Chapter 11:

As she got off the stage Arnav went up to her and said, "Can we talk?"

Everyone gathered inside guest room; NK, Lavanya, Nani, Akash, Payal Anjali, Gayatri Nani, Arnav, Ashlesha, Jia, and even Khushi.

"Gayatri Nani, what is all this? You fixed my rishta and didn't bother ask me about it?"

"Yes Naniji, I agree with Arnav sir!" said Ashlesha

"Jiji, you should have informed someone."

"Devyani, I told Jia!" all head turned towards Jia.

"Jia you knew about this?" Ash looked mad.

"Di, I did but I wanted you to be happy! That's why I said yes to your rishta and Gayatri Nani told me not to inform anyone about you."

"Gayatri Nani, this was not right." Anjali blurted.

"I agree!" said Akash.

Khushi who couldn't tolerate it anymore ran out and went to the poolside with tears running down her face. Payal followed her.

"Khushi, clam down! Arnavji would never get remarried! You know that na?"

"I can't see him getting engaged to someone else either and I can't see my family ashamed! Jiji, what should I do?"

"Khushi everything will be okay soon! Just calm down!" She threw her arms around Payal.

Meanwhile in the other room there was still argument going on.

"Gayatri Nani, I can't marry Ash!"

"Why not Arnav?"

"Because I'm . . ."

"Because he isn't ready." cut in Anjali

"He's 28! He spent 28 years getting ready! It's time!"

"I need some time to think I'll be back!" He went to the poolside where he knew his dear wife would be.

"Khushi." He said sadly as he approached the crying sisters. He put his hand on Payal shoulder and nodded. She walked away back to the other room.

"Khushi, I really didn't know about this."

"I know Arnav, but the fact it happened makes me cry!" She rested her head on his shoulders and cried louder.

"Look, sweetheart, I will fix everything don't cry. Your tears are painful and they hurt me a lot! Please don't cry!" he kissed her forehead.

She wiped her tears. "I'm sorry! But Mr.Arnav Singh Raizada, that Ash better stay away from you!"

He giggled "She will! She knows the truth and we will convince her of acting this out! By the way, I miss your twisting and turning in bed!"

"Arnav!" she playfully slapped his arm and hugged him finding more peace in his arms then in Payal's. He hugged her back and nuzzled a little in her neck softly kissing her neck.

"Arnav." She moaned, which was a clear turn on for him.

Hearing her moan he entwined his fingers with hers and began kissing her neck wildly.

"Arnav, someone will see us we are in the poolside!"

"So what?"

"Gayatri Nani will see us and think that I'm so characterless that I'm having an affair with my boss even though I'm married and you're getting engaged!"

He reluctantly let go of her and she pulled back from the hug! "Fine, but none of this will work when go on our honeymoon! Then there will be more moaning and less talking!"

"Arnav!" she looked at him and her mouth formed an 'O' shape.

He laughed at her reaction. "What? It's true!"

"We better go back, people are probably wonder what's going on! I have to fix my makeup, it's all ruined!" He helped her up and they both entered his room.

"You look fine!"

"Exactly! I look FINE! I need to look beautiful!"

"Khushi you are beautiful! You don't need all this makeup crap! Who are you trying to woo? I'm already crazy over you!"

"I'm trying to woo my boss!"

"Oh really?"

"Yeah! He's really hot!"

"Oh! Is that so? You know my PA is also really hot!"

"How sweet?"

"Very!"

"Arnav, you promise you will fix this right?"

"I promise! You're more important to me than anything, and so for you I will do anything!"

"That's why I love you so much!"

"Because I can do anything for you?"

"No, because you think of me as the most important thing in your life!"

Arnav explained the plan to Ash, "So I will pretend to be your fiance until the wedding where Mrs.Khushi will come out in the wedding lengha instead of me!"

"Exactly, and you cover up for Khushi and me when we are trying to spend time together!"

"Okay! I can do that!"

"Thank you Ash! It's really sweet of you! You know what? I give you a raise! Double your current salary!"

"No sir, I'm doing this for two love birds, it would be a shame if I would get paid for this!"

"Maybe, I have misunderstood you Ash! You are a great girl and deserve love! You should try and forget the snake, Shyam and move on! The sad thing is, he never realized how precious all three of you women were!"

"Thank you sir!"

He nodded and they both walked down the stairs together to be fake engaged.

After the ring ceremony Khushi, Arnav and Ash snuck back upto the poolside.

"Sir, ma'am I will leave you two alone!"

"Thanks Ash!" said Khushi a little relieved she was keeping away from Arnav.

"Now sweetheart we are officially alone! We can start where we left off!" he said getting closer to her, all the while smirking!

"No we can't!" she said backing off a little playfully!

"Why?"

"Because we have to wait till we go on our honeymoon!"

"Then it's settled we leave tomorrow for Goa!"

"Why Goa?"

"It's romantic and my dream of seeing you in a two-piece-bikini will come true!"

"Arnav! Since when did you become so naughty?"

"Since. . . Since I met you!" he gave her a kiss on her cheek. "You can drive any man crazy!" he kissed her other cheek. "Do you know how sexy you are?" he kissed her forehead and put his hands on her waist pulling her towards him. "You're like an enchantress!" kissing the tip of her nose. "I don't know how I used to stay away from you!" he gave her a peck on the lips.

"Arnav! Seriously, it's like you are a whole other person!"

"It's what happens when you're desperate to spend some time with your wife!"

"Well, we need to stay away from each other a little longer Arnav!"

"No! We will fake a business trip tomorrow! I'm desperate to be with you!"

"Desperation, faking, plans, all this isn't ASR!"

"It's not ASR, but it is Arnav! Actually, I do have a deal pending in Goa."

"Okay but you've changed! You are becoming very naughty!"

"I want you! I need you! I love you!"

"I love you too!"

"K then it's settled honeymoon starting tomorrow!"

"Fine, but just because you have a deal."

"Di, Nani, Gayatri Nani, Khushi and I are going on a business trip tonight!"

"Bhai, there aren't any business deals out of Delhi today!"

"Akash, it's the D'Souza deal!"

"Oh that deal, but Bhai it's been pending for weeks!"

"I know but we never actually finalized it, so I thought I would go and finalize with Khushi."

"Yeah, I guess you will have to go to Goa to finalize it."
