I read your FF today :)
Its beautiful :D
I love this Arnav and yes, Khushi too :D
But I still haven't been able to figure out Kaanan completely! Guess, I'll get to know in the days to come :)

The Arnav in your FF is mellowed down only to Khushi and his Di, however, he is still the ruthless guy to the entire world. You shd keep it this way as it makes sense that he is Arnav only to his loved ones and ASR to others.
