Part 10

Geet came down wearing a white anarkali suit with silver earring and bangles.She went up to Mohinder and Naintara picture to seek their blessing.
Geet:''Papa...Di...with your blessing...I hope that I get this job...with this job I can get your revenge and my love'' Pinky and Raji went up to Geet and wipes her tears.They looked at their father and sister photo.
Raji:''Today is a happy day...so no more tears'' she said
Pinky:''Geet...Papa and Di will get their justice...we all had that hope in our hearts but you were the one whom made that hope come true...Now get going...you have to be at the office by 11am...Maan bhaiya do not like late comers'' she said happily and winking her eyes at Geet.Geet blushed hearing Maan's name.Rano came and blessed Geet and Raji took her out to get a taxi.

Maan passed by Geet's taxi but he did not get to see her.As Raji was going to close the door...Maan came giving Raji a shocked of her life.
Raji:''Maan Bhaiya...how come you are here?'' looking surprised and shocked seeing him at the door step.
Maan:''I came to pick up Pinky as Adi is in a very important meeting'' he was looking else where ''Where is Geet?I hope that she is at home'' he was thinking but a familiar voice called up to him and he saw Pinky.
Pinky:''Maan Bhaiya...Why are you standing outside? Pls come in...Maa...Maan Bhaiya is here already...Raji pls go and make black coffee with one cube of sugar for Maan Bhaiya'' Raji left for the kitchen while Rano came out of her room and looked at Maan.She was happy that Maan was the right choice for Geet but she felt hurt that a very nice and good man was going to marry Sameera type of a girl...she hoped that Geet love for Maan wins against all odds.
Rano:''So you are Maan...I have heard a lot about you from Adi and Pinky and now I have seen you'' Maan went up to her and touched her feet ''Babaji blessed you beta...have a happy and long life''she said touching Maan cheek
Maan:''Thank you Aunty...So Pinky so are ready to leave?'' he was very restless.He was talking to Pinky but he was not looking at her.He was looking everywhere for Geet but he could not see her at all...
Pinky:''Maan Bhaiya...I am ready to leave but you seem so restless...What happened?'' she teased him as she knew he was looking for Geet.Raji giggled while she bought coffee for Maan.Rano smiled while Pinky laughed
Raji:''Maan Bhaiya...your coffee''
Maan:''Thank you...Pinky we have to go now as I have an interview at office for the new designers'' he said while he drank his coffee.
Pinky:''Yes...I know...Geet is also there'' she smiles
Maan:''Geet's there for an interview'' he said looking shocked at Pinky
Pinky:''Yes...Geet is a designer'' she said and went to hug Rano and Raji ''I will be back next weekend...this time lets have alot of fun''
Rano:''Yes...we will watch all the old movies''
Raji:''and have alots and alots of popcorn'' Maan was looking at them sadly as he did not have all this cos of his family was taken away from him by the Chopras.
Pinky:''Maan Bhaiya...lets go'' Maan went up to Rano and took her blessing...he smiled at Raji and left with Pinky.

Geet stepped into Khurana's Group of companies.The walls were white and the pillars were black in colour,the whole interior was very modern with vases and painting.She saw all the workers very busy.She went up to the reception desk.
Geet:''Hi...My name is Geet Handa...I am here for an interview for the position as a fashion designer''
Tasha''Hi...I am Tasha...Geet pls sit over there as Maan sir is still not here yet...Once he comes the interview will begin...Pls sit in the queue dear''
Geet:''Thanks'' she held on to portfolio and her certificates file as she got in the queue''Babaji...there are so many people...I just hope that I can get this job...I need this job''

After 15 mins...everyone became silent as if the whole world had stopped.Geet turned and she saw Maan...her heartbeats increased as she saw him walking towards the reception desk
Maan:''Tasha...send the applicants one by one'' he saw Geet but he choose to ignored her right now.He went into his cabin.Geet waited more than one hour and every time Maan would shout ''Reject''
and the applicants will come out crying.
Geet:''Geet...be strong...no matter what happens...be strong...dont show to Maan that you love him...and most important don't cry'' she was saying to herself calmly but she was scared...
Tasha:''Miss Geet Handa...you can go in now''
Geet:''Babaji...pls protect me...pls protect your little sweet Geet'' she said as she entered his cabin but her words were stuck in her throat as she looked at him sitting at his chair.He was looking hot and sexy...no words to describe him at all.
Maan:''Come in Miss Geet Handa...or must I send you an invitation card'' he said but as he looked up to see Geet face he was again mesmerized by her innocent beauty.her almond eyes,her lips...
Geet:''Sorry sir...May I come in?she said as she entered his cabin ''control Geet control'' as she said to herself
Maan:''Yes Miss Geet...control Maan control''
Geet:''Sir...these are my portfolio and certificates '' she then took her seat looking at Maan whom was busy looking at her certificates.
Maan:''Miss Geet...I see that you do not have an experience working at all before''
Geet:''Yes sir...My mother did not allow me to work while I was studying but i think that I have all the necessary qualifications to get this job'' she said with confident.
Maan:''I hope that you are not hoping that I would give you this job cos of you are related to Adi and Pinky''
Geet:''No sir...I have apply for this position on my own abilities...I do not think that being related to Adi jiju will be able to get me this job...if it did...I did not need to queue in the line and wait for you to come and take my interview...I will be now working in a cabin next to you''
Maan:''Geet...I hope that you understand that this season I would like you to design a bridal collection and also there is an exclusive collection for my bride...as you know I am getting marry to the most beautiful girl in the world ...to Sameera Chopra'' that sentence really hurt Geet's heart but she had to control herself
Geet:''I know Sir...I have few design on the bridal collection and as far as your bride is concern...I will design the most beautiful outfit for her'' she said with calmly as then she was thinking '' yeah a beautiful outfit in jail''
Maan:''Miss Geet...you are given the job as a designer in Khurana's Group of Companies...pls collect your appointment letter from Tasha after 5 mins''
Geet:''Thanks you sir...and by the way I will have to correct that sentence of yours that you are marrying to the most beautiful girl in the world...I don't think so that Miss Sameera Chopra is beautiful...if she was you will not be kissing me and enjoying my lips behind her back'' she left with a smile.
Maan:''Geet you are not only the most beautiful girl I have ever seen but also you are very intelligent too.You are right I kissed you and that was the most happiest day of my life.I am sorry to tell all those hurtful things to you...sorry jaan''

Geet collected her appointment letter from Tasha and left.On her way...she called Pinky to inform her ''Di...you know...Maan was very mean to me'' she told Pinky all that happened during the interview.
Pinky:''Oh God...Geet...Maan Bhaiya might be taking your test...he was very restless when he came home and he did not get to see you''
Geet:''Really he was?I too missed him but I was so happy to see him but he'' she said sadly
Pinky:''Don't worry...everything will be fine okay and by the way good answers to his questions and I love the sentence to the kissing part''
Geet:''Di...you know I missed him kissing me...he is very slow...I know that he loves me and not Sameera...I could see in his eyes but why is he marrying that witch''
Pinky:''Even I don't know...well you get come safely or do you want Maan Bhaiya to send you home'' she said joking
Geet:''Di!!!!!...Bye''
