PART 18

Dev woke up with some sound and he came down...

as he reached the veranda place some sounds of song were getting stronger... and some beat too...

He came out and saw Radhika in a white colour saree as usual pallu front.he looked around and found none but the song and the beat was coming then he saw the tape recorder playing and Radhika was moving according to the song. The song was abt a girl who lost every one whom she loved and the ones around her was cunning her... He saw Radhika who was dancing immensely as if she was going through the pain... She was jumping, crying getting angrier and was moving and moving around. She had her eyes open but she was observing none she was in her own world. Dev thought to himself "What made Radhika go through such a long pain,,,,,,,,,,"

Then he notice a thing she was not going through bit, her eyes had tears in them and she was circling and circling. Dev then understood what will happen.

Radhika was dancing but immediately she had an immense pain in her pain not in her mind but from her body, she was losing control on her self but she gave up... she circled and was falling, she felt her self falling onto ground and she was waiting for that pain but then two strong hands got hold off her, they were holding her strongly... the before days night too the same thing happened... but the touch it wasn't that touch it was some other but very familiar, she was trying to get her senses, she was trying to get back to the world. she had her eyes open but she can't recognize the person in front of him.The hands lifted her strongly they were taking her but where... she was trying to get back her senses which she left when she entered into her dancing world some time ago.She was trying to get into this world slowly she was getting her senses back... she was coming out and she was fighting to come out as faster as she can. and surprisingly her fighting was successful and she was out... she saw the person she uttered the word "Dev..." and close her eyes.

Dev caught hold of her and trying to wake her up then she immediately opened her eyes and uttered his name and closed them then he relieved...

"Why the hell Radhika did this. If she didn't come back she should have been lost into coma. does she know that.?"

Dev made her onto sofa and brought some water and made her drink...

She was murmuring something Dev leaned for ward to listen////// "Pa...pa.. Hu,.m,,,,e...ch..o..d,,,,k,,,,ar...mat...ja.a..na... P,,,,,l..e...as.e.,"(Da...d...pl.ea...se...do...n't...le...ave...me..)

Dev made Radhika wake up she slapped her to get her into consciousness and she woke up with a jerk . She sat beside and pressed her head with her hand.

Dev:What the hell do u think, why did u do that.

Radhika remained silent.

Rohan who then only came "What happened Dev"

Dev:U know what, ur friend was doing suicide attempt on her,

Radika:Its not suicide attempt Dev

Rohan:Hua kya hain(What happened?)

Dev:Dancing mein ek pratice hota hain,(There's a practice in dance) in order to get our self into the world of Dance and concentrate on it, we willingly leave our senses and do it, at that time except the music and beat we will hear or see or sense nothing. and some times we will fall down in middle of dance if we doesn't do it properly or if we do it for a long time and at that time we had to struggle a lot to get back our senses other wise person may lost into coma an later she/ he will die.

Radhika: I know, and I didn't fell becoz of improper practice but becoz blood was oozing out of my leg becoz of this,,,,,,,, Radhika showed her knee which had a glass piece struck into it.

Rohan immediately went near her and took the glass piece out of her leg and tied there with his hand kerchief

Dev:Why did u tried this,,,,

Radika: I didn't try this , I always does this for last 4 years

Dev:What???????

Radhika: I am a master in this.

Dev:Radhika its dangerous regarding medical terms.

Radhika:"I know, but its more useful than danger and its a good and best practice in yoga.

Dev: I know, but its used for atonement or to get rid of pains, why for u.

Radhika smiled and said :Rohan and Dev ... Ramu kaka aagaya, aaj aapko jo tiffin chahe wo poocho.(Rohan and Dev. ramu uncle came. today what ever tiffin u people want, u can ask him.)

Dev looked at Radhika as if... she was a strange biological specimen. He thought to himself ( What does this girl think of her self, first of all she was doing some thing which can kill her easily, and now she was talkign as if she had nothing to do wiht it. Why she was diverting the topic, is she trying to hide some thing? or she had any mad? "

Rohan looked at her angrily and said "Tiffin nahi lunch, if ever u start dance u won't b in this world."

Radhika smiled and said "Sorry I went into at 9:00, and now its ?"

Rohan: 1:30PM

Radhika:God ...

