I did say not to continue with the topic of rape. I requested her not to continue with this topic but did not discourage Sweety. All my comments were for all the writers but not just one because I find every other FF has this topic of rape. I can give examples if people would like to know. Please do note that I have a problem with topic and not writers.

Yes I cannot read sad stories as it gives me nightmare particularly this sensitive topic and therefore I also said if you want to continue than I do not have problem just I will not have courage to read it.

When did I said the Sweety is not good writer or I do not liker her FFs? On the contrary I did say that I do read her other FFs - Made for Each Other, True Love, Destined to be Together, Anokhi Prem Kahani.

we love GHSP serial why because it has the concept of Geet raped and ditched by Dev and how she fights all odds and survive...how a person like Maan helped her... supported her...loved her inspite of she was pregnant with other's child...
this concept was first of its kind in Indian Television and see it break all records...

what viewers love in it is the determination of Geet...when we see in our society that a rape victim suffers a lot and sometimes commits suicide and many other different types of traumas they go through...but after watching this serial mind set of many people have changed...

If this subject is so vulnerable and untouchable then GHSP will not be so successful serial...I think this type of subjects should be discussed so that people will get opportunity to think over it...to show that how this type of victim suffers and what society should do...

There was one case in our city (it was shown in tv news also) a girl was raped by a wealthy boy...she became pregnant...the boy's family tried every way to get rid of baby...but she was determined to give birth...after baby born she filed case in court against that boy and with the help of DNA testing it was confirmed...then court ordered boy to marry that girl but girl rejected...then court ordered boy to bare all expenses for lifetime of that girl and baby...
then the girl is now married to a person who loves her...
when I hear this news I bowed in front of that girls courage

so now after all this lecture I will tell u to continue with ur story...and make people think and change their perspective towards these type of victims..

Just to say that in GHSP Geet wasn't raped. She was cheated by the person whom she believed to be her husband. there is vast difference being raped and being cheated. In First one the person is not only hurt emotionally but physically also whereas in the other one someone hurt emotionally.
