Rey was flabbergasted .. Is this woman out of her mind .. First she says she wants a family .. babies .. then she asks me to take her on a date .. He just couldn't understand the intention behind Kria's request .. He knew she had asked him for a favour .. So was this the one ?? .. Was she interested in keeping this relationship the way it is .. he had his mind full of questions .. he was totally puzzled by what she wanted … He would love to take her on a date .. but then what .. if he got physically intimate with her , would she mind ??? The way she meanders about in his bedroom .. she seems to be ready for it .. He himself was not sure of his own feelings now .. He knew he wanted her .. but family and all that scared him to death .. He was just 28 .. He wanted to be with Kria .. but he also wanted to boost his Dad's business .. he really wanted to get that on the top …

But now the focus is on the question .. a date with Kria …

Rey was still thinking and Kria was waiting for his response ..

Kria : You told me you will help me , now don't back off …

Rey was now more confused .. why will he not help her .. and date and help .. he just couldn't understand … He took Kria's hands in his .. and gently said ..

Rey : When did I say I will not help you … I am always there … I am really not getting what help do you need from me ? ..

Kria : Rey , you know me .. I haven't had any luck in dating guys .. I haven't been in a long relationship with any guy .. Now after such a long gap .. I really feel low in confidence , I need to be alluring to the guy I go out with ,rite ? I want to put my best .. I really need tips and practise .. before I really go out with a guy .. I don't want to make the same mistakes I did before .. I hope you understand …

Rey was really irked .. he realised maybe Kria has moved on ..she doesn't have feelings as before for him .. she is looking for better prospects … He was really annoyed with himself .. he had thought way too much about her .. He knew he can't loose his temper on her and give away what he was feeling .. but this was getting really difficult for him to handle .. He said " Kria .. whatever you say .. I have some work .. will come back later .. "

He rushed off … He needed to be alone .. sort out things in his mind first .. He didn't expect Kria to look out for prospective husbands so quickly .. Dammit !!! they haven't divorced yet .. and she is wants to date other guys .. He was irate.. jealous .. he knew its her life .. she has a right to live it as she wants .. he can't dictate terms to her .. moreover when he wanted her help .. she gave in without many questions or reasons .. So .. now it was his turn .. maybe he should do the same .. He just couldn't come to terms with the idea that he has to his wife on date so that she is striking to other guys … "Hell !!! Why do I keep referring to her as mine .. she is just my wife on paper .. nothing else .. Rey, just wake up .. you are running behind a dream .. that's it .. " … Why does she need me to give her tips .. she has assets which if she flaunts .. guys would just swoon for her … At one end he really wanted to take her on a dream date and on the other end .. he was angry she would go out with some guy after a few days …

He was really in a predicament .. Finally he decided he will just take Kria for a dinner or something .. he would now just concentrate on his Dad's business and take in just 1 day at a time .. he is not gonna plan anything ..

He knew for now he had to back to his bedroom .. and hold back his feelings .. The sense of Kria being so close to him .. sharing his bed .. made his inner battle to control himself further tough … He didn't know till when he would be able to win this fight .. as of now he didn't want to think what would happen when if he looses …

He found it difficult to sleep on his side .. and to think Kria is sleeping so peacefully just inches away from him .. He lay thinking .. the past 1 year had been so quiet .. now its just 2-3 days and he felt his whole life is shaken up .. this is the same Kria with whom he lived before and now .. so what's changed .. Why is he becoming so anxious … He felt he needed some breathing space .. which would come only when they go separate ways .. Will it ??