Dev:Oh my god, I woke up at 1;30 in mid afternoon, actually I woke up at 4:00 and Radhika didn't come I did pooja and went back to sleep...Radhika when did u come back, and how u came,

Radhika: By car, I started at 4:00 in mng and reached here at 6:30

Dev: Ohhh who dropped u

Radhika:I only drove straight here. none dropped me

Dev:U know car driving

Radhika:Hmmm

Dev: U said u don't know bike

Radhika:Haan but whats relation between Car and scooty

Dev:Point hain. any way chodo, chalo kal humne plan kiya tha na jamuna par ek ride pe jaane ke liye.,(Yes u are right, any way we planned yesterday to go for a ride across Jamuna right)

Rohan:Wow, what a planning mid day par ride in jamuna, wait till evening and in evening u can leave in the way u want.

Radhika:I had an idea, till evening we will go for a ride for the fields here, u will love them

Rohan:thats good idea, but Radhu I forgot, RB said me to take ur keys.

Radhika:Oops I forgot it, he can come here atleast right, why didn't he come

Rohan:Nope Ruby was insisting him to come soon.

Radhika:Ohhh fine I will bring keys.

Radhika:I am sorry Bharka but u know that I had to do pooja and I can't be good with out doing mng pooja any day. So for sake of it I left off,

RV took phone from Radhika "Aise kya beti, yaha humaare ghar mein bhi ek pooja mandir hain na."(Whats this , if u has to do pooja, u can do it in our home right, we had a mandir here too)

Radhika cursed herself for having to talk to him "Ji, jaante hoon, lekin hum Kanha ko maante hain aur aap Raghuvanshi hain..."(I know, but I believe in Kanha, and u people are Raghuvanshi's who believe in Ram so ...)

RV: We had a Kanha statue here na

Radhika:Ji lekin vo aap apne beti ke liye rakha tha, and vus par adhikar sirf aur sirf aapka betika hi hogi. Isliye maine waapas aagaya(Yes I know, But u made it for ur daughter, and ur daughter only will have all rights on it. so I came back)

RV: Thik hain beti, aapko ghar tak pahunchne mein kuch bhi problem toh nahi hain na(Its fine, do u have any problem in reching ur home)

Radhika:Jee blkul nahi, par aapko ek baat bol sakti hoon(Not at all, but can I say u a thing)

RV:Jee(Yeah)

Radhika:Aap jitna paise karch karke peete hain na, agar vo saari paise save kiya toh, ek orphanage ki ek din achi tarah beetega.(Don't take me wrong, but the money u spend on ur drinking, if u save that money, it can provide food for an orphanage for a day) And as medico I wanna warn u that drinking is not good for health. Please reduce it and also I had no right to tell u not to spend money for functions, but according to me how much money u spend for the function yesterday if u use that money many orphans can study. And Ram ji will praise it for sure.

Rohan: Yeah RB come here next month for some thing regarding fields, I will go along with him then

Dev gasping "Radhika U will die today in my hand"

Radhika laughed and "Dev , vus budhu ko samjhado,"(Dev , please make him understand)

Dev whishpered in Rohan's ear what was the thing and Rohan too started to taunt Radhika. But Radhika showed her tongue and laughing ran off.

Radhika stopped at a place and started to show Dev some thing...

Dev watched there to get different varieties of flowers in some land near the mountains , Radhika was now excited going into its middle and said "Jaante ho, ye jo mandap hain na is field ke middle, vaha hi meri mummy ka shaadi ho gayi hain."(U know that small Mandap in the middle of field, there only my mom's marriage happened)

Dev looked there and it was a small mandap with some ground around and there was path way to there. Radhika was like in a trance "Jaante ho Dev meri mummy aur papa ka toh arranged marriage tha, lekin jis din vun donom ke sajaai ho gayi vuske baad jab shaadi mein log aaye the ne, vuun logom ne ye socha ki donom ki toh love marriage hain, donom itna free hain, has rahe hain, khel rahe hain... Mummy bahut kush hain vus din par..."(U know what Dev, My parents marriage was arranged marriage, but after the day fo their engagement, when relatives came to their marriage, they all thought that My Mom and Dad's marriage was a love marriage. They were so free with each other, Talking, laughing, playing. Mom was really happy that day... but...)

