enjoy...
