Riddhima woke up to a throbbing headache. "Good morning!", Armaan handed the coffee cup to her. "Umm.. thanks", she took it. "Coffee pee lo, headache will go away", he said and checked her forehead for temperature. She felt a jolt of electricity as he touched her. Armaan didn't miss it too, he looked into a her eyes for a moment and looked away, "you still have a fever Riddhima, I think you should take a day off." Riddhima was stunned, did Dr. Armaan Mallik literally just ask her to take a day off? "Armaan, tum tho theek ho na, I mean did Mr. Hitler just ask me to skip a day of work", and she just giggled. "haha very funny, yes I am okay, you have a high fever and you need to stay back home", he said checking the thermometer. "Armaan, no I can't stay at home, I mean I don't even have my video games here with me", she said with a frown. "You play video games", Armaan asked completely surprised. "Yup, I play Gears of War, Halo 3, Portal 2, you know its been like two months since I played a video game", she said sadly. Armaan giggled at her cute frown, he couldn't believe she was addicted to the same games, he was once addicted, it'd be nice to play those again and his mind was already formulating a plan. "Acha Riddhima, Ramu kaka will bring your breakfast and I want you to eat without creating a fuss, okay? And take your medicines as well. I mean you're a doctor too, take care of your health Riddhima", He said as if taunting a little child. She started to complain and he warned her he'll stay back if he doesn't listen to her. And that shut her up, Armaan was no fun when he is in his Hitler mode. "DR. Khadoos Hitler Mallik", she murmured under her breath. "I heard that", he called hiding a smile. She just smiled sheepishly and stuck her tongue out when he went out. Armaan just shook his head as he went to get ready. He missed her morning banter over coffee in the morning and hoped she would get better soon. Though he always got angry when people called him strict, khaddos and hitler, her didn't mind when Riddhima called him that. She would laugh so innocently over this, he didn't have the heart to stop that laughter.

He drove to Sanjevani after giving Riddhima another lecture. He couldn't believe how much she resembled of a younger version of him. He felt like he could live all the happy moment of his life again with her and that reminded him of his plan to pick up her video games from the house. He called Juno and asked him to collect all of Riddhima's video games and books and that he would come pick them up at lunch. He was at the nurse station assigning everyone duties, when he read Riddhima's name too, then stopped realizing she's not here. He dismissed everyone and went to work in his cabin. As he did that he heard an announcement, "Congratulations Dr. Riddhima Gupta for your achievement in having four articles published in your research in human aortic intima cells as well as congenital heart disease. I also congratulate the whole hospital on being ranked the number one in the nation, The dean is very proud of each and every one of you." Armaan smiled as he heard that announcement, he presented this information to the daily announcement so that he could put an end to the rumors. Speaking of which, he wondered if Riddhima was taking care of herself. He wished he could go check on her, but he knew one person who could, her bff. He rolled his eyes at that thought, he couldn't believe how close her and Nikki had gotten. So he called her, "hey Nikki, kya kar rahi ho?" "Armaan, mai kissi her murder karne ke plan ar rahi ho, woh jo Modi hain na humara naya client, he's driving me crazy, ugh!" Armaan just smiled at Nikki, he had heard how Mr. Modi and Nikki had got off on a wrong foot and how they've been fighting ever since. "Acha can you do me a favor, Riddhima's sick at home and she's extremely lazy and stubborn when it comes to taking care of herself. Could you stay with her for today? I mean I'll come check on her during lunch okay?" Nikki was pleasantly surprised at this, her brother worrying so much for Riddhima, "Kya baath hai, looks like someone is really worried for their wife, haa?" She giggled. "Nikki, please yaar, waise baath nahi hai, I mean she's sick, and really childish, so you know…I, uh", he was fumbling with words. Nikki smiled at this and decided to play along, "Okay Armaan, so you worry about your work, okay, I'll stay with Riddhima, have a nice day." And she hung up on him, before he could finish giving her complete instructions. He frowned at what Nikki said, it was he was probably worrying too much, but he couldn't help himself. He shook his head and got back to duty.

Nikki rung the doorbell and Ramu kaka opened the door, "kaka, Riddhima kaha hai?" "Riddhima bitiya tho ander hain, ayiye Nikki baby" . "Hey Riddhima, how are you now? Hows your fever?" "nikki?", she was surprised to see her here. "Armaan called me to make sure you take care of yourself, plus I haven't seen you in forever, so I thought I stop by." Riddhima was surprise, "Armaan asked you to come?" Nikki smiled, "Yup, looks like he couldn't stop thinking about you at all", she giggled. Riddhima just blushed a little and was touched by Armaan's concern. They both settled down on the couch and spoke while Nikki didn't leave a chance to tease Riddhima about Armaan, amking her blush every so often. Riddhima didn't know why but she couldn't stop herself at the thoughts of Armaan and her"

At Sanjeeevani, Muskaan and Rahul were fighting again in the locker room, "Oye kameena, tu kya samajta hai, so what if you're a senior doctor? You can do whatever you want", muskaan was fuming while Rahul just smirked at her. He complained to Dr. Kirti about Muskaan deviating from her duties and that gave Muskaan double duty today. Armaan who had come to the locker room to get something saw them fighting for the past five minutes. Hee groaned out loud. He couldn't believe how shamelessly they fought in front of everyone and once again wished Riddhima was here, she normally got them to shut up and listen to her.
