Visitor..medals,.and the last lines...So he's Shyam , Anjali's husband, isn't it? The General?( My assumption may be wrong)

He makes a grand entry here as well, just like a hero! But those last lines, show his selfish nature!

I loved the way you described his entry. I love the horse's name. Lightning...symbolising speed of a horse! 😊

The way you mentioned about the horse slowing down on entering the village, I loved that, the extent to which you guide our imaginations!

But how does he not know about the village and the festivals? 😕 If he's the General. If he's not, then my assumption is wrong. I'm sorry!

Or is he the one Arnav called? to take revenge on Khushi?😲

The next part was a good light read!..I wonder what can happen in that play. The General is here, Khushi and Payal are also here. I'm loving the mystery!

As always a brilliant read. I loved how you mentioned about plays. English people love things like orchestra and plays!. Liquor business sounds cool as well. 😃

Well I Really Hate Shyam In The Show. Because Of His Love For Khushi. He Caused The Misunderstandings Arhi. I Hope The Same Thing Doesnt Happen In Your FF.

Very intriguing update. I wonder if the man on the horse is in town to see Anjali? You also have me wondering what will make the Gupta sister's smiles disappear? Really enjoyed your Gothic village and villagers behavior details. It's been awhile since I've read a story in that setting so I'm reading your FF with great fondness. Love it, waiting for the major long update next time. 👏

Besides, I am in no hurry. She can wait. She has waited for months anyway...a few hours more wouldn't make much of a difference.

Suspicious... I think this is where Mamiji Bonds 😎 should help me 🤣... this guy is so mysterious!!! And I love it...mysterious characters are so intriguing.

This whole play idea is brilliant! 👏 , the idea is so simple yet so complex. Me Gusta...I like it!⭐️ The play seemed really awesome to watch!!!

The whole platform was plunged in darkness and the two sisters cuddled together, eager and curious about what was to happen, not knowing that the childlike smiles on their faces would not last through that nigh

Okay these lines definitely sent chills through my heart 😲. Dread has filled me, these last words are so scary 😕!!! Now I can only wait for the entrance of the army man and Arnav.

Again, I love the way you set the stage. I can't wait for the action now!!! 👏

Just found your story! Wahoo! I love it! I'm a sucker for a gothic tale.

I didn't read all the comments, so I don't know if someone responded to the part where Anjali left 'the room'. Hmmm... I had a flash of a certain Bronte story that I love. Is this part of the reason Arnav is so cold? Hmmm... I may have to read the who thing again and see if I can pick up any more clues.

Hey there, so m back with my chatter regarding the updates! 😊

CH 16: As I read the first line of this chapter, I was caught off guard as I had totally forgotten about the festival lasting three days 😲'. Not surprising when an author has made the first day itself so action/power packed 😉' So anywho, my imagination went haywire for a minute thinking that the visitor might be NK (I know, m crazy rite??!! 😆) but as you described him with the medals and all, I had a flashback about Shyam being in the army and so I was convinced that this guy was him (ewww 🤢 ) (forgive my prejudice, it's with great difficulty that I am able to think of the Snake as a good guy or even give him the benefit of doubt 😔)The whole bar scene was very realistically portrayed, I could vividly picture everything!!! Now when the villager told him about the plays, I had this bad feeling that he was gonna bump into Khushi now coz u really have a knack for blending the real story into your fantasy' (that's how it happened in the show too, him being the "saviour") and thus began the downfall of my mood' M hoping that you prove me wrong'. Off to read Ch 17!!!

CH 17: you do love to leave us dangling don't you (with a pout) 🥺' But I must say the way you have kept certain traits of the show intact in your FF as well is really commendable, for eg, the Guptas have run a chocolate liquor shop here (OMG I was salivating at that 🤣) which is true to them owning a sweet shop in the show' Such subtle similarities are heartening to read... I would also like to applaud you for paying equal attention to even the side details, for eg describing the play, their characters, the make-shift theatre and weaving a tale interspersed with many such small moments'. Great job dear!!! 👏

And OMG you have just made me even more excited at the prospect of getting a LOOONG update next sat'. God only knows how I'm gonna restrain myself from bombarding you with pm's!! 🤣
