Annie: Meera tu kaha bhage jaa rahi hai sab theek toh haina [Meera why r u running in such a high speed is everything okay?]
Meera: Nahi kuch bhi theek nahi hai wo maine galti se kisi ladke par aata gira diya aur isse pehle k wo mujhe dekh letha main chat se bhaag aayi [No everything is not fine by mistake I spilled some flour on a guy and before he could see me I came downstairs quickly]
Annie: Kaun tha wo ladka? [Who was the guy?]
Before Meera could reply Dev enters the mansion
Dev: Najaane kis paagal ne mujhpar ye aata gira diya sabkuch dhundla dhik raha hai [I can't see anything clearly as some mad fellow dropped flour on my face]
Annie: Dev bhai aap? [Bro u r back?]
Meera: Mar gayi ye toh Annie k bhai hai [O God he is Annie's elder brother]
Dev: Main aa gaya hoon ye baat itni important nahi hai pehle jaakar uss gadhe ko dhundo jisne meri ye halat ki hai warna wo bhag jaayega [Yes I am back but this is not an important issue our priority should be to catch the donkey who is responsible for this state of mine]
Meera was going to run away when Annie stops her by holding her hand

Mera yakeen maniye ye galti mujhse anjaane mein hui hai warna meri aapse koi personal dushmani thodina hai jo main aapke saath aisa karungi aur waise bhi Meera apne dushmano ko itne saste mein maaf nahi karti [I didn't do this intentionally it was just a mistake as I felt that the container was empty no the truth is Nakul is responsible for this mistake as he was the one who said that this vessel is empty otherwise I m not a fool to drop a whole container offlour on you. Believe me this was a small mistake as it is we aren't enemies that I would take some kind of revenge but if at all we would have been enemies then Meera does not give such an easy punishment to her foe]
Dev: Ye aap mujhse maafi maang rahi hai ya phir mujhe dhamki de rahi hai k agar maine aapse dushmani kar li toh aap mujhe achha sabak shikaogi [R u asking for forgiveness or is it that u trying to scare me with ur warning?]
Annie: Just a sec guys isse pehle k aap dono bina baat k jhagana shuru kar de mujhe lagta hai k hume iss chothi si baat ko yahi bhool jaana chahiye toh chaliye aap dona ka formal introduction karwa dethi hoon Meera ye hai mere Dev bhai aur bhai ye hai Meera meri aur Geet ki best friend [Just a sec guys now before both of u start blasting on each other I think we should close this matter over here itself so let me introduce both of u formally Meera he is my elder brother Dev and bro she is Meera my best friend]
Meera: Hello Dev
Dev: Hi
Dev: main fresh hokar aata hoon [ I will just freshen up and come]
Dev goes to his room
Meera: Annie kahi wo ab bhi mujhse naaraz toh nahi haina? [I hope is not angry with me]

