khushi: hum dono apkay sath hain anjali ji. (we are both with you)

arnav turned his head towards khushi. his eyes were full of compassion. she touched the deepest part of his heart today. now he knew for certain. that she was the one. the one who was made for him. but she loved someone else. or did she. from seeing her behaviour for the past couple of days. he was starting to doubt what shyam had told him. even if she was acting, then she could not give soo much love and support just from presence near him. his heart had now taken over his head. he was not asr anymore. he realized what she had told him on new years. that everyone is with their loved ones, wishing them and wishing for them. the world is full of love. and he, blindly ignore that biggest fact of life. life without love is never complete. zindagi adhori hoti hai. (life not complete) his eyes started to moisten. he looked the other way. before khushi or anjali could notice. but he was a bit too late.

anjali: chottee kya howa. tumhari ankahin itni nam kyon hain? (what happened. why are your eyes so moist?)

Arnav: kuch nahin di. Bas aisay hi. (nothing. Just like that)

anjali put her hand against his cheek like she always does. She was like his mother for him. And now. He has a companion that would help him take care of her. He knew that khushi would cherish his sister as much as he did. Anjali understood that arnav was reacting to. She knew the place that she held in her brothers life. And now he had someone who would support him in what ever he did.

Khushi knew that the brother and sister needed some time alone.

Khushi: anjali ji. Hum abhi atay hain. Kuch chaheyeh ho, tho bula ligiyeh ga. (ill be right back. If you need anything, let me know)

anajli: nahin khushi ji. Ap humay mil gain hain. Ab hummay kuch nahin chahe yeh hai. (no, we have gotten you. We dont need anything else) she smiled and khushi smiled back. Khushi quietly left the room and went into the bedroom and quietly sat on the bed. She didnt want to impose on them.

As khushi was leaving arnav just looked at her. His heart was melting. His breathes were calm. His heartbeat now only said one thing again and again. Khushi.

Anjali looked at her brother. She knew he was in love. The same expression was on his face the day before they ran off and got married.

Anjali: sansain rukin?

Arnav just turned his head towards his sister and looked at his with a question on his face. How did she know.

Anajli: chotte, jab zindagi main koi aisa humsafar milay, jo apko har qadam par sahara day. Pyar day. Bharosa day kay sab kuch theek hogae ga, tho ussay apnay kareeb rakh na chahe yeh hai. Hainay... jaisay hummay apnay jevan kay sathi mil jae hain. Apko bhi mil gae hain. Jai yeh. Hum inkay paas jatay hain. (when you find someone in your life, that will walk every step with you. Support you in every step . Love you. Give you the feeling that everything will turn out ok. You should always keep them very close to you. Close to your heart. I dont know why both of you got married all of a sudden. i was first very mad at the both of you. but now i know whatever has happeend has happened for the best. i know you chotte. say what is in your heart. in order to leave a loving life with each other. it is necessary to say somethings. i know you didnt say anything until now. right. just like i have found my life long partner. you have as well. go. i am going to him)

anjali gets up. and starts to leave the room. arnav was lost in thought. he knew khushi was the one. but so did his di. she knew that her husband loved her the most. his mind was boggling with questions and confusions. he got up and closed the door. and sat down on the sofa. place his elbows on his knees and rested his head on his hands. closed his eyes. and all he could see what khushis smile. that smile. it was filled with love. compassion. promise.. loyalty... he felt someone hold onto his shoulder. it was khushi. she seemed a bit worried. he got up. and just looked at her. she was looking from side to side...

Khushi: voh arnav ji. Humnay darwzay kay band honay ki awaz suni. Tho agae thi. (I heard the door close, so I came)

arnav: khushi... kya howa hai. Main jaan tha hoon kay tum mujhe say kuch keh na cha thi hoon. Batao. (what is wrong. I know you want to tell me something. Say it) he just knew. Her eyes were trying to speak to him, but her mouth just wasnt letting the words out.

Khushi: voh main.. apko... she seemed to get more and more tensed.

He stood up and held both of her shoulders. He sat her down on the sofa. And sat on the sofa near her. She sat with her hands on her knees. Twiddling her saree palloo, she didnt know how to talk to him.

He knew something was wrong. A girl who didnt know how to be quiet was not unable to speak. Something was definetly wrong. He took his hand out to hold her hand. But stopped half way. And closed his fist. Took his hand back. She looked up and looked at him. He looked at her with a question on his face. Why cant you tell me what is wrong. Dont you trust me?