He didn't realise when he slept off .. Morning , he could inhale the lovely fragrance .. which he knew could only be of Kria .. he thought was he dreaming .. if yes .. then he didn't want to open his eyes … he could feel his hands on her back .. Wow !!! the dream seemed so real .. He slowly opened his eyes to find his lips almost on her cheek .. Without thinking he gave her a peck and said "Good Morning Kria " .. Kria opened her eyes … For a moment he thought she would withdraw hastily ..but no .. she seemed to enjoy looking at him .. she looked at him coolly and lazily said "It's a lovely morning , Rey .. Hmm " .. She stretched out her hands … took in the fresh air .. closed her eyes for a moment and then got up .. DOES SHE EVEN REALISE WHAT THIS DOES TO ME ??? Rey literally screamed in his mind … Did she ignore that he had been hugging her …. She behaves as if she is my wife… Not again "My Wife " … He had been thinking and had forgotten to see what she was wearing .. She was wearing a pink satin nightwear today … The colour really accentuated her skin …

He wished he should have ran to the washroom for a cold shower and just leave .. he didn't know what else to do when he saw her in the morning … He wondered for how many mornings he would have to do this …

It had been more than a week now .. Rey had been busy with office .. site visits .. meetings .. projects .. Kria was busy completing her book which she had to send it to her publisher …

It was Friday and Rey had completed his work early in the evening .. he was just thinking what should he do .. Then suddenly he picked the phone and called " Kria , be ready at 7 for our date " ..

Kria had been worried about Rey's reaction when she had asked about the date .. He seemed angry at first and had rushed out.. He hadn't denied about the date .. but had asked her out ,almost after 10 days .. She had lost all hopes ..

She knew every morning he loved to see her .. and she herself longed to be in his arms .. they both knew they loved each other's touch but nobody was ready to admit .. she loved it when they woke up in the morning, they were always in each others' arms .. Now .. she was dreaming about the date .. Hmm .. what will she wear .. where will they go … she just couldn't concentrate on her writing ..

She leisurely took a hot water bath .. she chose her evening attire .. her jewellery .. curled her hair .. light makeup .. she was feeling excited like a teenage girl going for her first date .. Of course this is my first date with Rey …

Rey reached home on time and rushed to his room to freshen up and change .. While running up the stairs .. he stopped short .. his legs wouldn't move .. he was smitten by the view he saw .. his mind couldn't register what he was seeing .. Kria was sitting on the couch reading a magazine .. she was wearing a tube dress .. it emphasised her assets just perfectly .. her simple jewellery and soft make up , curled up hair .. all just made her an amazing combination of innocence and sensuousness .. He was spellbound by her exquisite look … Instead of other guys .. he would be the first to swoon in front of her .. She looked up from the magazine " I am waiting " .. Rey blinked .. "Yeah .. I will be just back "

Not again .. I can't handle another cold shower now .. he groaned .. He usually took less than 5 mins to choose an attire and get dressed up .. but now he had to think .. he just didn't want any competition .. He had to look his best to match this ravishing beauty on his first date … Am going crazy .. Why the hell she needs me .. if she just points a finger to any guy ..he would be her slave for his entire life .. Rey .. think straight .. its just a date … don't fret too much ..

He took some extra time infront of the mirror .. He was surprised that he is excited for the first date .. when she had mentioned it for the first time .. he had just thought of taking her for some dinner .. but now he was happy with the plans he had made for her .. A special occasion for the special girl … He smiled at himself .."Hey Kria , can you come up for a minute ?" Rey said from his bedroom ..

Kria raised her right brow thinking .. aren't we getting late ..what does he want now ..

She slowly walked in the room .. Rey was looking really handsome …Kria was getting a little nervous now .. was her plan to go on date right ?? She was excited as to what awaits her .. She was looking at Rey and just thinking how comfortable it would be to be in his arms ..Rey held out his hand for her .. and she gently placed hers on his hand … they both looked at each other and both vowed to themselves to make this date extremely special for the other …

