PERFECT HONEYMOON.

CHAPTER 2.

"Roti, mallai kofta, palak panner, aloo parotha, hmm, jelabi.."

He twirled to other side as he pulled the blanket further up covering his face. He made face as he heard her voice but didn't say "what the?" or "shut up" as he knew that it won't stop his wife from blabbering. Crazy girl is talking about food while sleeping. What the hell was he thinking while he married her?

"What do you mean by that you don't serve jelabi so early? Don't you know how to behave to customers? I too do dabba service. Go and ask my customers how to .."

"what the?" he jerked out of the bed hearing her words. It has become his daily routine to wake up like this with shock. He looked at his wife standing like a statue with wide opened eyes. She was wearing cream color chudidhar which he didn't like. Bright color suits her better. She had clipped up her hair in messy style which he couldn't classify whether it was pony tail or bun.

But who cares about it as far as she looked this much cute. Her one hand was in air doing some action which she stopped abruptly seeing him waking up and other was holding the phone. For the second time this morning he said "what the?" when he noticed tooth brush in her mouth. She ran to the bathroom as he shook his head in disbelief.

Does she have to order the breakfast while brushing? Within in minute, she came out and asked him what he preferred for breakfast. "If you have left something in menu card ask them to bring it." He replied as he walked past her towards bathroom. His lips curved into smile when he heard her saying "one tea and one black coffee" to which she quickly added "without sugar."

"Hello di" she exclaimed loudly as soon as she grabbed the phone from him and even before holding it near to her face. "How is everyone there? How is nani, jiji and jiju?"She asked before continuing "shimla is very nice. Yesterday we met some of clients and they were so nice and they even called us for lunch." She said happily to Anjali.

She looked at her husband as he opened his laptop. 'no, no. she is not going to spend another day within this small room.' Then an idea popped in her mind. Anjali caught her attention back when she said she will talk to them later. "Di" she shouted gathering her husband's attention also. "Don't worry di. We will all come here once again as family tour."

"What?" Anjali asked in confusion. Kushi said "di, you could have come with us, if you want to see shimla desperately. Oh, your condition won't allow long travel know. But don't worry di. I have an idea. I have brought nanheji's camcorder and I will record the entire place we visit and you can watch it. Is it okay,di? Acha, bye. I have to get ready di." "yes, but kushiji.."Anjali stopped when she heard beep sound on the other side.

She handed him the phone as she innocently asked "arnavji, today if you are free shall we go out, because Anjali asked me to record.." she stopped as he gave her killing looks. She slightly giggled as she ran to closet to grab green anarkali suit. He looked at the bathroom door when he heard his wife singing some song loudly. He sighed as he sat on bed and took a sip of his black coffee. A wicked smile appeared on his face.

"kushi, if you want to go out today, then come out in five minutes. Or else forget about your outing." He warned his wife who asked him to wait. She came out in panic as he started to count. "one minute more" he said in low husky voice. "what about my breakfast?" she asked as she stole a glance at delicious food.

"50 seconds more. You decide, breakfast or outing?" she looked at the food and ran towards it to take cup of tea so that at least she could have her drink. The moment she gulped it, she spilt it out as it had no sugar. "10 seconds more." She looked at the source of the voice before angrily followed it.

"Have you completely lost it? Will anyone eat ice cream at this freezing temperature?" he questioned her. She shot back "if no one does that then why do they sell ice cream at the hill top?" he turned towards as he barked "shut up. And don't bring that near me." he said as he shoved camcorder away. "Will you record a video of mine?" she asked him.

He folded his hand as he asked "how do I look to you? A driver or guide or servant or photographer?" she made a face before walking past him. he turned back when he heard her asking "Will you record a video of me?" "I told you.."his words trailed off when he realized that she was not asking him but asking some stranger who happily agreed to her request. "what the?"

He watched her as she happily asked stranger where to stand and what expression to give. He turned to other side as his blood began to boil as she gave different poses. He walked away from her as he feared he may lose control. "arnavji" she called when she saw him leave. She followed him but once again ran back to get camcorder from the stranger.

She ran fast to catch up his speed. She caught hold his shoulders as she breathed heavily. "Where are you going?" she enquired in between process catching her breath. He held her by shoulders, making her to wince in pain and asked "why did you come so soon? Go. Go and give poses to him" more hardening his grip on her he continued "don't you feel ashamed to do that?"

He immediately regretted his words as he saw her tears. He let her free and ran his fingers through his hair to calm himself. She sat on the bench near her completely broken. Silence prevailed between them for next 15 minutes which was broken by his phone ringing sound. He walked away from her as he answered the call.

Tears began to spill out of her eyes as she saw him walking away from her. He always hurt her but isn't he the same one who ask sorry to her? He had never walked away like this that too after seeing her crying. These thoughts made her to cry more. She hid her face in palms and cried until she heard someone calling her "di."

She looked up to see three kids. Small girl asked her "are you crying?" kushi immediately wiped her tears and shook her head. The girl asked "then can you please tie this around my bhaiya's eyes? We were playing hide and seek and as bhaiya is tall we were not able to tie it around him!" kushi smiled as she grabbed cloth from them.