Meera: Kya hua Geet kis soch mein khoyi hui hai? [What's the matter Geet where r u lost?]
Geet: Main soch rahi hoon kya wakai mein aisi koi khandaani parampara ho sakthi hai kya? [Can such a weird family tradition exist is it possible?]
Annie and Meera think that Geet was talking about Maan's surprise
Annie: Offcourse Geet such traditions do exist
Geet: Par aisa kaise ho saktha hai sach sach batau kya tum logone kal raat ko kuch dekha tha? [But how is this possible tell me the truth girls did both of u see something yesterday night?]
Dadima: Sirf ye dono kyun bete humne aur Nakul ne bhi dekha tha [All of us witnessed everything that happened yesterday night]
Geet feels embarrased
Dadima: Bete issmein itna sharmane ki kya baat hai ye toh humari khandaani parampara hai jise honewali bahu ko manna padtha hai [There is no need to feel embarrased Geet this is just a small family tradition and every would be bride has to follow this]
Geet: Kya aap bhi iss parampara se guzre the? [Dadima did u also follow this tradition?]
Dadima: Haan bete aur humne toh kafi enjoy bhi kiya aur hume yakeen hai aapko bhi achha lagega [Yes dear infact I enjoyed this tradition a lot and I am sure u must also have enjoyed it]
Meera: Sach bata Geet kya tere mann mein ladoo nahi phoothe the jab bhi tu uss tradion k baare mein sochthi hai? [Tell me the truth Geet doesn't ur heart dance in joy whenever u think about that tradition?]
Geet: (unknowingly) Khushi toh hothi hai par sharam bhi aathi hai jab Maan aur main akele hothe hai tab toh thik hai par yun sabke saamne kiss karna kitna ajeeb lagta hai par ab Dadima ne bhi ye parampara follow kithi ye sunkar thoda theek lag raha hai[I do get happiness but I also feel embarrased I mean it's okay when I am alone with Maan but sharing a kiss and that too in front of the whole family gets a bit embarrasing but since Dadima also followed this tradition I guess I m feeling much better now]
Dadima: Haan humne bhi ye ... [Yes I too followed...]
She stops midway as she realized what tradition Geet was referring to
Annie and Meera were totally shocked and they were still trying to register her words in their mind
Geet: Par Dadima Maan toh keh rahe the k dulhe ko apni honewali dulhan ko apne baho mein utakar kiss karte hue uske kamre tak chodna hotha hai aur iss pal ko puri family witness karti hai. Main toh issi ghar mein rehthi hoon par aapne ye parampara kaise nibhayi? Kya Dadaji aapko KM se lekar aapke ghar tak kiss karte hue lekar gaye the? [Dadima Maan informed me that the tradition is such that the groom has to carry his would be bride in his arms to her room and throughout the path both of them should kiss each other and the entire family should be the witness of their liplock; In my case it's okay I mean I live in KM but how did u manage to follow this ritual did Dadaji start kissing u from KM and ended the kiss after he reached ur house?]
All the 3 ladies were absolutely silent
Geet lifted her eyes to see their faces; she could understand what expression their face was reflecting it was a mixture of surprise, shock and embarrasment
Geet: Kya hua aap log aise kyun dekh rahe ho mujhe? [What happened why r u all giving me such strange looks?]
Geet shook Annie's shoulder
Annie: Tujhe kissing family tradition lag raha hai? [Do u want to say that kissing is our family tradition?]
Geet: Haan aap sab toh mujhe yahi keh rahe the Dadima ne bhi toh yahi kaha na? [Yes each one of u was convincing me about it even Dadima agreed that kissing is a family tradition]
All 3 of them started laughing
Dadima: Achhe bete kal raatwali baat se aap ye puchna chahthi thina k kya hum sabne aapko aur Maan ko kiss karte hue dekha k nahi? [Geet was ur question related to yesterday's kiss?]
Geet: Haan [Yes]
Dadima: Toh ab humara jawab suniye waise toh kissing ka koi tradition Khurana Khaandaan mein nahi hai par ab hum soch rahe hai k aisi prampara shuru karwahide [Then here is my answer as of now there is no such tradion in our family but I think it would b a great idea to start such a tradition]
Geet was totally shocked

Annie: Iska matlab ye hai Geet k hum mein se kisine bhi tujhe aur Maan bhai ko kiss karte hue nahi dekha haye kitna romantic scene hoga haina? [That means none of us witnessed the kiss between Maan bhai and u; wow it must be such a romantic scene right?]
Meera: Hume toh lag raha tha k tu koi surprise ki baat kar rahi hai jo Maan bhai tujhe dene wale hai [ we were assuming that u were talking about the surprise that Maan has planned for u]

Annie: Kuch nahi bus apne aur Maan bhai ka ek romantic secret hume bata diya waise achha hua ab apni Suhaagraat mein kya hua wo bhi issi tarah humse share karna [U just shared a sweet romantic secret of yours with us; now in a similar way do tell us about the events that would occur on your suhaagraat we would be waiting for it]
Geet was too embarrased. She hides her face in between her palms and turns around
Geet: Main aap logo se baadmein baat karti hoon [I would speak to u all after some time]
Dadima: Geet bete ek baat toh batathi jaayiye kiss kisne initiate kiya tha Maan ne k aapne? [Geet dear before u go just tell me who was the one to initate the kiss was it u or Maan?]
Geet: Haye rabba [O god]
Geet runs away immediately
All the 3 ladies burst out laughing
