Perhaps its time to re-write the story...😆 Or close the thread. Because I meditated on the ending for a bit and I don't think any of you will like it...

I finally could read this over a solitary lunch...

I was trying to imagine how Geet must be feeling on going to Abhi's house every weekend, listening to Abhi's Mom saying he is opposing the alliance and seeing him move around like that without paying much attention...not a very pleasant feeling I must say. But I take it she was not entirely forced and had her own reasons - her growing attraction..."yet she oddly couldn't pull back from the game"

I havent watched any of the Twilight movies (dont gasp, such people still exist on this earth !)- so cant really place the scene. But the sudden proclamation of everything he thought about her in actions might have unsettled her - and it showed in her dreams.

I agree with Moksha in sayin that, "If not anything else, a very strong sense of attraction was certainly there."

its indeed chaos...there r very few who can throw up both pleasant as well as nasty surprises and u r one of them...

IS this the beginning of the big mess that is going to get bigger and bigger with passage of time...

hope to get a glimpse of what is going on in maan's mind...coz right now i just wish i can go into hibernation and hope to come back to see M&G together...childish naa😆

Awesome update.Well after reading twilight update, i was like who is that she is talking about? Nd A&G actually had a strong bond if nt anything, nd in the way 24th chap ended, i feel that they both like each other alot actually, it luks like maan is out of picture, though im a maaneetian, here i want u to create a clone character of geet for maan nd let this geet go with Abhi.watsay. 😉

Ok, now I have no idea what is going on here but as a writer u should end this FF the way u want after all you are telling the story not us readers but yes there is always a but in life give me a romantic update between Mann and Geet I don't mind if you write something about them dancing to a desi track 😃

What's with the 'edit' comment's coming from u? Why so sad or mad at me?

Abhinav was resisting Geet because he was forced into their relation, the first few months their parent's set up their relation and now she's left he realised other than the sense off attraction they shared...he felt something deeper. But for Geet, I think the concept of having a partner excited her. Abhinav was most probably her first boyfriend and there was also that attraction there but she only breaks out of her shell with Maan. Well we don't know what she was like with Abhinav but from the updates I've read I can't feel that warmth with them...heat yes, but not that warm fuzzy feeling.

It's quite sad, their parents' aren't willing to acknowledge their break-up...Geet and Abhinav need to talk to their parents' and they need to to talk to wach other because they're both quite unaware of why they broke up. The lack of communication between them caused the breakup and maybe it shouldn't of happened in the first place. If their parents didn't have a hand in setting them up, would a girl like Geet ever date Abhinav? They're like chalk and cheese...they're just not compatible.

Whether its M and G or A and G doesnt really matter to me.
Its all upto you.
While sparks fly all the time between M and G A and G definitely have
a very good comfort level.
It all depends on Geet though
She is extremely lucky to have such amazing choice .
Tough for her but thrilling for us to see which tracks the express is going on to.
And please dont think about an abrupt halt

Wow! Loved the update. The tension and the trauma that Geet was feeling throught out, the awkwardness for Maan and the feeling of betrayal and disappointment from Aashi made it one of those moments in life that shake you up. Aashi forcing Geet into the car speaks of a friendship where she may have a place to open up, but how do you tell a sister that her brother wants to break up. The families are so gung ho for the relationship and the awkwardness that Geet has to feel makes me feel mad as a female, that such dubious tasks are somehow always dumped on the girl. He just walks away from it.

I don't know if I have missed a station in yours express's route that would have probably enlightened me of the reasons for Geet and Dev's breakup. I see a need to revisit them all, but in leisure. What ever might be the root cause, Geet and Dev must have gathered memories and a lot of them in the years spent together.Though not a Eureka moment but however gradual and strong the realization of their relationship may be, I don't think the memories would make it any easier for both Dev & Geet to let go.

Even a month's crying couldn't wash off her feelings as they came rushing to her mind with double the force with his mere presence.

I don't know if I am thinking straight. It's so little time Maan and Geet spent together. ( I know many would say time is not of essence when you have found the right person)

Given the situation, geet is just trying to cope with her month old breakup. I think it's not just so easy to trust your feelings or emotions with a complete stranger at such point.I just can't convince my mind that she loves Maan now.

Was she trying to fill the void in her life after the break up and so was Maan, for they both are/did going through a similar vulnereable phase in life??? May be just be an anchor to one another !!!!

Of the three I really can't seem to decide who the couple should be but one thing that I am sure of is I will end up loving whatever you write.

P.S : Have you ever wondered why I always mention Dev and not Abhinav, it's only to reinforce my loyalty towards Maan and Geet. The combination of Kunal Kapoor and Abhinav makes me vacillate 😆 but it's so much easier to incite my dislike towards the character if named Dev.

So Aashi is thinking Maan has something to do with Geet's break up with her brother...
Wow.. I wonder how confused Geet must be at this time.. everyone is cornering poor girl.. I am glad Aashi took her out..

Do we get Daadi eavesdropping their convo by any chance? Is she going to grill Maan?
I was thinking maybe Daadi can also give Geet emotional support when her parents are missing from the scene.. I know she has Aashi too, but an elder person is an elder person..
