This was AMAZING!
The suspense is overwhelming and you've really got a pulse on the characters.
Very interesting to see how you weave a story within a story, how you are empowering Khushi, whom we LOVE, and how you got her character to break the tail light in order to get attention.
I think that if any girl, God forbid, finds herself in a predicament like that, she will remember your story and push out the tail light!
Your characterization of Arnav is powerful, you have recreated him, a stronger and more resilient man, unafraid of the dangers he faces...a man we can call Khushi ke kabil...only the best for our dear Khushi!
That's quite an education Arnav is getting, and he'll be the better for it.
The Anjali/Nani square off is riveting, and I love how Anjali has put her foot down and can unleash her anger instead of being the long suffering Bahu...she deserves better.
I LOVE where you're taking this, I wish what I saw was even a bit like this...you are ennobling these characters that seem to be wasting away under the 'dumb them down' effect...you're making them strong, powerful and real...you are breathing life into them...