He took her to the dressing table .. She was in front of him .. she was looking at him in the mirror .. he came close .. real close .. He had never come so close .. her heart was beating fast .. she wanted to close her eyes to enjoy the moment but didn't want to loose sight of him .. they both wear looking in each oter's eyes now .. he gently placed a something cold on her bare neck … she looked at it .. it was the most beautiful piece of jewellery she had seen .. she couldn't find words to describe it .. " Its bea beautiful .. Is is this for me ?" she literally stammered .. Rey answered with a straight face "Of course not .. it's a loan till the end of this date " .. she couldn't believe what she heard then she saw him smiling … She hit him with her elbow .. "I am gonna keep it .. forever " .. the last word was in a whisper which she thought he might not have heard .. he came closer .. held her by her waist .. whispered in her ears "a special gift for special wife… I want you to keep it … forever " ..Again the last word was almost inaudible .. but she had heard it .. she knew even he had heard that .. the feeling of being in his arms was indescribable .. she had this tingling sensation in her throat .. she gulped 2-3 times .. took a deep breath .. "lets go " .. He smiled .. his hands ached to hold her from when .. now it felt the most natural thing to do … she did tremble when he held her .. that aroused him .. hmm .. so she did get affected by him .. his touch .. most of the times when she showed him that she was oblivious to him .. that was an act then .. so Mrs Kria .. lets go for our first date ….

They reached their destination .. Rey had chosen a thai restaurant for Kria as she had once mentioned she loved thai .. their table was at the roof top .. a special corner for the special couple .. The view from there was amazing .. the twinkling stars in the sky and beautiful city below .. Around the table there were arrangements of Orchids ..again her favourite .. She was impressed that he had remembered .. As they sat .. he ordered her favourite wine .. She rolled her eyes and smiled .. she recollected their conversation once .. when he had asked her what she loved .. here everything was coming up as per that …

When the wine came .. Rey held up the glass for a toast .. and said : This one is for my gorgeous wife .. may all your wishes come true ..

Kria had not expected this .. she was so stunned by this .. she forgot to say anything .. she was just staring at Rey .. Rey raised his brows asking her to drink .. Kria realised what was she was doing … she suddenly came back to her senses and said " I drink this for you Rey .. may you get what your heart desires "

Rey : Kria .. you look absolutely out of this world today ..

He was looking straight in her eyes .. For a moment she lowered her eyes, he didn't miss the colour which was rising on her cheeks ..

Rey : If you go out with a guy like this on your first date , am sure there would be more sparks than you would have imagined ..

Kria : Yeah really ?? So I thought I should try this on you … What do you think of this dress , Rey ?

Rey: Don't you think this is too revealing for your first date ?

Kria : Please Rey , you are speaking like a typical conservative husband …

Rey literally fumed up .. "I was just concerned .. didn't want you to get in trouble with some worthless guy "

Kria smiled and had a twinkle in her eyes .. " That's why my handsome husband was my first choice for this date "

Rey : "Am honoured .. moi madame " .. he bowed his head .. both started laughing .. But in his mind he said "Kria ..please let me be your one and only date " .. He spoke aloud " So how do you like my selection of venue/menu/decoration till now ? "

Kria : Actually now that you mentioned .. I noticed it .. so you did remember what I like …

Rey smirked .. so what where you looking at till now ?

Kria : You

Rey was taken aback for a moment .. so Kria you want to play this game .. then there's no looking back ..

Rey : Are you trying to impress me ?

Kria rolled her eyes .. "Not at all .. I was trying to impress the waiter who is coming to our table .. and look there the good looking hunk sitting on that table .. I wish he would look at me …"

And what coincidence .. that guy suddenly looked at Kria .. she blew him a flying kiss .. he caught it with his hand and smiled …

Rey just couldn't believe his eyes … He was really envious and his anger fuelling up …

Rey : Kria are you crazy ??? .. how can you do this .. you are my wife ..

Before he could say more .. a waiter came with a rose and a note .. and gave it to Kria ..

