Great update but I have some disliking about Raj's behavior in this update. 😡 😡 😡 - well yeh he is meant to be hated

Naina has started feeling something about Raj when he rescued her from Amar and she has some positive thoughts about him.😉 😉 😉 She wanted to kiss him and it was a positive indication for him and more to that Raj was also happy to see her face in morning. - yes it was a soft moment for both of them

When Naina was not eating he could have make her understand politely I don't like his rude behavior. 😔 😔 😔 I was not happy with his act.😔😔 😔 He should not have show his the worst face of him.😒 😒 😒 Now she will again hate him. - he can't help it it is just who he is. he doesn't know how to love

He killed them brutally and this is enough for Naina.😭 😭 😭 I was feeling sad and miserable for her she is so helpless.🤔 🤔 🤔 She was in terrible state and this way he first time made my mind filled with some negative thoughts. 😡 😡 😡 - well yes he did it on purpose to scare her so she doesn't disobey him again

Part 11

Brotherhood

Further one more week was spent in Venice and Naina had barely gotten out of her room. She only came out when instructed at meal times and immediately went back to her saunctuary. Not like she had much choice because the less she had to be in Rajveer's presence the better. He was a monster whom she could neither defeat nor reason with. She just had to remain in her cage which was ironic as the monster played out free.

Over the days her physical and mental health had been affected so most of the time she spent sleeping. Several times she had regular check ups but it hardly affected her and she paid less attention to the treatment. It was better to let the life end rather than living without a soul which Rajveer had destroyed the night he had kidnapped her. There was nothing to look forward to in life at all. She had begun to respect him slowly but after his demonic demonstration she knew he was not worth it at all.

It was a silent dinner as usual where Naina only pretended to eat like a robot. Her mechanical movements weren't hidden from Rajveer yet as long as she obided it was enough for him.

One of the guards handed Rajveer his phone and he got busy discussing something. During that time Naina studied him and saw him frown several times. Something was wrong. Obviously she cared less but somehow she didn't like him being in distress.

As soon as his phone went down on the table the doors of the suite opened and in stepped a medium heighted man. His features appeared of a sweet chocolatey lover yet his posture appeared of a ruffian. It made Naina wonder what a normal looking man like him did amongst the gangsters.

When the man had entered a smile appeared on Rajveer's face. It must have been almost the first time when she had seen him smile otherwise he walked around with that grave expression.

When she saw Rajveer got up and greeted the man with delight she pondered that the guy must have been very important. He almost looked as if family because till date she hadn't seen Rajveer being that free with anyone. She had only seen him kill but not love.

Certainly Rajveer was very happy seeing the man. It was as if he felt his heart had returned back to him. The man was very close to him and meant everything to him.

It was Alekh, his right hand man. The one man, he trusted, more than anyone in the world. He had always been there when he needed him. "I'm so glad Alekh you made it in time." He hugged him.

Alekh also felt overwhelmed seeing him as he was more than a brother for him. "How couldn't have I. You called me and I didn't think about anything else."

Rajveer moved out and looked a bit disturbed. "I hope you haven't left the main thing unattended?" He gave a stern look.

In return Alekh gave an assured smile. "It has been taken care of, don't worry." He sighed and then his eyesight noticed a very meek creature sitting on the table looking very disturbed. Yes he had heard about how Rajveer had lately kept a woman in his possession but he had never thought she would have been in that state. Indeed she was beautiful and worth having but she looked afraid and not like the women he had seen Rajveer with earlier. Unlike others she didn't look that happy to be with one of the most powerful man on Earth. Then again he also knew he wouldn't be able to ask Rajveer about it so he decided he would get a chance to talk to her himself.

The thought chain was broken and Rajveer took Alekh with him to discuss several things. Since Abhimanyu had been sent off back to India to cover some aspects, Alekh was called in for his aid. There were several decisions which he couldn't make alone and a main deal was about to happen which needed special attention.

Naina's dinner was over and she no longer wanted to remain there so as routine she retired to her room. Before entering the door she gave Alekh another glance as if she urged to get some support from him. For some reason she found him genuine and perhaps someone who she could have trusted among others.

For a few seconds Alekh also had looked up towards her and had seen her stare back. There was certainly something more to her and he died to find out but his first priority was Rajveer.

Two hours later

The discussion was over and it was time for their deal meeting he had come to Venice for. It was finally taking place and Rajveer was confident enough that it was going to be dealt with smoothly. He expected less force and violence as possible.

Before leaving he visited Naina who was in bed but soon woke up after seeing him. He hadn't meant to scare her but he had already performed too many stunts for that. She looked weak and tired and he didn't like that. Why couldn't she understand him that he only wanted to give her all the happiness? She had forced him to be aggressive. After two minutes long stare he left without any utterance because he felt no need, in fact he just couldn't think of anything suitable to say which he already hadn't said.

It wasn't like she had expected anything from him. She had become afraid but as soon as he left she felt relieved and lied down yet couldn't find sleep anywhere. She understood that dark danger in his eyes as if it was a warning for her not to do anything stupid.

Indeed it was a warning because before exiting the suite, Rajveer gave strict instructions to his guards to keep a proper eye on Naina and not like last time. She shouldn't be allowed to leave her room at all. Then he left with Alekh and half of his guards.

Naina's sore eyes hadn't allowed her to sleep for many nights. In fact she hadn't had a sound sleep since that scandalous night of her abduction. Each night she had stayed awake for hours just wondering what was left for her future. Was there any future? She knew Rajveer wasn't going to let her end her life either because he was so efficient that he would probably end up saving her at the end moment.

