Chapter 3 ' Welcome to Our world!
Samrats Pov
Phew! Finally!! The Classes were over...i could go and search for Nupur now...i needed to know what happened to her today.
I waved bye to all my friends and took off in my bike. I reached her house and knocked on the door. After a while, Nupur's mom opened the door.
"Hello Beautiful...is nupur in??"...i asked giving her my dimpled smile.
"yep...she came early from uni today...n since then she is locked up in her room...whats wrong son? did u guys fight again?"
"nope aunty...nothing like that...but she has been acting weird since morning...thats y m here to talk to her"
"ok..come in"
"Thank u aunty"
Nupur's mom went to the kitchen and resumed her work while I went barged into Nupur's room as usual
"oye...where were u?"
I saw her sitting on her bed with her head resting on the headrest. She had her eyes closed. She probably must have sniffed my scent that's why she wasn't shocked. I made myself comfortable on her bed.
"will u say something??"
She opened her eyes and looked at me strangely.
Nupur's Pov
I was still thinking about Mayank. In an odd way i wasn't able to get him out of my head. His body against mine...his hot breath on my neck...his sexy voice...his hot body...everything appealed to me. It made my body ache with need for him. I wanted him...i needed him. I was shocked at my own feelings for Mayank. Since i grew up i always thought Samrat to be my mate, but now having such strange feelings about Mayank, i was starting to doubt that. The weird thing was i wasn't able to smell him...if i could have i would have known if he was my mate or not. God things were getting mysterious for me. I had to make sure soon if Samrat was my mate or not.
I was very much lost in these thoughts when i sniffed Samrat's scent and heard a knock on the door. Damnit!! He was here. I knew i needed to answer him now. He would demand of it.
I heard my mom and his conversation and prepared myself to face him.
I heard my room door open and heard him say
"oye...where were u???"
I just kept my mouth shut wondering what to tell him,
"will u say something?"
I opened my eyes and looked at him with an odd expression. He gave a confused look.
"Sammy...tell me one thing...is our pack...u know...like...are we facing any threats or problems??"
I finally asked him...curious to know why Mayank was here in town.
"Nope...nothing that i know of...why?"
Omg!! Even he didn't know??
I told him about my meeting with Mayank excluding the details of our little private moment.
He seemed shocked and confused as i was when i heard about Mayank.
Samrat's Pov
I was confused why was Mayank here?? Something was surely on...and me and Nupur had no idea of it. I made a mental note to ask my dad later in the meeting. I told her the same and saw her relax.
"so this is the reason u were tensed??"
"yep..i thought u ppl were hiding something from me"
"Oh god Nupur...u also na...r u sure this was the only thing??"
"yeaa"
"Theek hai"
I dropped the topic...i knew there was something more. But why was she hiding it from me?? I decided to give her time and space.
"Chal lets go for running"
"now??" she asked shocked...her eyes widening
"Haan...it will make u feel better...come!!"
I literally dragged her...both of us shifted and we took off.
Nupur's mom's Pov
I saw the two of them shift and take off. They were always best of frnds...since the day they were born. I knew Nupur had a crush on Samrat...but it had to end there...Nupur and Samrat weren't mates..i could feel it. After spending 20yrs with my mate i could see a couple and sense if they were mates or not.
I wished to be one of them...i am a human. I am not one of them. My mate..aka Nupur's dad..is a WEREWOLF.
How crazy it might sound...it is the truth...all of them are werewolves. I never thought Werewolves existed but after meeting my mate my whole world changed. I left my own world and joined theirs. MY Mate was third in commander of this pack named Midnight pack. He is the gamma. The one who is best at fighting. Benjamin's dad is the beta...second in commander...the one who gives wise advices and is closest to the alpha. Samrat's dad is the Alpha, the head. He leads our pack along with his Luna, the Alpha Female. Once the dads would step down their positions their children will take up the position. I couldn't wait to see Nupur take up the Gamma's position but there was something which told me and my mate that she was meant to lead a pack...that means her mate has to be the alpha. I hoped she meets her mate soon. The feeling u get when ur with ur mate is unmatchable and indescribable.
I suddenly felt a pair of arms grab my waist from behind and pulling me close instantly making me forget everything.. I closed my eyes feeling my mate's presence.