She read it aloud .. "Hey Beautiful .. Would love to meet you .. my number on the back of the note "

The guy was looking at them … This was enough for Rey … he snatched the note from her .. crushed the rose with his hand .. tore the note .. and glared at the guy and showed him a thumbs down .. said "that son of b…"
Kria was laughing uncontrollably now .. She couldn't imagine this reaction from Rey …

Kria : I have seen u so angry for the first time ..

She took his hand and gently tilted her head to her right and innocently blinked her eyes twice said "My darling hubby .. I am so sorry .. from now on my eyes are just for you .. "

Rey didn't know what to do .. What was more attractive .. her innocence .. or her flirtatious nature .. He had to smile ..

Rey : Ok .. say something nice about me .. then I will forgive you .. He squeezed her hand …

Kria : Hmm .. you were one of the hottest guys in school ..

Rey : What do you mean "were" ?

Kria got a little irritated .. "I haven't finished yet .. stop interrupting me … " Rey held her hands tightly and formed a "sorry" with his lips … urged her to go on ..

Kria said mischievously " you do make heads turn even today .. both men and women" . .Rey pinched her and rolled his eyes ..

Kria continued " You are strong guy .. but have a tender heart inside .. you do get hurt by minute matter if it is related to your near and dear ones .. you r vulnerable at the same time have the strength to face anything and everything .. I believe you were once a carefree guy but now you are very cautious about what decisions you make and how it affects you and others ..

Rey was listening to her and was surprised to know .. she knows him so well .. how's that possible .. It was like someone who had seen him in and out .. He felt a little awkward as he didn't want anyone to know him to such level .. he left her hand ..

She guessed that whatever she had said till now was the truth .. she didn't want to make him more uncomfortable .. " but one thing I don't like about you .. " He looked at her with a questioning gaze .. "You are very boring "

"What" …

He tried to find if she was kidding … she was not showing any signs of it …

Rey : What do you mean by that … I am the most interesting guy you would have come across ..

Kria : Really ???

Rey : Now you are challenging me …

Kria : that means you are ready for the challenge

Rey : Kria .. am serious .. don't you dare me .. you would be at your own risk …

Kria : I am ready to take the risk …

Rey and Kria both ate the cookies quickly and Kria without opening the note inside it , dropped it on the floor .. " I don't believe in all these " .. Rey at the same time crushed the note and kept it on the table " Me too "

Kria dropped her tissue and while picking that , picked the note too and put it in her clutch …

Rey saw her bending down .. took his note and put it in his pocket and put a tissue paper over the place on the table …

Rey : I will now take you somewhere .. you will get to know that I am not boring at all …

Kria just couldn't help smile .. this date has become more interesting that she had thought at the beginning …

It was past midnight .. Rey took her to a small bar .. It was packed .. they got a table almost in the center of it .. there was a live band playing … mostly all couples on all the tables enjoying their drinks .. They both ordered their drinks ..Rey had removed his dinner jacket and he seemed to do something wild .. Kria was wondering what …

Rey stood on their table .. " I want to sing a song for my lady here" .. Kria felt she should just go under the table and hide … Everyone were looking at them cheering …

He started playing an invisible guitar and started singing the following song …

He had such a horrible voice and the way he was singing shaking his head like a rockstar .. it was hilarious .. Kria forgot all her inhibitions .. she started hooting for him .. He pulled her up too .. She joined him in that song .. and the rest of the folks also followed them … They were dancing like maniacs ..

Finally they came down … both were hugging each other tight and laughing hard .. catching his breath .. Rey said " Let me leave you home "

Kria looked up .. she was confused .. he pulled her and they ran out to his car …

When they came to their door step .. Kria : Rey , thank you so much .. I had the best time of my life .. "

Rey: The date is not yet over.. Won't you invite me for coffee ? .. he winked

Kria understood what he was hinting at .. he was behaving how a guy would after their first date … " Some other time .. Mom Dad are at home " She said with a look of concern

Rey : But you told me that they were going to Reena's place for overnight

She bit her lip .. she had forgotten .. she opened the door and kept the door ajar ..