He took out his hand and held hers. She needed his support to talk to him. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

Khushi: arnav ji. Hummay apko ek sachae batani hai. Apnay adit kay baray main. Hummay pata nahin hain kay ap hamara bharosa karaingay ya nahin. Magar hum sach bool rahay hain. Ab hum apsay yeh nahin chupa sak thay hain. Apsay yeh baat ab aur chupna apkay sath dhoka hoga. Voh... lucknow main hum kisi say milay thay. Arnav took his hand away. He was bracing himself for the worst. Did something bad happen to her because of me. What she harmed. Was she tortured. His mind started to spin. Khushi: tho us waqt ek admi ae thay aur unhoon nain hamari izzat bachae thi. (a man came at that time and saved me)

arnav took a sigh or relief.

Khushi: voh admi fir hummay delhi main bhi milay thay. Aur unhoon nay hi hummay apki company main naukree karnay kay liye appointment letter dil waya tha. Aur phir voh hamaray ghar main ek paying guest ban kar reh nay lagay thay. (that guy then met me in delhi. And he is the one who got me the job in your company. He looked down. He felt as if a moutnain was about to break on his head. He held both of his hands together and placed them on his knees. And closed his eyes.

Khushi: apko yaad hai, havan kay din, jab hum rothay howay apsay pool side kay paas milay thay. Ap jaan thay thay kay us shaks nay kuch kiya tha. Magar voh phir bhi humara phecha kar thay rahay. Aur aj bhi kar rahay hain. Humany pehlay koshish bhi ki thi unkay ghar waloon ko batanay ki. Magar unki patni unsay bohot pyar kar thi hain. Aur unkay bagair gee nahin paingi. Humnay bohot koshish ki thi batanay ki. Par halat hi kuch iasay hogae thay,, kay hum phir majboor hogae thi. arnav started to remember how he over heard anjali and nani speaking to eachtoerh about khushis engagement breaking. She did try to tell anjali. She did try. He rememberd how on the day of the mangha, he and khushi had the bangles argument at the pool side. And who did he meet when he left that pool. Shyam. Shyam was spying on them.

Khushi moved her hands. She didnt look up.

Khushi: magar arnav gi. Shadi kay din. Jab ap bar bar humsay kuch kehna cha rahay thay, tho apko nani ji nay bulaya tha. Mujhe us waqt ek message mila tha. Ainay par. Kay terrace par ao. Mainay socha tha kay apnay likha tha. Main chali gae thi. Aur vahan par.. voh thay... (on the day of the wedding, you wanted to talk to me. But then nani called you. I received a mssg on the mirror asking me to come to the terrace. I went. And he was there.)

arnav knew what she wanted to tell him. That the person who cheated her what shyam. He wasnt cheated by her. But she was cheated herself.

Khushi: unhoon nay mujhe chonay ki koshish bhi ki. Galay bhi lagaya. Mainnay unko hata diya. (he tired to touch me. He hugged me, but I pushed him away.)

arnav remembered that yes.. shyam was the one who was hugging her.. she didnt hug him back. He started to feel a big tension being taken off of his shoulders. He started to quietly cry. Not letting her know.

Khushi: voh apni patni ko pyar nahin kar thay hain. Bohot bar bata chukay hain hummain. Aur voh hamaray peechay par gae. Voh apni patni kay laiq bhi nahn hain. Unko patni sati savitri jaisi hain. (he doesnt lvoe his wife. He has told me many times. And he is after me. He doesnt deserve his wife.)

arnav felt his broken heart healing. That is why khushi said for him to leave anjali. Because she is better off without him. That is exactly what he said to shyam as well. Why didnt he put the pieces together. Why didnt he try to understand why khushi was saying such things. Why.. why didnt he trust her??? why...

khushi: arnav ji.. voh ab bhi hummay... voh hamary kareeb anay ko kosish kar thay hain. Aur kal bhi hummay dhamki di thi. Kay voh hummay... (she started to cry louder) (he still... he still tries to come near me. And yesterday. He threatened me that he... will.. me..)

khushi: hum raat ko issi say hi dar gae thay. (that I why I got scared last night)

aranv started to regret everything that he had done. He tortured her emotionally. He forced her ot marry him. He was not worthy of her love. He wasnt worthy of her.

Khushi: she took a big gulp.. arnav ji... voh... voh hain... (he .. he is)

aranv quickly put his finger on her lips.

Arnav: jijaji...

khushis eyes widened. How did he know. She was in shock.