I turned and looked towards him. He still looked the same...even after 20yrs he managed to make my heart skip a beat. His eyes showing the true love and passion he has for me.
He lifts me up and takes me to our bedroom.

Nupurs Pov
Omg the running was fun...it certainly made me feel better. I thanked my best frnd through our mind link and proceeded towards my home. We both had to get ready for the pack meeting.
Gunjan's POV
Its been a day since i left my house. I did not rest until i was sure i was quite away from them. I broke my connections with them..i could feel it as i was no longer able to feel them in my mind. I am a rogue now. I am left alone in this world to fend myself. But can i survive? I knew i had no strength left in me..i was abused, humiliated, embarrassed and tortured. I had several broken bones and ribs in my body. Though werewolves are known for their fast healing...i couldn't cause over the course of time my she-wolf had become weak. All the strength she had left...she used in helping me to run. I haven't spoken to her in ages and wished i could speak to her once before dying.
I remember the uncountable times i tried to suicide. But my wolf stopped me...she encouraged me to go on. I wonder why? I hope she has a solid reason for it..
I ran and ran until i and my wolf were exhausted. We were drained out of power and energy. I rested against a tree and felt asleep not knowing what future holds for me.
Samrat's dad's Pov (the alpha)
I went up on the stage and addressed my pack.
"My Loyal members...i would like to introduce you to Alpha Sharma. He is the Alpha of the shadow pack and is here for a business. Due to some reasons, he would have to leave early but he is leaving his son "Mayank Sharma" here to take care of the business...i would expect you all to welcome them with open arms and help, support and co-operate with Mayank in everyway. I promised them full co-operation from my side and believe i wouldn't be let down by my pack. Thank you."
I nodded towards Alpha Sharma. He waved towards the pack and then introduced his son.
I felt my Beta approach me. He told me they had found a rogue and that there was something odd. I immediately informed my mate and left to take care of the business.. having a rogue is harmful...since they are known for their violence.
Nupur's POV
My head shot up as soon as i heard Alpha Shergill take Mayank's name. He was here on a purpose? I wonder what it could be. Both the Alphas sounded serious and me along with other pack members promised our full support and faith in them.
I looked towards Samrat and saw him mirroring my expressions...that means he too didn't know about Mayank's o called mission..but something about him told me that Samrat would find it no matter what...afterall he was the future Alpha he had a right to know.
Samrat's Pov
I saw My dad leave with his beta...i was sure it was something urgent or my dad wouldn't ever leave a pack meeting in between. I turned my focus towards my mom. She was introducing me to Alpha Sharma and his son.
Alpha Sharma asked me to follow him and his son. They wanted to tell me something important. I guessed it had to do something with the mission they were on...they had my full support as my dad trusted them. I followed them inside and closed the door behind me.
We were in my dad's study and I knew the talk we were going to have was purely confidential because they didn't want other members to know about it.
I sighed and prepared myself for the talk.
Alpha's Pov
My beta and i along with my gamma reached the spot where the rogue was. We saw her rsting against the tree.
I was shocked and i could see my friends mirroring my emotions through our mind link.
"The rogue is a girl!!!" (alpha)
"I know...its very rare to see she-wolf as a rogue"(gamma)
"But something about her tells me she is harmless"(beta)
"How do u know Frankie?(alpha)
"Look at her alpha..she seems broken..i guess she went through a lot.." (beta)
"I dunno Frankie...i can make sure only once i talk to her...u know i cant risk the lives of my pack members"(alpha)
"Yes..i understand alpha"(beta)
My gamma worked on waking up the rogue while me and my beta were talking through our mind link.
We saw her stirring...when she opened her eyes and saw us..she was shocked...she stood up and cornered herself to the tree...i knew instantly she was scared of us.
Gunjan's POV
I felt someone waking me up. When i forcefully opned my eyes i saw three huge wolves standing infront me. I was scared and immediately cornered myself
Was it my death time already??
"Dont be scared...and tell us why r u here"
The guy who woke me up asked me
"I didn't know this land was claimed...i was just passing by..i am sorry"
I saw the three of them look at each other.
"Shift back"
I heard the huge wolf say. He radiated power and i understood that he was the alpha. I nodded my head. I took my pair of change clothes by my mouth and went behind the bushes to change.
