Part*6* ~Miley Jab Hum Tum~

Coming back to home he picked her up in his arms n made her lie down on her bed n after tucking her quilt properly around her he sat beside her bed on floor n was now keenly looking at her. She was such a fragile girl a beautiful innocent cute girl with a bit of run-away disorder he smiled on his own thought but then sadness prevailed him pondering on what she shared with him about her childhood n what was the reason behind her cold n run-away behaviour. Then he remembered when he met her for the first time...3years back..

*Flash Back*

A guy was walking in the busy streets of NewYork wearing blue faded denims n white long neck T-shirt looking handsome as always along with a beautiful girl with curly hair looking pretty in her pretty pink short dress.

"God! I can't believe facebook friend that too a girl r u nuts! I mean if it was a guy I would have understood but a girl! Is everything is alright with u?" he smirked raising his left eye brow a bit.

"Mayank!, she shouted hitting his shoulder lightly then added "Just shut up alright! So what han! Girls can be friends n when u will meet her u will definitely like her she is an angel."

"Ya right! Ok tell me Pia, is she Hawttt!" Mayank asked with a smirk n naughty glint.

"Ohh! Don't start it again. Yes she is hot a bit too much as usse gussa bht ata hain so don't tell me later that I didn't warn u." Pia smirked with a u-have-no-chance-here look.

"Ohh really u know how charming I m. Every girl dream to be with me." he snapped raising his collar a bit with his hand.

"Really! Huh! Now stop blabbering I need to call her if she is already waiting for us in this caf or not." Pia said brining out her cell phone n dialing a number.

"Ok. U call her until then I would go n grab some coffee for us." Saying so he started walking to order some coffee meanwhile Pia became busy in call.

While passing some table a beautiful girl was coming from the opposite side wearing a black knee-length dress with long straight hair n dove shaped eyes talking on the phone when unconsciously her bag got stuck with a handle of a chair n at the same time Mayank banged with her n she lost her balance n was sure to get fall when Mayank hold her in his arms n save her from falling he wasn't able to see her face at it was covered with her hair as the wind was blowing, suddenly she moved her hair with a force n he got lost in her deep mysterious dove shaped eyes. After some moments which felt like eternity he felt something shaking n shouting at him then he realized the girl was shouting to leave her n he came back to reality that he was still holding her in his arms. He made her stand.

"God!!! Don't u have eyes? I was about to get hurt! N why r u staring me like that? Just move ur hands off my shoulders now." She said angrily removing his hands which were still holding her from shoulders n untangling her hand bag from that stupid chair's handle.

Then Mayank came back to earth coming over from the spell of those mysterious eyes as the words hit him hard.

"What? Excuse me what u just said?" Mayank asked with a frown.

"Oh! So u r deaf also along with being blind! Huh!" she snapped.

"Ohh hello Miss-touch-me-not I didn't intentionally banged with u n for ur kind info its me who saved u from falling n m certainly Regretting for that now." Mayank snapped back showing irritation.

"Huh! What u mean by that? Ek toh dhakka diya upar se sorry bhi nhi bola aur mujhe suna rahe hoon."She angrily said.

"Ohh! So hindi ati hain tumhe I thought tameez ke sath woh bhi bhul gayi hogi." He smirked.

"Shut up alright! Tum toh piche hi parh gaye just get lost! I don't wanna see ur face any more now." She said being more irritated.

"Will do it with delight as feeling is mutual even I don't wanna see ur oh-not-at-all-pretty face. Got it!"saying so he left from their leaving the girl stamping her foot on floor n cursing him behind.

"Gosh! I wonder why Mayank is taking so much time yaar. Look here he comes. Itni der kaha laga di tumne we are waiting for u from so long." Pia said seeing Mayank coming back.

"God! Don't ask now I just met with an irritating dumb head girl." Saying so he moved slightly so that now he is visible for the person standing behind Pia n even can see that person too.

"Tum!!! Not again. Don't tell me u fall in love with me at our 1^st fight!" Mayank said coming out of the shock with a smirk on his face.