Rohan who knows what Radhika will spill out "Radhu"

Radhika with a jerk turned around and "Yeah Rohan"

Rohan:Bas kuch der yaha baithne ka man kar raha tha(I had a wish to sit here for some time)

Radhika:Mujhe bhi, yaha toh meri aur mumma ki baut saarein yaadein hain, mumma toh ye bolta hain ki main pehli baar yaha hi chalna seekha tha/(Yes me too, I had a lot of memories associated with Mummy, she often used to say em that I walked for the first time here only ) And she says that she had many memories with it.

Dev was thinking to himself " Radhu, aap aur aapki maa ki relation kitni achi ahin, main ne wo saari photos dekha tha. Lekin tumhe Rohan ke saath kaisa apna dost huvi jisne apne maa baap ka chehre bhi yaad nahi karte. Shayad aap bhi apni baapuji se nafrat karte hain is liye hogi"(Radhu , U and ur mom share such a beautiful relation, I saw all those pictures, but how did u friend Rohan, who doesn't even remember his parents faces. May be u too hate ur father thats why)

Radhika:Dev agar yaha evening sunset ki time mein baitha toh bahut acha hoga...(Its really beautiful here in the evening time during sunset)

Dev smiled...

A woman going through there "Radhka betiyan, kab aagayi ho aap/"(Radhika! When did u come)

Radhika:Kal mausi, aur aaj nikhal rahe ho, vo kuch certificates ka kaam hain''(I came yesterday aunty, and returning today. there was a work of certificates)

That woman was black and clearly looking that she was a worker...

Radhika:Acha kis tarah jaa rahe ho(Well, which way are u going)

Woman:Haan wo jo bua maa ka yaha hain wus tarah jaa rahi hun(Haan I am going to the side of ur aunties field)

Radhika:Bua maa ki field mein kya hua(What happened there)

Woman:Kuch nahi lag raha ki baarish hogi aur mujhe toh wo jo saari passouts karna hain(It looks like, it will rain and I am going there becoz I has to make the pass outs for water)

Radhika:Oh thik hain, aur saari phool ki kaam kaun kar rahe hain(Whose doing the work of flowers)

Woman: Sundar bhaiyya hain na., wo...

Radhika:Saarein pe saari phool Kanha ki yaha hi bhej rahe hain na(U are sending all the flowers to kanha's temple right)

Woman:Haan betiyaan lekin do pedon ka phool toh ye log le rahe hain baaki sab bhagwaan ki mandir mein hiu bhej rahe hain(Haan, but we people are taking the flowers of two plants remaining all are being sent to the temple of Kanha)

Radhika:Acha ...(Fine then)

Woman:Betiyaan aap ghar pe jaao, lagta ki barish hone waali hain(U please leave to home, looks like it will rain)

Radhika smiled and shouted "Kya hua mausi Baarish hua toh acha hi hoga na, koun baarish se pyaar nahi karte"(What will happen Aunty, raining is good na, who will not love rain)

Woman:Aap ajeeb si baatein karte hain main jaati hun(U do say strange words, I am leaving now)

Radhika:Thik hain(Fine)

Dev: Radhika u know her

Radhika:Ye sab jo fields hain vus mountain tak wo sab humaara hi tha and ab tum jo bhi fields mein ghum rahe ho vus mein bhi half humaara hain(All these fields till the mountain cliff and the fields in which u are roaming around, in that also half are our families only)

Dev:Waah

Raadhika smiled and then only it started to rain Radhika came out laughing and started to soak in rain... she was dancing laughing smiling and some times playing...After some time Rohan to joined her Dev smiled and remembered him self ...

That was class 12 in Vrindavan high school, The physics class was going on regarding dynamics-Newtons laws of motion...

Radhika as usual in her first bench listening the class, she was in her blue dress...

Radhika turned her head as the lecturer moved in between benches and watched rain falling form the window... Radhika smiled to herself and looked at her watch its still half an hour for the class to end..

The same was the position of Dev who was sitting in the second bench on boys side he too was thinking to get out. Finally he did planned ...

The lecturer now started abt third law and Dev stood up with his hand raised...
"Sir"

Lakshman kumar sir turned back and asked "What's up Dev"

Dev;Sir I just wanna leave the class sir, may I have ur permission

Lakshman:Why, is my class and newtons laws that boring

The whole class bursted into laugh and Radhika who had her eye on the window looked at him then which Dev noticed...

Dev:Sir, jaroorat hain, samjho na(Sir its a need, please understand)

Lakshman laughed and "Yeah u can leave, but on one condition u had to complete all the excersises on Newtons third law..."

