The Heart and Love

"Di!!!Umm!!i know I am getting demanding day by day but what can I do, I have taken part in college Annual Drama Festival and I need few new dresses and few pairs of shoes, please give me some money"

Gunjan soft demanding yet pleading voice still echoing in her mind, she breathed deeply leaning back on her chair but it did not work much, she knew she had to arrange money for Gunjan but the thing which was making her upset that she had been taken already her half salary in advance when her mother get admitted in hospital due to high blood pressure, she had taken her half salary to pay the hospital dues though Mayank had cleared the bill already to hospital authorities but Nupur returned him back that money saying that she cant take his help and gave him her swear he will not try to help her financially ever , and how could she forget he did not even talk to her for a week after that incident as he was deeply hurt by her act, she had hurt him but then he could not keep himself away from her.

"I think again you want to skip your meal" his deep, mellow yet angry voice brought her back out of trance and she fluttered her eye lashes adjusting herself in sitting position, "umm!!No'actually I was busy in '"

"In drawing circles on papers.."she cut short by him and then followed his eyes which were on papers scattering on her table, "is something bothering you?" He stared at her for a long moment then spoke looking into her eyes, she intently moved away her eyes collecting papers , "Nothing!!!"And he got his answer, dragging chair close to her he sank into it, "then why did not you take your meal from the last night"

"How do you know?"She turned back quickly at him who was now starring at her face deeply, "because you can't hide anything from me,"

She knew he was right she could hide her pain from others but not from him, he could've read her eyes, could've read what was in her heart, she deliberately moved away her eyes , "umm,Mayank sorry, I have to give some important papers to printing department, I'll be back in few minutes"

Another time she wanted to get escape as she knew she would break at any moment in front of him,she gasped as he held her wrist and she turned back to him, she tilted her head to gaze up at him who was standing close to her, "how many times you will try to get escape from reality" she swallowed hard trying to hide her tears, he pulled her close and cupping her face he lifted her chin so she could see in his eyes, "I have no demand Nupur, neither I want confession Nor I want any promise I just want you to make me your companion who will hold you when you need him, who will give you shoulder when you want to cry, who will teach you how to smile, who will be with you always, who can hear your unspoken word, who can feel your unsaid emotions, please make me your companion.."his eyes were speaking volumes, his each word was defining the meaning of love, "trust me I honestly mean it" tears which were shining in her eyes finally breaking the first wall which she was wrapping around her slipped down on her cheeks and she closed her eyes for a moment savoring his each word in her heart, she had so much in her heart that she wanted to share but no one asked her ever,she was really needed a companion ,companion of her pain, companion of her sorrow, her happiness, Mayank slightly removed the lines of tears from her face and she opened her eyes feeling the soft caresses of his love , "Mayank...'i'."she was fumbling in hesitation, she had never shared her pain with anyone, she had never shared with anyone how much she was feeling alone but today she felt urge to spoke, "Trust me once, share with me what is bothering you," A shudder went through her body as she met his eyes, his voice was so soft, loved filled, "Mayank'I need some Money'actually Gunjan need new dresses and.."Her whispered faded in mid way as he kept his finger on her lips, it was the first time when she had kept her self- honor aside and choose his love over it "No need to say more, we will fulfill Her demand" he wiped off her tears ' "But how can I arrange'..."

"We will Arrange'you and Me"he leaned forward and kissed her forehead to remove the every line of panic from her face and she hesitantly looked up at him, "But Mayank..'"

"shhh!!!i said I am your companion, so I have full right to share your pain"

She smiled in between her tears ,He leaned back and tucked some strand of her hair back he ear, "And Now I am really feeling hungry as I too, did not eat anything so we take our lunch"

"why didn't you eat anything??"She asked really getting worried at his statement and he smiled leaning his face close to her, "do I need to say anything.." and she nodded her heads negatively understanding what he meant and smiled slightly'

OMG api totally loved this part...
Nupur is so vulnerable here but mayank is always there to wipe away her tears...
The dialogues touched my heart...And finally she shared her pain, am so happy coz of this...im sure soon mayank will make her confess her feelings too...

it was wonderful update,i must say you became an amazing writer who has capability to write on any subject i loved the way you showed Nupur and Mayank here,i loved it dear,feeling less of word to say how much i loved it
