Sneha- Shaks, hurry!!... we are getting late.
Next morning, Shakti stepped out of the bathroom.
Shakti- yes Sneha, I'm ready.
Sneha- cool…. Tumhare bags maine gaadi main rakhwa diye hai.
Shakti- What!!??... No!!
Sneha- arre?... kyun?
Shakti gave her a 'isn't it obvious' look….. Sneha kept staring at her confused.
Shakti- oh god sneha, can't you see?... I'm in these shorts.
Sneha finally checked her out.
Sneha- oh.
Shakti- I had worn them to workout….. I thought I'll change as soon as I freshen up….. ab wapas mera bag laana padega. (sigh)
Sneha- iss main kya problem hai?... thik hi toh lag rahi ho….. thode short hai buss….. aur waise bhi tumhai gaadi main hi toh baithna hai.
Shakti- I can't be going out like this!!... yeh Mumbai nahi hai…. yahan pe asie gumungi toh Vivek aur Pankti ko Jaipur se Ban kar denge.
Sneha- ya…… true.
They giggled.
Shakti- mere bag se meri jeans laa do na, please.
Sneha- alright.
Shakti- (grin) thanks, sweetheart.

Amar- ab tak nahi aayi yaar.
Shantanu- kaun?
Amar- Shakti!!……. aur haan….. Sneha.
Shantanu- aa jayege baba….. lo aagayi.
Amar turned around with a big smile….. but he dint see Shakti.
Sneha- hey guys, sorry….. mujhe Shakti ke kapde le jaane hai….. bus hum 15 minutes main aaye.
She went to the car trunk to shuffle in Shakti's bag.
Amar- listen Sneha, abhi Amar and Priyanka will be travelling with you'll….. main aur Shakti, Archie ki car main aa jaayege….. tum log aage niklo…… main Shakti ko leke aa jayunga.
Sneha- oh….. are you sure?
Amar- ya seriously….. warna late ho jaayega….. we have to reach Mumbai before dark.
Shantanu- thik hai….. toh hum aage nikalte hai…… tu jaldi Archie ke saath aaja.
Sneha handed Amar Shakti's jeans and got in the car with others.
Alisha- (hesitatingly) I really think we all should go together.
Amar- don't be silly Alis…. khuch nahi hoga….. you'll go.
Alisha- acha thik hai….. jaldi aana…. Bye.
Amar- bye!! (grin)
As soon as Shantanu pulled out the car….. Amar ran to the other end of the parking lot where Archie, Samantha, Nilesh, Anjali were waiting.
Amar- hey guys….. main aur Shakti, Palki maam ke car main aa rahe hai….. Amar aur Priyanka ko maine Shan ke saath bhej diya hai….. tum log bhi niklo.
Anjali- but why don't you'll come with us?... there's lots of place here.
Amar- no Anjali, we are too many of us….. I know it was very uncomfortable for you guys while coming here…. It's better we split.
Anjali- no….. not really…. We were quite comfortable when we came.
Archie- I think Amar is right….. thik hai, dude….. tum log Palki maam ke saath aa jaana.
He winked at Amar…… Amar frowned….. did he just wink at me?... kahin usse pata toh nahi chal gaya?
As soon as they settled in the car, Archie called out…..
Archie- have fun, bro….. aur jaldi aana.
Ok, he definitely knows…… but how?
Amar- ya thanks, Arch….. bye.
Phew….. ho gaya!!….. he headed back to the Palace to give 'Her Highness' her jeans…… yes!!... this is going to be fun.
On the way he bumped in Palki maam.
Palki maam- arre?... tum log ab tak nikle nahi?
Amar- haan maam woh…… woh bus Shakti ke liye ruke hai….. others are waiting outside….. we'll leave in sometime.
Palki maam- ok cool….. then I'll see you at the shoot tomorrow.
Amar- yup…. Bye maam.
Palki maam- bye.

Shakti paced up and down her room….. great….. Sneha bhi na….. mujhe bol rahi thi ke late ho raha hai….. aur khud gayab hai…. shit ya….. mera cell bhi bag main rehe gaya….. a knock at the door made her sigh in relief…… she went to the door and opened it….
Shakti- Sneha, kabse tumhara……….
She stopped in her track as soon as she saw Amar.
Shakti- tum??
Amar- hi beautiful….
As soon as he stepped in the room, he gathered her in his arms and lowered his mouth to hers…… Shakti just stood there….. frozen.
Delicious…. Heat surged…… Even though he was dying to devour her mouth, he kept the kiss whisper soft….. he predicted her to push him away and demand to know why he was here.
The last thing he expected her to do was kiss him back….. her tongue met his, spearing fire through his body….. he could taste the honey scent she always carried….. like addicting nectar….. just one taste and he was hooked for dear life.
Their tongues tangled in a hot, frenetic ballet…. her fingers gripped his hair in a way that made him groan….. he slipped his hand to her backside, then remembering they were in her room with the door wide open, he quickly moved it back to her waist.
After a few more incredible seconds, he gave in and pulled back to stare at her…… all he really wanted was to kick the door close and carry her to the bed.….. her eyes were misty, fogged with desire….. he smiled…… he was glad he was able to make her lose all her senses.
Realization hit her as soon as she saw his grin….. Gosh!!!!... Shakti, get a grip!!
Shakti- what….. (cleared he throat) what are you doing here?
Amar looked back over his shoulder at the door, where he had dumped her jeans before taking her in his arms….. Shakti followed his gaze.
Shakti- how did you get them?... where is Sneha?
Amar- they left.
Shakti- (frown) left?... who?
Amar- all of them.
Shakti- (eyes wide) What!!... are you kidding me?
Amar- nope.
Shakti- but why???
Amar- I tricked them.
Now she was gaping at him in disbelief.
Shakti- you what????
Amar- I tricked them to leave us alone here.
Shakti- oh god, I don't believe this guy!!!
She raked her hands through her hair and started pacing to and fro in the room.
He went and stood in front of her, blocking her path.
Amar- itna hyper kyun ho rahi ho?... don't you want to be with me??
Shakti- F**k Kunwar!!!... yes I do!!!... but not like this!!! (screeched)….. agar unhe pata chal gaya toh?
Amar- I think Archie already knows.
She stared at him with her mouth hanging.
Shakti- you told him!!!???
She practically yelled…. She threw her hands in the air….. walked past him and started pacing the room again.
Amar- no I dint…. and will you stop roaming here and there??... You're making me dizzy.
Shakti stopped pacing and flopped down on the bed….. biting her nails.
Shakti- ab kya karenge?
Amar came and kneeled down in front of her….. he took both her hands in his and sighed.
Amar- first, stop thinking so much….. they won't find out that we've been left behind….. I have planned everything accordingly….. and second, just spend the day with me.
Shakti groaned.
Shakti- we have to go back home Kunwar.
Amar- just one more day, Shaks….. please?
Shakti- (sigh) we can't.
Amar- but kyun?... it's not like you have any commitments…… you're on a vacation remember?
Shakti- yes….. but you're not….. you have to be back for your shoot tomorrow.
He hadn't thought of that….. this made him shut up and think….. she cupped his face with both her hands.
Shakti- ek din kya Kunwar, I want to spend all my time with you….. I really do….. but I can't let you sacrifice all your commitments.
He smiled…… turned his head and kissed her palm.
Shakti- I love you!
Amar- (surprised) you know, it's the first time you've said that.
Shakti- (laughs) that's not what you're suppose to say.
He laughed.
Amar- sorry….. I love you too, jaan!!
And they sealed their promise with a hot, passionate kiss.
