Part 16:

Arnav: Dad... Its ok.. Let her take some time. I dont mind.. And you (He said looking at her now).. Dont spoil your mood.. Allright.. Take time in deciding what you wanna do.. I am fine..

Khushi smiled at them. She was very happy from within.. She knew what she was doing.. This was the first step she had to take for mending their relation. She had to show Arnav that his dad cares for him and his words and he would never let anyone ..not even her to betray him.

The Dinner was over and she was in the Kitchen instructing the servants on arranging everything else when Arnav came in..

Arnav: Khushi.. Its 10:45 baby.. Dont you wanna change?

The maid servant was still there and she too blushed listening this from Arnav. Khushi was fuming.. How could he just say all this in front of anyone? She asked the maid to continue her work and the maid went out.. Arnav came in and then hugged her.. She was turning the Kitchen lights off.

Khushi: Arnav.. What are you doing? Leave me..I am coming ok?

Arnav: You are taking too long.. You have just 13 more minutes to wear it..

Khushi: Arnav.. Enough now.. I told you I would wear it.. So stop countin the minutes...

Arnav: I wont Khushi.. For just taking off the kitchen lights you wasted 5 minutes.. I think to reach the bedroom you will take the entire night..

He picked her in his arms and started walking towards the bedroom when his Dad almost came in their way.. Khushi was all shy seeing his Dad and so was Arnav.. He didnt show he too was shy to meet his dad like that.. But yeah.. He did feel something.. He still didnt keep Khushi down.. He was still holding her..

Khushi: Dad.. You needed anything?

Arnav's Dad (Blushing): Umm no Khushi.. Nothing.. Good night to both..

He said that and left.. Arnav again started walking casually with her in his arms to their room.

Khushi: Arnav.. Put me down.. God you have become so shameless.. What would Dad think?

Arnav: I dont care what he thinks.. Ok?

He came inside the room and then locked it. He then placed her on the bed and she got up immediately..

Arnav: So its 05 minutes for 11:00.. Make it soon Khushi.. I cant wait that long..

Khushi: Wait for what?

Arnav: To see you in my gift.. What else?

Khushi was really getting scared now.. What was she suppose to do? She had to wear it tonight.. She didnt think of any other option.. She came near Arnav and then cupped his face..

Khushi: Arnav.. Really you want me to wear it now? Its 11:00pm Jaan .. and I am really sleepy.. You know how busy I was today.. Look in my eyes.. See they are sooo sleepy.. (She yawned.. )

Arnav looked at her.. Yes she really looked tired..

Arnav: Fine.. So what if you sleepy.. Whats the harm in just wearing the gift? I wont trouble you after that.. Ok?

Khushi: Sure you will let me sleep after wearing that?

Arnav: Yes.. I will.. Trust me..

Khushi: OK then.. I will get changed..

Khushi took the box which was still on the bed and she rushed inside the bathroom. Arnav smiled.. He was no way giving her some rest tonight...He lied to her that he would allow her to sleep. How could he after seeing her in that? He himself started making the bed ready. He kept his phone aside and then started closing the lights. It was dark now.. He only switched on the Bed Side table lamp.

She was in the bathroom. She removed her saree and then opened the gift box. She was still hesitating to wear something like this in front of him.. The material was quite soft and lacy.. It could hardly cover anything.. How can she wear it? She had to do something else.. She wore the two pieces and then wore the bathrobe on it.. Yes.. if he insisted that she has to sleep in this two piece she would sleep on this bathrobe tonight..

She opened the door and came out. He saw her. She was in the white bathrobe which was till her knees. The Knot was tied at the side and she looked nervous.. She had left her hair open and she was shy to come ahead.. He himself came near her and then picked her again in his arms.. She didnt deny.. She didnt wanted to deny him. She held his shoulders and he made her lie on the bed.. She was very scared now.. What was he going to do next? Arnav bent on her.

Arnav: I know you sleepy baby. But just one kiss wont break your sleep right?

He started caressing her cheeks and she closed her eyes..

Khushi: Kiss? Where?

Arnav started laughing.. He knew she was scared he would be kissing her on his gift. Well yes he would.. But he didnt want to scare her currently..

Arnav: On your cheeks baby.. Where else?

Khushi relaxed..

Arnav: Khushi.. But for that simple kiss you would first need to show me whether you really have worn my gift or not..

Khushi: What? Thats not fair Arnav..You asked me to wear it.. And I did..

Arnav: Wrong.. I told you I want to see you in it.. How would I see you when you have worn the bathrobe over it.. Remove it off first.

Khushi sat on the bed and then held the bathrobe knot tight..

Khushi: I wont remove.. Arnav

Arnav: Really? Fine.. I will do it then.

He said that and tried to pull her close when she got up from the bed and started running around in the room. She was really one innocent piece.. She knew she cannot run outside the room in this outfit and she also knew that how long can she run from him in the same room. Yet she gave all her try not to reach his arms.. He loved her innocence.. He got up and folded his hands ...