Her thoughts traveled towards the new stranger who had arrived that evening. He looked genuine and the way he had stared at her had almost appeared as if he showed some amount of sympathy towards her.

Yet soon it got dismissed from her brain because she couldn't be deceived anymore. She had made the same mistake with Rajveer and had thought he wasn't that bad as he seemed yet he turned out to be worse. Everyone was the same. No one could be trusted. No one was going to help her escape that prison. Perhaps it was about time she came to terms with the fact that Rajveer was too deadly to mess with.

The secret meeting

The dimly lit room smelled of tobacco and smoke as mostly all the international smugglers set with fat cigars in their mouths. It appeared pretty old fashioned just like in the old times how the gangsters used to gather around for a meeting. It was a secret meeting indeed since there were many risks and obviously none of them were on the police's radar but if the meeting was caught then they all surely were going to be.

For months Rajveer had anticipated the meeting and finally he saw his dreams becoming true. He had already conquered most of the world's black market of diamonds yet he hadn't scored with the biggest fish yet. Europe was a haven and he had to have his share.

However most of the dons weren't that convinced because they already had a kingdom where they ruled and they didn't need any assistance. Europe's black market mainly stood on drugs so they weren't really into smuggling diamonds as that was automatically turned into white.

Rajveer was an expert in convincing anybody as he had the ability to make sure people obeyed him. It was tough to get through them as they all were very big fishes yet he was a just a small goldfish in a pond. Then of course he had prepared everything for a long time so he knew what he had got himself into and how he would get out of it being a winner. He knew all of their traits, their businesses and most important their weaknesses. He focused on the latter than the former.

Several hours had passed and yet still none of the dons had been convinced enough to do business with Rajveer. They simply couldn't understand why he wanted to join their economy when he already had half of the Asia in his hands. He was well off without them.

Yet what they were unaware of was that it was just Rajveer's strategy of securing his future. Europe's black market was a very big threat and he had to snub it before it got out of hand. Nobody could be trusted in that business. For the very reason he had kept his enemies away from the meeting. Only the insiders knew about it and that too very few of them. He had taken a big risk and he had to take precautions.

Alas it was four in the morning and finally Rajveer received success. If not all, some had certainly agreed to his terms and had allowed his share. If he had half he was confident the others would follow soon. His trip had been successful.

Finally the meeting had come to an end and all of them left one by one due to security reasons. The place was deserted but they couldn't take any chances. Rajveer was content and he thanked Alekh for being beside him like old times. In retort Alekh told him he was like a brother to him and was never going to leave his side.

The ground outside was awfully quiet in which one could hear their own foot steps. As Rajveer and his group exited towards their car everything appeared calm. The rough dust under their feet softly blew here and there due to the slow breeze. It was soon going to be dawn so it was better to disappear back behind doors like normal respected people.

The guards surrounded the car as Rajveer and Alekh settled in yet the overwhelment of his success made Rajveer remain outside for a while longer and he got lost in deep thought. Alekh stood beside him. It had been long since he had seen him like that and he also wanted to cherish it.

It was totally not anticipated and even with the taken precautions it wasn't preventable and they failed. All of a sudden a storm of bullets fired in their direction and half of his guards were shot down.

Instant reaction took place as Rajveer and Alekh ducked as the other guards who lived, shot back and defended him. It was a tough fight as the enemy was hidden so they came from everywhere.

Alekh took out his gun and fired back hidden behind the car. He then looked over at Rajveer and saw he needed a cover so he quickly tried to move towards him but the bullets were too constant which made him stuck. He looked up and shot several bullets which hit bullseye and three to four attackers were killed. Yet still he couldn't get to Rajveer.

The firing had happened so sudden that Rajveer was totally taken off guard and he was unable to reach for his gun. However he ducked in time behind the car door which gave him just enough time to take out his gun and...

It was too late and the enemy was quick. Two bullets shot towards Rajveer and they didn't miss. He got hit. The time stood in its place and slowly everything around him echoed and gradually faded away. The throbbing pain pierced through front and back and left everything in shreds. The light appeared too bright and things turned into illusions until finally it all just turned pitch black as he dropped on the floor face down.

The shock of it had stunned Alekh. He couldn't figure out whether to be enraged or horrified of what just took place. The one man who meant, everything just got shot and it was his entire fault. He had failed to protect him. With a sudden outburst he stood up and fired a handful of bullets as he jogged to where Rajveer lay.

Not like he hadn't seen so much blood before, yet it was the first time he had seen it oozing out of his brother like friend. He tried his best to bring him back to conscious but it didn't work. He pressed onto his wounds tight to stop the bleeding yet it was impossible. "Kill these ba****ds and get us out of here!" He screamed to the nearby three guards. He didn't care about anything anymore. He just had to get Rajveer out of there and into safety in order to save his life.

Gun shots continued from all over the place so Alekh pushed Rajveer inside the car as he fired several more bullets and killed another three to four foul players. Whoever they were they were going to pay a high price yet right then he just had to get out no matter what. He continued with the shooting alas his bullets finished. It was a very risky position and he had to think of something quick.

It wasn't going to be easy getting out because the oppositions had hid mostly everywhere. "I'd promised you Rajveer that I would protect you with my life and I won't let anything happen." He explored inside the car ducking away from the firing bullets and was lucky to find three bombs. It was the perfect get away.

Not had wasted time further he shot the bombs in three different directions which created a very good distraction. It was enough for him to have driven the car out of that ground along with four guards who had survived. Rajveer had to be saved.

For a few seconds Rajveer gained consciousness yet he couldn't understand anything that happened. All he heard were explosions loud enough to make anyone deaf. His life was passing away. He could feel it. It was the end.
