PART 20-A (Perfect?!?!?!) Daddy!!??!!

"Stop Where u are Mr.Khurana!"a voice yelled across the corridor.Maan and Dia stood frozen and gazed at each others face shocked.

"ye mein kahan phas gayi"Maan murmured as he felt someone poke his shoulder.

He turned around and grinned foolishly at Geet and said,"Hey Geet!"

Geet had made up her mind to give him a chance and she was coming out of her cabin to meet Adi and that was when she saw two figures moving towards the washroom.

"Doesn't it look like Maan and Dia?"She thought and her anger soared high when she saw Maan wiping Dia's icecream that was dripping from her mouth.!!

"Stop where u are,Mr.Khurana"she had yelled and went towards him..

She crossed her arms across her chest and said,"Anyone cares for an explanation?"

Both Maan and Dia began speaking and she couldn't make out what they were saying..

"CHUP!"she shouted.

"Into my cabin"she said as Maan and Dia glared at each other and simply followed Geet.

Geet stood leaning on the table and asked Maan,"So..You're playing the role of a perfect daddy,eh?"

"Nahi Geet aisi baat nahi..bas Dia ne mujhe kaha ki usko ice cream chahiye..bas.."Maan trailed off..

"Kya??!!!Maine icecream lane ke liye kaha?!!papa..pls mamma ke samne jhut math boliye"Dia said and looked at Geet.

Maan was shocked.

"Great!!My own daughter is against me!"he thought.

"Dia..sach bolo..kisine mujhse ice cream manga?"he asked with his hands on his hips.

"Main nahi"Dia answered back and Maan and she fought to what seemed like eternity until Geet's voice broke out "Both of you will apologize to me!"

Maan and Dia stopped fighting and chorused,"What?!!Apologize for an undone mistake?!"

Geet looked sternly at them and said,"Either u apologize or I quit speaking to u both!"

Maan and Dia sighed and knelt down on their knees and said holding their ears,"Sorry mama"

Geet pretended to be angry but she knew she couldn't stay angry with them for so long./

Suppressing her smile,she said,"chal,maaf kiya"

"YEY!"Dia and Maan yelled and hugged her tight as Geet hugged them back.

It was a Kodak moment!

Days flew by and before she knew more than a year had passed since she came back to India.A lot had changed over the year..

Maan was loving,caring and protective of her and Dia and she completed loved that!

Maan had bonded so well with Dia and Dia was happy with him.

She sighed.

She trusted him completely now-more than herself.

He was changed.

He never touched her now unless she was comfy with it..

Yet his one gaze sent chills down her spine and made her cheeks heat up!

His cute gestures made her fall for him harder but there was something which prevented her from telling him that she loves him.

She was lost in thoughts when her mobile beeped with an sms from Maan.

She opened it and it read,'Jaan,jaldi se terrace pe aajao.mujhe dia ki bare mein kuch zaruri baat karni hai.bye-tumhara maan'

She smiled and went up.

One thing she hated about Khurana Mansion was it was HUGE.

She was searching for him for the past 15 mts,and he was not there.

"Maan ?"she called out but there was no reply.

Instead the lights went out.

And suddenly there was a burst of fireworks.

She looked towards the sky and her face went pale with shock and surprise.

In the dark sky,there were neat sparkles made by fireworks reading

"WILL U MARRY ME GEET?"
