Part 10

According to Maan's behavior .He did not ask them what's reason behind their daughter's strange behavior coz he never interfered any one's personal life…even his close ones lives .So he pretended he was not aware…as he had other works too..Whole day n nite had been passed but Geet's hide n seek was same …Maan was present here for two days …but Geet never faced him….

Next afternoon…

Maan was out for site

Ram to his office

Rano n Tina out to meet any relative .Geet denied as She felt bore to visit that person.. Rano n Tina were not worried about her as She was at home n they were also coming back within two hours so it was no necessary to force her each n every where

Suddenly Maan came back …He was expected to b back at late evening..Addi was there on site ..and Maan had nothing important there to stay for..So He decided to came home n work on new project..starting with Walias

Servant watched him entering ….

Servant : Sir Aap k liye juice laata hu …plz hav a seat.

Maan found no one there so he asked servant…n servant gav all information…about Tina ,Rano,n Ram but Geet was missing in that bit of information

Maan: Suno tumhari babi ji bhi baahar gayi hai..ya abhi bhi ..( he had lil mischievous smile on corners of lips..but he was curious to know reason )

Servent : Nahi Sir ..wiase bhi Tina Madam aur Rano Madam jaldi hi aa jayegi so …woh nahi gayi …woh uper hai..

Same part

Maan: Theek hai..aur main juice nahi …coffee lunga black one..I m going for change bring it in my room( n he left )

Maan left toward his room..going through the balcony he heard a voice…n he stopped

Ya she was there…her room window in balcony was open n she was talking on phone

Geet: Papa I m fine..per apki bahut yaad aati hai..

She was on phone with her father..n after lil conversation about here n there she said bye…n put her phone on bed

Maan was jst able to see her half body ….her feet .legs n arms..her face was behind curtains…

Maan: Main jo dekh rahha hu kya woh sach hai…( he thought) Aisa he kadda to mere pass hai…kahin yeh inka to nahi ( he murmured)

But again he thought …there r so many things look alike..Might it b a coincidence..But his curiosity made him to mov forward toward Geet's room.He stopped at door When servant called him.

Servent: Sir aapki coffee.

Maan asked him to bring it in his room n moved away.But Geet not heard this time…coz she was in washroom.

Geet's voice was still echoing in Maan's thoughts.Even he did not noticed coffee.

Geet came out of her room n went to kitchen As she thought she was alone in Walia house

Geet : Raju…(servant at home) …tum subha karele le kar aaye thay…woh mat banana.( she shouted)

Raju : Per Didi ji ..apne hi to kahan tha …apko karele ki sabji khanni hai ( Raju cam with question on face )

Geet: Kaha tha per aise karele nahi khanne ( she was coming out of kitchen with bitter gourds in her hand)

Raju : Didi ji galti ho gayi ..mere pass aur bhi saaman tha to maine sabji wale sai kahan achay achay denna..per woh hera pheri kar gaya…

Geet: Aur agar main na dekhti tum hera pheri kar k sadde karele humko khila detay…per aagay se aisa kiya to bahut peeetungi ( he was about 16-17 year old boy of old servant so work there lik his father..n Geet treated him lik small brother )

Raju: Didi ji aap aksar kehti hai per pitti nahi( he said without thinking what gonna happen)

Geet: Accha pitney ka bahut shonk hai to yeh lo ..( and she threw sadda karela on him n he ran away )

Even she not noticed Maan was watching her act standing on stairs.He laughed aloud.But her face was away from him…..

His voice made Geet statue..n he came close to her exactly behind her.

Maan: Miss Geet u know me…as I m liivin in ur house…But I know jst ur name …ur servant told me…by the way I m Maan …Maan Singh Khuraana.

Geet was still lik a statue…

Maan: Geet ji all u alrite.( he said again)

She was thoughtless what to do..she could n't avoid him anymore..Maan moved slowly toward her face..She closed her eyes with full force lik small child..caught by mother after any mischief.

Before Maan could see Geet's face Rano n Tina came

Part 11

same part

Around half past four they reached ''Apna Punjab''.Maan was too happy to b there…after long time he was feelin great.But Geet's strange behavior was in his mind.

Addi : Sir Aaea…ballgaddi (bullock cart) per photo clik karta hu apka ( he smiled placing his spects)

First Maan said no..But Addi forced him..so he did that…when he forgot everything n became a part of those people visiting there..he didn't remember.

A milk maid on wall made up of small mirrors attracted Maan.He was staring that...when he got glimpse of some one known to him.But when he moved back..no body was there…

Addi: Sir aaea…gift shop main chaltay hai..(n they moved)

Maan found nice collection of Punjabi footware there

Maan: Addi I think I should buy punjabi footwear for my kids.(lookin at a small piece he said )

Addi: Ji Sir..per Apko Aryaman aur Sandhya k size ka patta hai..agar unko fit na aaye..waise bhi aryaman to theek se chalnay bhi nahi lagga

Maan: Addi ..I m their father..I know my kids…Sandhya ko chahay adopt kiye 6 months hue hai..per mujhe lagga he nahi..woh mujhe abhi milli hai..aur na he usse..kitna pyar karti hai sabse..aur khas tor per Aryaman se…jst lik a mother..n I know what's size of my baby..n Aryaman..jaroori to nahi ..k woh theek se chalna nahi sikkha… festive per usko tradition wear pehnaty hai to ..why not shoes.( he picked more pieces )

He ordered rite pair of shoes for his kids.

Maan bought gifts for every one..even for Ram's family some show pieces.But he thought for Geet.

Maa: sabke liye to lay liya…but I don't know about that sirfiri ladki ..what she lik what she wears.( Maan thought n moved toward jewelry section.)

Where he found a nice glass bead necklace n pair of dangling earring set..so he was looking at it..when he heard a known jingle of bangles.He found no one..But some one's hand stand displaying collection of jewelry.Same Kadda was visible in that hand.Maan moved without a noise.Ya She was Geet again chasing Maan…when she found Maan noticed her She hided herself.But her hand remained as such.Maan holded her hand with a jerk.

Maan: Kon hai aap….aur why r u chasing me….

But Geet removed her fand forcefully from Maan's hold n ran away.Maan was behind her.But not able to see her.

Addi: Sir Kya hua ?

Maan: Kuch nahi lets go…( he cleared bills n moved toward dargah )

Maan: mera shakk theek tha some body is chasing me…but who..n why…I can't tell anybody untille I don't become sure.(self thought)
