"Raj!!!"he muttered under his breath looking blankly at screen with wetting eyes and received the call..

"I hope you did not forget your promise" he taunted reminding Mayank his promise.

"I don't forget"

Nupur dazed at him blankly to heard panic in his voice but could not figure out the reason. "I will be call you later'"Mayank cut the call and turned around only to face Nupur standing behind him. She was looking at him with questioning eyes but he did not want to give her answer of any question..

She approached him "Mayank!!!"

"I am sorry Nupur'"but before she could ask or say him further he walked away without a backward glance.

Today she was expecting him to tell or say her something after what had happened between them few minutes ago. But avoiding her gaze he made exit.

Mayank leaned back against the door, fighting the weakness, the temptation to pull her in his arms again, demand to know if those moments were worth it to remember or cherish which they spent together.

If only she'd had faith in him, tried to understand his feelings, held on, gave him chance to tell her what was in his heart for her He'd loved her so much, would have died for her ' had died. He shut his eyes, as if to shut her out of his mind, his heart. She wasn't that girl whom he loved she was now someone's wife he had no right on her.

He wiped off his tears roughly rubbing his palm on his cheek and dialed Raj's number.

"I want to meet you. I have something to tell you."

"But what do you want to tell me?"Raj curiosity had risen to hear his suspicious tone.

"You have to wait for it."Mayank's said in stiff yet serious tone.

"So we will meet yesterday at Five star Restaurant at sharp 5.i have some surprises for you"

Mayank disconnected the call and took deep breath to calm him.

It was the start of new day.

After sending Dia for school she joined Shilpa on breakfast table and then she got a piece of news about Mayank he had been already gone for office .Shilpa told her he was saying he had some important work to complete.

It was not unexpected or surprising reaction of Mayank for Nupur she knew him from the childhood days if he had no courage to tell truth, he gave prefer to avoid that person and now she knew after last night event he was avoiding her.

But she knew it was not mistake of the moment or they did not do that in the flow of emotions but there was something in their hearts for each other ,the way her flattered or she felt urge to be in his arms always like that, it was something which she never felt before.

The few minutes she and Mayank passed with each other in the room, she felt something warm and wonderful travel between them. Still, her new strange feelings or may be love for him frightened her. How was she going to put herself back together if he didn't return that love? For so long she had lived in the shadows. Was it possible? That she could finally walk in the sunshine?

She did not know why but she wanted him to beside her always. She wanted to find out about the emotions she had seen in his eyes, in his heart for her..

Nupur thought something and walked towards Shilpa's room.she pushed the door slightly and leaning her head she looked inside. Shilpa was telling Dia a story they both were engrossed in talking she slightly closed the door without making noise and moved towards Mayank's room.

She pushed the door slightly and peeped inside. She hesitantly moved towards his cupboard and opened it with shaking hand..

"I don't know Mayank but I wanted to know what you are hiding to me"

She pulled out the drawer, started to search his diary as once he had told her, his diary was his second friend and he never hid anything to it.

She moved some stuff here and there to look for diary when finally his eyes fell on a bag, she grabbed out it And sat on the edge of bed.