Kria : If my husband comes to know then ? He will killl you … she said it slowly removing her sandals and with her finger called him in ..

He was gaping at her .. she looked enticing … they were flirting with each other all evening .. but now this was getting out of control .. He saw the look in her eyes ..

He rushed in .. closed the door behind him .. scooped her in his arms .. started climbing the stairs to his room .. she had encircled her hands around his neck ..

Kria : "Don't drop me" … she traced her finger from his forehead .. nose to his lips …He was getting aroused .. he tried to bite her finger .. she was quick and didn't give him a chance .. she gave a short laugh to tease him .. he tried to kiss her nose .. she moved her head .. not letting him get her nose .. she teased him again with her finger .. he tried to bite her ear .. but she pulled herself a little away from him holding his head steady with her hands .. This was really turning him on ..

Rey: Kriaaa I am not gonna leave you … he literally screamed ..

Kria : "Rey , I don't want you to leave me .. " She had a smile and Rey felt his heart beat faster as he felt she said it with pure honesty and from her heart .. he could feel that she didn't just mean for what was going to happen .. but she meant something more .. He was looking deeply in those loving eyes .. He vowed he wanted that smile and that look in her eyes forever …he felt time stopped for that moment .. he kissed on her lips slightly .. he was just moving back to see her reaction when she tightened her grip on his neck and kissed him back vehemently .. he knew he wanted this woman more than anything .. he kissed her passionately .. after a long time they both detached themselves ... he was still holding her in his arms ...

(Kria's mind : this is what I have been waiting for .. just his kiss has this effect on me .. I could just die here in his arms and still not regret it .. this is crazy but I guess being in love doesn't make you think rationally at all .. whole evening she had done things which she had never dreamed of .. that too with this man .. she had openly flirted with him .. she knew he seemed genuinely interested in her ..she could bring out those emotions out of him which she had felt in her own heart .. I wish he takes me to bed every night in his arms and I wake up in the morning in his embrace )

He whispered in her ears .. " Honey .. I hope you are enjoying the risk you decided to take .. I don't want this date to end .."

She came in close .. her cheeks touching his .. and bit his ear softly and said " very much .. Trust me ..I will never let you end it "

He laid her gently on the bed .. came on top of her .. kissed her forehead … gently kissed her temples .. going down kissed her cheeks .. nose … all the while both their hands caressing each other's body …he took her lower lip in his mouth .. was nibbling it .. she wanted to kiss him .. but he teased her by just going down her throat .. neck .. placing kisses .. licking .. her eyes were shut .. she was moaning which was growing louder by the minute .. he opened her zip , gently removed her dress .. she unbuttoned his shirt .. he went back to her ears .."Kria, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever met .. " She opened her eyes to look into his .. he meant every word of it .. she arched herself up and took his lips in hers .. started kissing him .. opened his mouth to take his tongue .. she almost bit his tongue .. he was surprised by her strength but loved the emotions which were flowing from them … he squeezed her curves still kissing her .. she suddenly left his lips as she moaned loudly .. she was getting light headed …he removed the flimsy piece of cloth which hid those beautiful curves ..they were just perfect .. the pink cherry on of top of them were making him go wild .. he kissed it all around it and then sucked it hard till she gripped his hair so tight and moaned .. he had to leave them and go down .. he played with his tongue on her belly button .. her whole body was trembling .. she was drenched .. he moved up and started kissing her neck and ears again …

Kria heard a sound .. she came out of dizzy state to concentrate what it was .. it was the phone ringing ..

Kria : Rey , someone is calling …

Rey groaned .. "Hell with that .. "

Kria : Please Rey , pick up the phone.. it might be urgent if someone is calling at this hour of the night …

Rey realised that she is right … he moved up to just look at her for a brief moment and picked the phone ..