Before that person can say something after giving him angry glares Pia came between to rescue n asked confusedly, "What are u talking about n did u guys met before. OMG! So this is the dubm-head-moron whom u were talking about Nupur!"

"Nupur!?! Is she ur FB friend Nupur! God!!!" Mayank asked Pia showing damn irritated expression on his face.

"Yes! I m her FB friend Nupur..Nupur Bhushan! Do u have any problem with that." She said angrily narrowing her brows a bit.

"Certainly YES!!!" Mayank snapped mirroring her expressions.

"Than suit urself! Coz m here for her not a blind-deaf-moron like u." she snapped back with a frown.

"Guys!!! Come on now stop it! u guys are fighting like u ppl know each other from a pretty long time huh!Pia smirked n started laughing.

At the same time they both looked at each other n shared an eye lock for a fraction of seconds n moved their eyes immediately.

"Oh! Come on plz huh! M tired now are u gonna come back home with me or not?" he said ignoring Nupur completely.

"Of course! Lets go Nupur u will meet Shilpa aunty she is a sweetheart, u know! Let's go home." Pia said excitedly.

"Ohh! No no Pia I just came to meet u straight from airport n I need to check in to my hotel too. So will come n meet aunty tomorrow." Nupur replied with a bit of hesitation.

"Ya Pia she is right! She need to go so she will come later to meet Ma." Mayank immediately said samile plastering smile looking at Nupur.

"Uff! Shut up Mayank! U ignore him its my home too so u are definitely not staying in any hotel n its an order alright! Now come on we are getting late." Saying so pia dragged her towards their car n after reaching their home they all came out of their car n as Nupur was trying hard to carry her luggage Mayank came forward n took it from her hands n started walking towards the door before she could protest or resist.

Nupur then met Shilpa aunty n she certainly like that woman who is very affectionate n can love anyone very easily with all her heart just like a mother which she always craved for.

She had a wonderful time staying here in this place which seemed like a home not an apartment like she has. In her stay at their place she had lots of fun specially with Pia n Shilpa aunty n about Mayank most of the time she kept a safe distance from him even when he will try to initiate any talk she will withdraw herself from that conversation saying she had some work to do or something... Unless one night when it was quite late at night n it was having heavy rainfall when Mayank's sleep was disturbed by the continuous pitter patter at his window. He then went up from his bed n went out of his room n saw the door towards their terrace were open n while moving ahead to close the door he heard some sound of someone giggling which were sounding as music in his ear drums. He went in to look for that source and gasp seeing the sight in front of him. As it was Nupur who was giggling enjoying the raindrops showering upon her with closed eyes n was literally looking like an Angel descended straight from heaven. She was actually dancing in the rains with such a divine smile that Mayank was sure he haven't seen ever before! Her white-milky hands were busy playing with the raindrops twirling in a rhythmic way looking as breathtaking as ever. He unconsciously started moving towards her n stopped just at a lil distance from her when suddenly she tripped n was about to fall when again he hold her as tightly as possible securely in his arms. After feeling she was in someone's strong hold which seemed familiar to her Nupur slowly opened her eyes n now was regretting her move as she was literally unable to move her eyes away from his deep dark-brown eyes which were fixed into her eyes as if trying to look beyond those walls she had build around herself. Then suddenly with the loud sound of a thunder they both came out of that beautiful eye-lock they shared. After some moments of silence Mayank decided to broke the silence as Nupur was busy in trying to manage her dark purple night dress which were clinging to her beautiful figure n was showing her perfect curves. He moved his eyes towards another sight as if not trying to make her feel more awkward.

"Its raining very heavily tonight. U love rains right!" he said breaking the silence.

"Yes. I love rains a lottt... They are just so beautiful. It makes u feel like dancing with the music of those falling droplets." She said with dreamy eyes.

"Wow! I can't believe u can speak like that, n ya I have seen u dancing." He said with a smile n disbelieved look.

"Ya, I know it seemed stupid but I really love to do so." She replied with a light laugh.

"Nope! There is nothing stupid in it if u feel to do something n it gave u happiness then u should do it." hesaid while turning towards her n looking straight into her eyes n added, So..u mind if I also join u?"

