Its now evening time, around 6pm.

Arnav: The time has come when we commence the plan.

Akash: But bhai, is di and jijaji back from their mandir?

Arnav: yeah they are in their room at the moment.

Akash nods. Okay what do you want me to do then, bhai?

Arnav: You and Payal go decorate our room, please.

Payal: but Khushi is sleeping there.

Arnav: no, she is actually awake now, she is sitting with masi and nani.

Payal nods. Okay

Payash leave to decorate Arshis room. Then Khushi comes and sits next to Arnav whose head is buried in his hands. Khushi lifts his hands, and smiles at him. He smiles back half-heartedly.

Khushi: You haven't even spoken to di one time. Come on, atleast ask her about her health. She is 7 months pregnant.

Arnav: this is not the right time, khushi. Di doesn't want to speak to us.

Khushi: Its all because of that Shyam.

Arnav: no khushi. Please behave normally with him, okay. Di will understand what a derogatory man he is, but don't give him any wrong signals, okay jaan.

Khushi nods: Okay, pati jee, I wont. Anything to make u happy.

Khushi then leaves Arnav and goes in the kitchen and munches on another ice tray then gets told off by nani and masi for eating so many of them. They then make her sit again and explain her a lot of things. Anjali joins them and listens to them, not giving any looks to Khushi to which she feels bad.

Arnav goes in his room upstairs and sees the room decorated with red flowers and candles.

Arnav: thanks payash.

Payash leave.

Arnav spends some time in his room and thinks "now where will you go, shyam babua?"

Its now dinner time. Khushi feels a bit jerky so she goes upstairs in her room and sees it all dressed up and smiles thinking of Arnav and touches her belly. Shyam suddenly enters. He had excused himself to go make a call to his client.

Khushi: You?!

Shyam: Yes, Khushiji. I got your voicemail.

He closes the door behind him to which Khushi gets scared.

Khushi: Look Shyamji, I didn't send any voicemail to you.

Shyam suddenly doesn't listen to her anymore, and just keeps advancing towards her. Khushi keeps going behind.

Khushi: what are you doing, jeejaji?

Shyam: jeejaji, come on, atleast don't call me that, we were engaged once, khushi.

Khushi: yes, but that's the past. Now you're my jeejaji.

Shyam now goes and sits on the bed: come on khushiji. You know I love you, how many times do I have to say it to you?

Khushi: shyam!!! Listen to my one thing, I don't like you, never did, and never will. Please go out of the room otherwise I will call Arnav.

Shyam hears footsteps so quickly goes int their washroom.

Khushi quickly runs and opens the door and finds her whole family outside.

Khushi grabs Arnav and squeezes his arm on getting scared.

Nani: what happened, bitiya? Why do you look so scared?

Khushi: that shyam jeejaji entered my room and started saying anap shaanap baatein, naniji

Anjali: oh come on khushi. Look at yourself.

Khushis eyes lower down.

Arnav hugs her. She starts crying on getting scared.

Shyam comes out of the room. Everyone gets shocked.

Nani: what were you doing there, shyam beta?

Shyam: that naniji, I had to go to the washroom, and this room was the closest so I went in. I was in haste so khushiji got scared on seeing me.

Anjali: see khushi, stop being such a melodrama.

Khushi cries. Akash and Payal exchange glances saying their plan has flopped.

Alisha masi also looks sad. Everyone starts to move down the stairs when.. STOP EVERYONE!!! Arnav shrieks. I am going to end this today. This is it. Khushi squeezes his hand and looks at him with her tears eyes.

Arnav holds her hand: no khushi, this has to end today. We cant go back to our house until shyam is there, so I am going to finish his business today. Anjali gets shocked on hearing this.

Shyam: come on saale sahib. Cant you see your di is stressing out. you love khushi so much, you re blinded by her love, you cant see your sisters happiness.

Arnav takes shyam by the collar: shyam! I cant see my di sad for the rest of her life that's why I am going to finish it with you today.