Dev nodded and left out...

Radhika thought to herslef "Lucky idiot, Now how shall I leave."

Lakshman:Radhika,are u listening

Radhika stood up and said "No sir..."

Lakshman:What//////

Now all the class started to laugh

Radhika:Sir, its raining out...

Lakshman:So/////

Radhika:Sir first rains sir, thats why my mind was dragging me there, I had no mood to sit here.

Lakshman:But what abt ur newton law

Radhika sighed and "Sir. 8th class se pad rahi hun, sun sun ke bore ho raha hain sir..."(Reading it from 8th class, listening it I am bored sir)

Now again the class was laughing but some mroe louder/

Lakshman:Radhika, do u have any plan to terminate my class today

Radhika:No sir, I had my plan to terminate my school today, so please let me leave if u want I can solve a problem for u

Lakshman:Oh fine then I will write a problem on board and u had to do it

Radhika:Sir please do faster...

Lakshman wrote problem which was very higher stabdard upto IIT level and asked Radhika to solve it.Radhika looked around and doing brain caluclation in 50 seconds said "Sir answer was thrust is 540 P "

Lakshman:Can u explain how u did it,,,,,,

Radhiak said in a faster way to Lakshman which others tried to understand but didn't and Radhika left off. taking her bag

Lakshman: Bye Radhika and even if tomorrow u don't attend my class I have no problem

Radhika:Sir, If tomorrow too rain falls then I won't

Lakshman smiled and Radhika rushed out...

As she came out of room "Baarish se itna pasand hain"(Did u love rain to this core...)

Radhika hesitatingly looked at Dev who was standing there and said "Yes Dev " and left off in a run///////

Rohan dragged Dev out and Dev came and he too started to play along with them .,...

Radhika smield and said Dev "do u think that we should still leave for a ride,.,.."

Dev smiled and said "Yamuna won't be in situation of ride even if we leave now,and any how,september month we can leave"

Radhika frownign her eye brows "Sepember month?'

Dev: Haan September - first week - home sick holidays for aiims freshers who live in hostel and as this year only 4 members are from Delhi they are deciding to give holidays for us all...

Radhika jumped again with joy and said "Varun dev ji,September month jab holidays aaayenge tab bhi aisa hi baarish hone do"(Oh, rain god, when we get holidays in september mnth then also let the rain fall in this way)

Dev smield and Rohan said "Haan Varun ji, agar tab Baarish padegi toh, Radhika apni 7th class ke baad, pehli baar Rohan ke bina baarish mein khelogi"(Yes God, if it rains then , then Radhika will play in rain for first time with out Rohan after her 7thclass)

Radhika tapped Rohan on back and said "Meri Kanha hi tumko yaha laayega"(My Kanha will bring u here...)

Rohan smield and thought to himself "Radhika, I doesn;'t wanna come, I just wanna go away from u becoz I doesn't wanna my self to be a problem in ur life. Forgive me Radhika." Tears were coming from his eyes but they are covered of it with rain dropslets...

Precap:

Dev smiled and asked her phone, Radhika gave it and Dev watched at wall paper once again itwas Radhika's mom...

Dev:U won't miss ur mom

Radhika:Kyun miss karo. as long as I am in Vrindavan I will never miss her becoz I can see her in every inch of Vrindavan we move becoz its ur relation and regarding delhi When I am in Delhi I miss her very minimum because the blood flowing in me main skin every thing is made from her only na so I take my self as a memory of my mom,/.

Dev:Didn't u cry when ur mom died

Radhika:Why should I cry indeed I am happy for her

Dev:What????

Radhika:Dev one day or other we all should die and go to heaven or hell. But for my mom it came earlier, thats indeed better dev, if we are here see how many problems " Children ko marks problem , job holders ko projects ki problem hain, house wives ko money ki problem hain and Budda-buddi ko diseases ki problem hain. Getting some disease and depending on others even for our daily things was the most horrible thing. My mom didn't suffer it so i am happy for her.

Dev smiled and said "Some times the things u say will be rubbish and some times they have a lot of hidden meaning it. U are the strange person I have ever saw."

Radhika smiled and said "Every person has his or her character based on their genes or on the environment they growed and according to me a person who remains himself or herself same from their childhood to death or the real achievers. Indeed why should we change Dev. Asking some one to change them selves for our self is a wrong according to me, if u don't like them leave talking with them that's it."
