Haha! very valid question... Arnav on the show was as intelligent... but his temper used to get the better of him... his Achilles heel was his sister...

In an effort to chase a mass audience and drive TRPs up, the CVs fried his brain and killed the character by showing a couple of crazy, traumatic situations that caused a short circuit and in effect, what we have today is a brainless zombie...