Alpha's Pov
We saw her follow my command of shifting and we too shifted back waiting for her to come back
"I think ur right Frankie...i can see her wolf n human self broken...just a few more questioning...if she passes them and i might ask her to join us...what say?"(Alpha)
"Yes i think that would be right"
Answered my beta and gamma through our mind link.
"Did u notice how small her wolf was? She is about Nupur's age..she is not suppose to be this small"(gamma)
"Yes i know...thats why i am sure she has gone through a lot...i wonder why her old pack abandoned her"(alpha)
"Alpha she is here"(beta)
I saw her re-appear from the bushes and was shocked...she looked broken and hurt.
I immediately started my questions and was left gaping at the torture she went through...my heart immediately went for her. She told me her whole story and i saw my friends too giving her sympathy. We three felt a urge to protect her. I offered her to join our pack and she accepted.
I told her to follow me but as soon as she shifted again she fell and shifted back. She was weak...she needed to recover. My Beta picked her up on his back and together we proceeded towards the pack house.
I ordered my mate to call the pack doctor...and the 5 of us namely my beta my gamma the pack doctor my mate and 1 decided to keep her a secret for today night. We would tell about her to the pack tomorrow.
Leaving Gunjan with the pack doctor...the rest of us joined the party.
Samrat's Pov
I was shocked at what Alpha Sharma and his son had to tell me ...they needed my support as a partner and i joined my hands with them. Mayank and I together would make sure this mission was successful. I thanked the two of them and with that all of us joined back the party.
Nupurs pov
I saw everyone return back. I felt as if alpha, bta and my dad were hiding something I saw Mayank and Samrat getting along as friends and Samrat also introduced me to mayank.
I then turned my focus towards the stage. I was surprised seeing Alice on stage with both the alphas.
"I break all my connections with the midnight pack and request the Alpha to grant me permission to leave" Alice said.
"I accept and grant your leave" said samrats dad with a smile.
Alice then turned towards alpha Sharma
"I, Alice Brown, pledge my life, soul and loyalty to the shadow' pack"
"I accept and welcome you." Said the alpha
And just like that in a second alice was no longed a part of our pack but she was a member of shadow pack.
I looked at Samrat and got even more confused when he was smiling at her. What did this mean? Did Alice and Sammy break up?
I, then heard Alice and Jeb take vows and realised Jeb, the future beta of shadow pack was mate of Alice and they just got married.
We, werewolves, did not believe in fancy marriage. For the starters we just vowed to be with our mates and later on if we wished we could have a grand fancy marriage. Knowing Alice i was sure she didn't want any grand marriage and she was satisfied with her mate. I smiled finally out of my confusion and went and gave them my congratulations.
"Missed me, Love"
I stood shocked at the voice.
Precap :
"Mate...mate...mate" my wolf screamed at me. I saw the lifeless body infront me and felt tears in my eyes.
"She is my mate"
He said softly...NO no..this cannot be
"Yes i know ur right...thank u for supporting me...i will talk to him and clear everything
hey guys...k i know a long kind of boring part...but it was needed to fill in...my dear sajan fans get ready for heart-touching sajan scenes...n mayur fans get ready for some fun...
before i go i need to explain stuff...
1. In this story...all the characters introduced till now are werewolves except nupur's mom.
2. The head who leads the pack is called the Alpha. His mate IS called the Luna or the alpha female.
3. The person closest to alpha is the beta, He is the commander in the absence of Alpha. He is known for his wise advices.
4. Last the gamma...The commander after Alpha n Beta...he is the one best at fighting.
5. a rogue is a werewolf who is not a member of any pack.
in course of time, Rogues were regarded as a threat to other packs as rogues loose their sanity due to loniless and begin attacking the packs.
6. Gunjan is now a member of Midnight pack and is staying at samrats house
7. Nupur is starting to doubt if samrat is her mate...in next part u will know of her confirmed decision
8. Mayank and samrat have joined hand for a mission that is to be revealed later on
9. Mayank knows Nupur is his mate but doesnt want her to know the same.
10. There will be difference in Sajan and Mayur scenes which the readers have to understand. Gunjan now is broken she need someone to trust and love...that is why Sajan scenes may not b passionate as mayur's but will be heart-touching. Mayur scenes r to be hot and passionate.
