Now Nupur's wait and his failure (for whatever reason) to respond. For a moment and for argument sake let me assume that Mayank's ego came in between and he let 6 months pass by just like that! Lets take Nupur's view then! As throughout the story it seemed like she was the one who gave up or compromised or made efforts out of her comfort zone to get into this relationship and SHE was the one who was acting all mature to make this work with Mayank. Wasn't she the one who let her guards off and let him thru? Wasn't she the one who fought against all the odds within her to trust him and love him from the core of her heart? She gave it all...didn't she? Trusted him..had faith in him that he will love her forever and so seriously believed that he will never betray her. So 6 MONTHS passes by and not once she thinks if Mayank is still alive? How come it never even crossed her mind just once that he might be going thru more pain and suffering than her as she very much knew how much he loved her (him being expressive and all)! Why couldn't she pick up that phone and try to talk to him or perhaps ask a friend abt him! Seriously if Nupur returns to see Mayank in hospital or in his death bed if not dead already can she ever forgive herself?

I dunno Fiza ji...you kept on commenting on readers' feedback that you were showing reality. You know what reality of love is now-a-days! A small argument at the popcorn counter announcing a break-up, hit on her best friend in the cinema theater to make her jealous and then either kiss n make up or find yourself someone else the very next day. Mohabbat aisi nahi hoti..k waqti taur pe jata liya aur phir I am fed up with you kehke ghayeb hogaye. There are names for these kinda "drive-thru" relationships..crush, infatuation, few nights stand, "only physcial" etc etc. If you can't trust the person, his love, the moments he spent with you, the promises he made...and that faith you have that he will love you forever..than Nupur is a bigger fool here who has actually betrayed herself. So what now? If all that in past was a big lie and not real, She will live her life knowing that she was used rather than being loved? OR if she truly believes that he actually loved her then please teach her that love does not end or die in a lifetime, 6 months is nothing! Teach her to be a little less selfish for a change and think abt him. That's when she will understand Mayank more...and perhaps she can truly be in love. Mohabbat...yun hi sahi..