"What? U mean dancing? No plzzz!" she said with a shocking look.

"Oh! Come on Nupur we are not strangers u can dance with me right!" saying this Mayank bent down on his knees n moves his hand forward n requested like a gentle man.

"Miss Nupur Bhushan will u give me the honor to dance with a beautiful lady like u plz.."

Shaking her head a bit then smiling on his cute act Nupur moved her hand n placed it on his hand. Then Mayank stood up on his foot n placed her hand on his shoulder n make her come closer placing his other hand on her waist. With the mere touch they both felt something strange in their heart but then ignoring it they started dancing. When suddenly Mayank started singing "Khuda jane" in a slow voice n Nupur looked into his eyes with an amazed look.

What? U like this song right?" he asked seeing her amazed look n Nupur got more amazed with it n snapped, "Ya, but how do u know that?" "Well I have heard u listeing to this song many times in ur room when u read ur novels." Mayank said casually swirling her once when Nupur just smiled. Then they both started singing Nupur's favorite song.

(well this wasn't planned while I was writing but then it just came like this n When it came to my fav song n MN then I just can't help it. plz use ur own memory n imagine our own MN in Khuda Jane seg plzzz as I can't write like that )

""Sajde mein yun hi jhookta hoon tum pe hi akey rukh ta kya yeh sabko hota hain."" Singing this line Mayank moved Nupur slowly n both were swirling their body with their own accord n Mayank moved her backward n slowly pulled her back so that now her back was touching Mayank's chest n he hold her hand from both sides n then Nupur sang, Humko ""kya lena hain sabse tumse hi sab batein abse. Baan gaye hoon tum mere Dua."".Then Mayank moved her again away from him n still holding her hands n pulled her pretty hard so she almost banged on his chest n sing, ""Khuda jane ke main fida hoon khuda jane main mit gaya khuda jane yeh kyun hua hain ke ban gaye hoon tum mere Khuda."" Singing so they both looked into each other's eyes n then Nupur tried to move a lil away from him when he griped her more tightly n sang, ""Dil kahein ke aj toh chupalo tum panah mein ke darr hain tumko kho dunga dil kahe sambhal jara khushi ko na nazar laga ke darr hain main toh rou dunga"". Hearing so Nupur abruptly tear her eyes away from him as it was being hard to differentiate whether he was only singing or saying those words beyond just singing so she with a smile sang, ""Hoo..karti hoon sou wadey tumse bandhe dil ke dhagey tumse yeh tumhe na jane kya hua."" Singing this line she was about to move away when suddenly he gripped her hand n pulled her towards himself so that she bumped with him n then she looked straight into his eyes n gasp seeing the passion that were oozing from his eyes n felt as if the time than stood still for that moment n there was nothing beyond them apart from these mere seconds which were passing now only. Mayank cupped her face in his hand as she was again trying to move away her eyes from him n again made her look into his eyes. They both were losing themselves in each other's eyes n so was the distance between their lips n just before it could complete the thin distance that was left suddenly their spell was broken with a loud sound of thunder n they both came out of their trance when Nupur forcefully pushed him n he let her move away from him. Still looking at him she was moving backward when she turned n run towards her room n close her door with a thud leaving Mayank to ponder over some unknown feeling he was feeling for her.

The next day when Mayank woke up in the morning Nupur was nowhere near him as he then came to know that she left in the early morning saying its urgent as her mom called her back home. Though deep in his heart he was hurt the way she left without even meeting him for once n after that Mayank thought about her every single day in these 3years n every time he heard from Pia about her he felt a pit of pain in his chest. It was not like that they never talked on phone in those 3years they have talked only when Pia was unreachable by any chance n Nupur need to talk to her n if Mayank would have picked that call she will only asked about Pia n that's it!

Coming out of the memory lane Mayank left a sigh out n again looked at her angelic face which was looking more angelic with a dim light of the moon coming from the windows on her face. Only he knew how much he had missed her though they never talked normally but that one dance in the rain with her left so many emotions in him n which were bothering him every single moment of his life n was leaving him with his sleep-less nights...