The elder boy said "iam ajay. This is my sister anuja. And he is Vicky." Vicky asked kushi to join the game and almost pulled her out the chair. She looked around for him. As she found no sign of him, she agreed to play with them. Arnav turned to place where kushi was after finishing his call and froze for a second as he saw her playing with kids.

She looked one among the kids and she looked happy after a long time. He watched her from distances as he didn't want to spoil the moment. He was so lost in her beauty and smile that he didn't notice that the moment lasted for more than one hour until he saw tired kushi and kids catching their breaths.

Kushi happily bid them good bye and turned when someone tugged her shawl almost making her to fall and was completely shocked when ajay kissed her cheeks saying "you are so nice, di" Before running away. Arnav gasped seeing the kid's reaction but he smiled as her smile grew bigger.

Arnav turned to the side when someone pulled his arm and saw three kids staring at him. "what?' he asked them. He sighed as he remembered what had happened an hour before. He was frustrated as he saw her crying but didn't know what to do and thought of buying ice cream even though he knew it was lame idea. He went to buy ice cream for kushi and there saw these three kids who were busy counting and recounting money they had as it was not enough to buy ice creams.

He immediately made deal with them that he will buy them ice cream if they make kushi smile which the kids immediately agreed and even succeeded in it. He asked "what flavor do you want?" Vicky said "chocolate." Anuja said the same. Ajay asked for butterscotch and anuja immediately switched to butterscotch. She jumped in excitement as she kept on changing from one flavor to other.

"Can't you decide one thing?" Arnav asked in annoyed and angry tone staring at six year old girl who was on the verge of breaking down. Ajay stepped in between them as he asked Arnav "don't you know how to talk with kids? She is my little sister, just six year old." Arnav looked at kid astonishment as he argued back "so what should I do when she can't choose what she wants?"

"You should buy her both" Came the reply from boy. He brought all three of them two ice creams but ajay refused it saying "one is enough for me. iam not kid like them. iam 11 years old and I always like to stick to the deals I made." Arnav was flabbergasted and asked the boy "oh, deal. Right. But as far as I remembered I didn't made deal with you asking you to kiss my wife?"

The boy replied "sorry, I couldn't help it. She was so beautiful." "what the ?" Arnav gasped but ajay made him to look at kushi and asked "look at her. Don't you feel like kissing her." Arnav looked at kushi who was seated at same place, smiling for some unknown reasons and he gulped thinking about his own desires. How he wished to kiss her and do much more than it?

He turned to kids when they said "thank you, uncle." He exclaimed "uncle? Iam uncle and she is di. Ridiculous!" Kushi caressed her cheeks as she thought of how ajay kissed her. It reminded her of something. Someone has already kissed her in this way. She jerked thinking who it was and immediately started to blush as her eyes begun to search for him.

She saw him walking towards her with two corneto ice cream in his hands. "laad governor. Iam not going to budge this time until he asks sorry." "kushi" he extended ice cream to her. Kushi looked up and made an angry stubborn face while saying "I don't want it." "ok" he replied calmly. She jumped from the bench when he walked to other side and threw it in garbage bin. She asked him "why did you throw it?" he replied calmly "you said you don't want it." "So?" she gasped.

"What do you want me to do with that ice cream? One is enough for me. So I threw it." She questioned him "you and your ego. Can't you ask me one more time?" he shot back "why should i'wait' do you want it? No problem. I will buy you another one." She turned to other side folding her hands and said "I don't want it."

"Oh, come on kushi. Wait, I will buy and come." She turned to face him and shouted "didn't you hear me? I said I don't want it." He pointed his fingers and yelled "see, how you react? You wanted me to ask you again and when I ask you show your attitude. That's why didn't ask you again!" She stared at him with wide eyes before he said "let's move."

From corner of her eyes she watched him munching his ice cream. "laad governor. From morning iam starving and he'" does the ASR makes any sound while eating? Never. She closed her eyes and gritted her teeeth as she heard sound again. He surely knows how to irritate her, doesn't he? She gasped as he licked his fingers.

'rakshas. Rakshas. Why on the earth is he still alive? Why don't some truck runs over him? rakshas!' she thought when car came to halt. He turned towards her and asked "listen, I will ask you only one time? Do you want it or not?" she looked at him confused then saw shop on other side of road. "jelabi?" she exclaimed loud. He searched for u-turn but didn't find it near them.

"Wait here." He said before crossing the road. She saw him shouting at shop-keeper and got out of car. Then she realized he was talking to aman through his Bluetooth and smiled murmuring "laad governor." She watched him as he crossed one side of the road and stood in partition. Their eyes met and kushi felt shivers run down her spine as he smiled at her while talking.

She watched him as he turned to one side to look out for vehicles and then made his way towards her. He stopped in middle, leaning his head to right side as his hand adjusted the Bluetooth. She vowed herself that she will throw his Bluetooth out one day when she heard horn sound. She turned to see that truck was coming towards him at very speed.

She saw in tremble when he noticed the truck and tried to move back but she felt truck was faster than him. She closed her eyes shut and covered her ears with hands in anticipation of what's going to happen as she shouted "arnavji."

i know...i know...it was pretty lame and childish...actually i was very tired when i wrote this🥱...i thought of rewriting it but i will be free only on weekends...and i was not able to stop myself from posting it after reading ur comments...sorry...will make next one better...promise...pls do comment guys
