What he didn't notice were there was another pair of eyes that were wet at the doorway..

Vicky and Ann were sitting in Ann's room.While Ann was busy with the Maths sums Vicky was racking his brains to find the flaw.

Ann looked from the corner of the eye and noticed Vicky struggling with his C++ program coding.She sweetly asked him,"Vicky bhaiya...aap kya kar rahe hain?"with a innocent look that nearly melted him.

"tera aankein bhi kharab hain kya?I'm thinking.."He replied irritatingly still not looking up from the paper.

Ann burst out laughing which annoyed him further."Kya?"he asked.

After controlling her laughter she said,"Was that a joke?"

He was getting angry.What was she trying to say?

"Ann,saaf saaf bolo tum.. iss bhooton ki tarah kyon hasti ho?"he asked.

Ann looked at him trying to maintain a serious faceand said in a cold voice(or as she thought!)"Vicky ka bacha..Sochna toh uska kaam hain jiske saath brains hai..tumhara kaam nahi hai..samjha?"and burst out laughing again.

Vicky grabbed the pillow to hit her when the door opened and there stood Geet-bedraggled,terrified and cold!

Maan sighed and turned to leave the room when he heard the sound of someone running.Who was it?

"koi hai?"he asked.

Silence.

There was no reply.He checked his watch and it showed 9.28 AM.He sighed thinking that he was late today.He locked the room and started walking when a jhumka(earring)caught his attention..

"bhabi?"Vicky and Ann asked in unison.

Geet didn't reply instead came and stood beside Vicky and asked him "Rags kaun hai?"

Vicky froze and Ann gasped.

Maan bent down and took the jhumka in his hand.It was a beautiful red one with some green stones on it.He touched it and a familiarity came upon him.The only word that escaped his mouth was "Geet"

He remembered it as the same jhumka she had worn when he returned back from Sydney.

"iska matlab Geet yahaan aaya..aur..She must've seen me talking to Rags!"he said to himself and closed his eyes in pain.

He didn't know why he felt pained.Was he pained because Geet would not talk to him after she saw him(like every woman does!) or was he hurt that Geet didn't ask him any questions regarding his relationship with Rags.

Utterly confused,he knew the best way to relax his mind was work and thats what he would do this time too.

They were sitting on the bed and by the time Vicky and Ann had told her about Rags Geet felt her heart shatter.There were tears rolling down from the eyes of everyone.

"..aur bhabi..When SHE was in his life he was a changed Man..He enjoyed his life to bits and now...bhabi..he doesn't even smile!"Ann said slightly lost in those memories.

Geet wiped the hot tears that rolled down her cheeks.She said determined,"I want to bring back yhe smile on his lips..He deserves to be happy and so do you!I want to bring the longlost happiness and gay to my family!"

Vicky and Ann looked at each other and after a minute Vicky said,"Bhabi..aaj se..OPERATION MAANEET STARTS"he said placing his hand forward.

Geet and Ann placed their hands on his and said,"Halla bol!"

KHURANA TECHNO PARK:(KTP)

A woman in a highly professional attitude was walking up and down in her cubicle.She needed to convey her facts and superstitions to her employer but how?

She turned around to make a call to Mr.Saxena when she bumped into a younger looking girl.

"TASHA!"she yelled.

"Sorry maam..oops..sorry sasha"she corrected herself upon receiving a glare from Sasha.

"How many times should I tell you not to call me Sasha in the office?"Sasha asked annoyed at her assistant's blunder.

"woh kya haina..At home I'm used to call you maam and now in office I must call you Sasha!Its annoying right?"Tasha asked.

Sasha sighed.Noone would have guessed that Sasha Saxena the daughter of a business man who Maan Singh Khurana had destroyed would be working under him as his chief IT-proffessional.Tasha and she had been together since childhood.Tasha was her personal assistant.When Sasha had joined KTP,her father told her he would allow her work only if Tasha accompanied her.Tasha was her best friend yet her dad had ordered her to address Sasha with respect.

When they had first set foot in KTP about 3 years back,the environment was more than welcoming.Ranjith Singh Khurana was all set to retire and give the company to his grandchildren-the deadly duo-as they were called by the media-Maan Singh Khurana and Ragini Khurana.

After dadaji and Ragini's death things changed for good.They always saw Maan as the caring and helping boss-in-need but he had become cold and rude.Though today would be the first day they would see him as their single MD without Ragini there was a feeling of excitement as to see him after a month.

Every person at KTP,though didn't call themselves his friend always prayed constantly for their boss' happiness.They still remembered the day three years back when Maan and ragini had made their first rule.

All employees will address each other either by their initials or by their names preceded by Miss or Mrs or Mr.There was something more that Ragini said which caused the whole office be filled with applause.She had told that they trusted in the abilities of every individual and to them each person was the same to them.

"Sasha..Wasn't Ragini ji maan sir's..."before Tasha could complete they heard a loud honk of the horn announcing the arrival of their boss.

Vicky took out his mobile and called someone.

"Hello"the voice on the other side said.

"A.S. It's VK online"Vicky replied causing AS to jump in fear.

"Good Morning VK!Any help?"AS asked.

"haan AS..I've a friend who is a graduate from IIT,Delhi in B.tech.There's a vacancy in our company for the post of a gadget manufacturing supervisor,right?"he asked.

"Yes VK.The interview is today at 12.15 PM"AS said.

"Right.AS I want you to select my friend.Okay?"he asked.

"But VK,MK will be furious if he knew!"AS replied.

"Dont worry AS..She's a graduate in Electrical engineering and definitely qualified.Can you do this?"he asked.

After a long pause AS replied,"Yes V.K!"

"Thank you so much AS.I owe you!"he said.

"No VK..Its me who owes you all..If not for MK and Ragini ji I would have never survived!"he replied getting emotional.

"Oh..Cmon dude..Anyways..The girl's name is Geet,Geet...Kh..."before he could say Khurana Geet shook her head.

Vicky sighed and said,"Geet Handa!"
