Pri , looks like you missed out the 9th part , because that begins with Abhi and Sid's conversation , though what exactly makes up that conversation , you will come to know only when you read the part 😊

And A is definitely jealous of his brother's growing proximity and comfort with N. Maybe at this point , he isn't really linking them romantically or anything , but the very fact that the woman he once liked is getting friendly with his brother , is enough to get his jealousy turned on. But , he is not concentrating on those feelings now , because he thinks he doesn't want to .

I know lot of people here would rather have more focus on AN and I feel the same too . But this tiny detail , as you pointed of out Sid's coming of age because of Tamanna , I really wanted to put it up somewhere . Glad you understand and like this part 😊

In my opinion the talk between AN at that point might have been disaster, with A's jealousy, his trust issues, N would again be confused.. And yet again the arrival of friends shows that the wound is not yet healed completly.. it still needs time..
Oh , I can't tell you how relieved I am to read this because this is exactly what I thought too . A wanted to approach her , but he had no idea what he was going to say .

And yes , his wound has not healed completely and he is still not sure if he can trust her completely .

Do read Part 9 and let me know what you thought about it , though it would be kind of odd reading it backwards . But still...😊

Coming to the update, half of it was about Sid-Tam and I'm not sure I really enjoyed it or not. I mean some little things were cute but then I'm all interested in AN only.😳 Apart from Sid-Tam portion,I loved the rest of the part.I loved how Abhi got mesmerized looking at Nikki in white saree. She looks like an angel in white. 😍
I thought finally Abhi would say something but then again, bad luck! seems like he's cursed or something.Whenever he tries to approach Nikki and disclose his feelings, those friends of her have to make an appearance.😡 Poor Abhi!
Thank God you cleared that the friends are here for a short time. I wanna know what is going to happen next with those bunch of nosy people around.😆

I am so glad I logged in and found your edit.

OK , I am getting too many comments on ST's portion . There... I learnt my lesson dearies 😃 . I will concentrate on AN and AN only henceforth .

Yes Abhi is one tortured soul (much like me

) when it comes to Nikki . But I think he is just beginning to feel stirrings for her again and that was what we wanted to concentrate on in this update . Mitzi will kill me if I make him confess or even thinki of it so soon 😊.

Yes her annoying friends (except for Riddima maybe) aren't directly involved in the future proceedings . I think Nikki has matured and is above their influence now .

Will put up the next update in a few days surely . Thanks for the edit , it was worth the wait 😊

P.S. I am so delighted that you liked those two lines . Honestly , I wasn't so fond of them myself ...

Oh God even I hate the old gang ...and evryone has diffrent expectations from them ... heheheh its fun to see ... yaa even I want those irritating idiots out soon ... the new interns ... though im not too fond of them atleast are fond of Abhi ... and I like wat ur saying abt Abhi ... yes he needs to bounce back ...

but it was bfuul how the last scne looks like a rehash of pool incidence.

I can just imagine the irritated SId with Tamanna , but i loved how Abhi noticed Nikki talking on the phone and how he is trying hard to ignore the friendliness of sid and Nikki ... yes he hasnt thought it so through as to actualy come to a conclusion abt them .. he's just trying to cut the thoughts when they come .

I like how Abhi expects not to be welcomed at the party but is welcomed ..thats why I like the new interns better ...umm just a tad bit ...ehheheh

Abhi looking at Nikki again and again ...is so cool

Ofcourse I know abhi cldnt have said anything to her ...kya kahega woh ...?? right now i feel thers nothing to say ...

Hey i also like sid and new interns just having fun at the party crowding the DJ ...so cute ...so typical ...

Hmm , I did not realize that initially but now that you say it does look like a rehash of the pool incident .

Aur Mitzi , chalo tumhe to bichaare naye interns thode theek thaak lagte hai 😊. I prefer them anytime over the old ones , because them I never liked .

Ok i am going to blame Mitzi for my loss of Part 9. She pms me link and she didnt pm me for this one. 😡 but seriously i pmed her earlier too but again i woul like to thank her for religiously pming the links otherwise there woul be so many parts i might have missed..

Btw i thought only that A is going to just joke around with it, but i liked how it is linked back to Sid's embarrassment :) good job.

As you said it was little weird reading this part but it wasn't boring though.

@N's falling ill and the way Sid shows concern.. It so goes with the way you have created his character. so open and frank.. he totally cares for Niki.. the way you have shown her disappointment for she was inwardly expecting that A calls her takes care of her but Sid did that job.. so there is sadness as well and the way it continues into cafe when she is back.. Good job

And then when A helps her when she is almost fainting, from N's point of view she sees that caring A back.. just a hint of him not being so distant and bossy.. but as he walks out that hope disappears.. you have shown these emotional battle so well...

Tamanna is surely has good influence over Sid.. Oh and i love how A is just so panicky when it comes to Sid.. he assumes things are going to go wrong and he doesn't want Sid and in turn him responsible for it..

And when it comes to N he surely cant wait to assume worst things.. He has trust issues.. Jealousy might be something that would be key in breaking the walls he has created.. as you said in earlier reply.. it need not be Lover kind of link up but it surely is something that bothers him to see someone getting to N when he couldn't get her confess things and instead got humiliated...

Thanks for the lovely comment on part 9 . Oh I so know how weird it must be to read it backwards 😊. But yes , poor Mitzi is doing a great job with sending out these PMs .

I know the Abhi Sid joke did nothing much in particular to the story ; but I just wanted to show a different side to him , where he could show off his brilliant sense of humor and take the other person completely off guard , like that scene where he corners Nikki , in the medical camp , taking her by complete surprise asking her if she is worried that something will happen between them ... That was so funny and unexpected 😊.

Yes Abhi can't wait to assume the worst things when it comes to N (haa haa so true). Trust issues were always there between them , even before the pool incident . He believed only what he wanted to believe , like the way in which he sees "Armaan calling" on her phone and automatically reaches some weird conclusion (every time I see that scene , I scratch my head in confusion 😕) ... And of course his jealousy coupled with the tendency to care for her (like every other man in that situation probably . I feel men are drawn to women when they are in that state of needing protection . It makes them feel ... I don't know , more macho maybe😊). It was all very messy and then Nikki telling him that Sid is doing the volunteering for a girl . Enough to mess up his confused , distrustful and jealous mind 😊.
