as the story progressed i was a bit peeved that arnav-khushi seemed to have those dreamily perfect starting while maaneet didnt... hell maan didnt even know her name! lol n then geet was blushing at every single thing... well what more could that relationship get pn a phony footing... but their love story has taken such a beautiful shape... so kudos to u babe! (i dont know if i can address u as carelessly as babes because u could be much older to me but seeing u have exams etc i guessing u r a student too... but again education has no age barriers so i take the liberty to address u as a friend of my age, u know in the twenties or so but do correct me if i am way off :) so back to ur story... so where were we..
i am actually crunched for time so i am unable to review each chapter but i have enjoyed ur every update until now and can't wait for more...
some highlights of what i wanted to tell...
-i loved the way u mesh music in ur updates... sometimes incorporating music into an update can get too filmy or look too out of the box but yours doesnt :D it's such a soft musical that i dont mind music interruptions ;)
-i love how u give a good balance to all the characters in ur story... be it screen space for the main leads or the supporting cast members. just a small request... i would love to see interaction between anjali n maan for they seem such a nice duo and share such a beautiful past of being best friends... :) oh btw when u mentioned arnav having a thought of maan being his jeejaji my oh-so-filmy mind went reeling thinking what if anjali and maan were paired together... i thought it wouldnt be a bad idea and my mind already started putting a story together but me being a maaneet loyal started to think maybe maan would lose anjali and arnav being so attached to his Di wouldnt want (unconsciously of course) maan to forget his sister and move on and cause problems when geet comes into his life... i know too dramatic and ekta kapoorish... sowie for the dragging interruption... :D back to ur review ;)
-i also like the progress of the story although i wish akash's engagement would come sooner for i want maan to know of geet's name... for some odd reason i cannot see maan being still a apprehensive about geet's future with him... it's always geet ka maan... soni seems a good pet name but sonia choudhary reminds me of somebody too modern and nothing like geet... lol... well that's my own thought but as a writer do what u want... this is not a suggestion it's just the thoughts that occurred to me as i was reading the story... :)
hmm what else.. i can only think this much for now but if i remember anything else when i revisit the chapters i shall definitely add them ;)
once again a beautiful story and a mesh of ippknd n geet that i forget the pain of geet gone off air :)

This is the first story I have written! I wrote another story but discontinued it after writing the first chapter! It was another variation of this story but with more characters!

Even I love Maaneet more than Arhi but Arhi always remind me of Maaneet! And ASR has become my favorite because of his attitude!
I am happy that you enjoyed Arhi scenes too! This is the best compliment I have yet received. I turned a non liker of Arhi into liker! I am so happy!
I can understand your frustration of Arhi having a superb start but Maaneet having no start. Even another fan of Maaneet complained the same! But story is a story! And plan is a plan! But I am happy that you are satisfied the way the story is going now!

Wow! You liked the music scenes! Great! I agree, some writers do make it filmy! I mean I can imagine Geet and Khushi singing and dancing! But ASR and MSK dancing and singing is so unbelievable that I stop reading such FF! It seems so out of character! I mean western dance is believable and trying and failing at Indian dancing is believable but singing and dancing like bollywood hero is so unbelievable.
That's why in my story the music will be provided from behind like radio or stereo. Except for some characters like Geet and Akash are timepass singer, the ones who sing not because they are good at it but because they like to sing (like me) and Khushi is the type who would dance on music (again like me) then there is Maan and Anjali who loved to listen to good music and then there is Arnav who is not big fan of bollywood. The reason behind this is that I want to show a realistic story, and I believe that in every Indian family, there is one dancer, one timepass singer, one listener and one bollywood hater. That's my theory!
Anjali and Maan! OK! Will do that! But after few chapters because now the focus will be on Geet!

I don't know when Payash Engagement sequence will come! Have not yet planned so far! But I guess in 20 chapters, maybe!
Even I did not like Sonia Chaudhary but I wanted a name which would not suit Geet but would work as good pet name like Soni!
I started writing only because even I miss GHSP!
P.S I don't mind you babbling! I love babblers! I am sure as you have read the above reply you would have understood that even I love to babble!
