Girl, you are on a roll! I didnt know what I would have done if you werent updating back to back - the wait for the next updates in this particular fiction would have killed us all..

How cruel all of this is! How selfish can anybody get???? Why all these riots happened? I loved Rustam and Haji sahab and I adored Naila.. how did they die??? It's so god-damned unfair! Not that I haven't really read the history of slaughters but to read it for some characters that you have gotten used to is totally another thing!

You made me cry and I hate you for this!!!!!!!! Now I wish Akash is fine, he just got married!!! And I hope Arnav saves Khushi from shattering.. she lost her family for nothing..

Waiting to read more..

well can i say something...
there is this line by khushi's dad...where he says they are indians and not bloody pakistanis...i feel it might offend some of ur readers as some of them are pakistanis...i kno that this story is mainly set in the era of independence...but it might sound offending to some of the...so if u cud modify it...this is purely with the intent of not hurting the sentiments of the readers...its just my opinion😛

I'm a bloody Pakistani... And, I loved that line. 😆 No worries at all.

This was so heart breaking...😭😭😭 can imagine those scenes and i was crying while
reading it.. I think even you felt like crying after writing this... who won't?? and moreover this
is what actually happened in the past...😭
Have no idea how you are going to end this... waiting eagerly...

This is an epic story muffin...loved each update...you've brought alive the era so beautifully. It's a shame that most of us in this generation will never know or understand what our people went through then. But hopefully stories like this will introduce some of us to atleast some of the horrors that happened in the name of religion. The sad thing is that it still continues :(

Back to the story...wonder how Khushi is going to deal with losing her whole family so brutally! Thank God Arnav is there with her. And I do hope that Akash is still alive.

my heart was with each character in your story .

i love arnav's protective nature of khushi and i admire naila's sacrifice so much.

i really hope khushi is alright, and arnav does the right thing by her and everyone is safe, as khushi hopefully gets taken into the raizada household and isn't sent packing off to shamshaher - please dont let that happen, i might cry if it does.

as usual, your writing is brililant, and i appreciate the fast and lengthy updates so much.
