Armaan woke up with the sound of the screechy alarm. "A bad start to a bad day" Armaan thought pessimistically. Lazily, he got ready for his morning jog praying he doesn't meet Riddhima. He jogged to the basketball court thinking about the interns and how he was going to torture them by being strict. When he reached there, he saw little kids dancing to bollywood music. He was angry. Very angry. This was HIS special basketball court to play and feel sorry for myself NOT a place to dance. He walked in to break the dancing party/class. He walked past the little kids to talk to the tall but also short lady. He tapped her back and the next thing he knew is the stinging pain on his tummy. He clutched his stomach and started groaning and cursing in pain. Armaan felt a soft hand on his shoulder and an angelic voice whispering in his ear. He stopped his cursing tirade and looked up with murderous intentions. Armaan jumped up on his feet and gave a glowered at the girl. "Who do you think you are? How dare..." Armaan's angry outburst was interrupted by the girl. "I am Shilpa and you are?" Shilpa answered in a amused voice. Armaan's glare turned more angry and continued in a deadly tone, "Listen you miss.devil..." "its Shilpa" Armaan ignored her intrupetion and continued, "...First you take over MY basketball court then PUNCH me and now you have guts to tell me your name like nothing happened." Armaan took a deep breath to calm himself down but it hardly worked. Shilpa, in a amused voice, said, "You done?" Armaan nodded. Shilpa walked up to him and poked his chest, "YOUR basketball court? Last time I checked, this was a public place. You know PUBLIC, right? Aise jadya jahan par koi bhi insaan aa sakta hai. And me punching you was not my fault'" Armaan opened his mouth to protest but Shilpa raised her hand to stop him from speaking. "...You came out of nowhere and surprised me so me punching you was a defence mechanism. So this whole mess is your fault." Shilpa finish with a slap on Armaan's chest. Armaan looked at her in stunned silence. He finally grew guts to reply back, "You ... How could you blame all this on me?" Shilpa chuckled at his disbelieving tone and was about to reply when her cell phone rang. She took out her phone and checked it. After checking, she looked at Armaan and in an apologic voice, "I am sorry! I have to go. We will finish this fight later. And for your kind information, I will win this." She finished with a smug voice. With a wink in Armaan's direction, she left with all the kids following her. Armaan was stunned at this little devilly firecracker. He shook himself out of these thoughts and went home. In all this chaos, he, even once, didn't remember Sid, Riddhima and the new interns. He went home and quickly got ready for this new responsibility.

After putting on an emotionless mask, Armaan entered the hostital. He walked to his cabin and stared working.

Armaan walked to the nurse station and started reading a file. He looked up to see 5 interns there. Putting the file away, Armaan, in a calm but deadly voice, said "Are you the new interns?" He continued after seeing the interns nodding, "You all are 5 minutes late. this is not allowed in this hospital. If any of you are late once again, you will be suspended ot worse expelled. Understand?" The interns didn't reply, they were shocked to silence. Observing the silence, Armaan bellowed, "I said, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" All the interns gave a scared nod. "Now, we will take a tour of the hospital and then..." Armaan was intrupetted by a new but familar voice saying, "Sorry I am late." Armaan turned around, ready to scold the person, to see the firecracker...no Ms.devil. They stared at eachother in shock.

Dr. Shilpa Mehta

She is a fun loving gujarati lady. She loves to play pranks and have fun but is very serious about work. Shilpa is an orphan that has faced a lot of problems but she never let them defeat her. She is ioke a sun. She spreads warmness and happiness all around her. She is the new senior doctor in Sanjeevni. Shilpa loves kids to death and can not see them sad. She goes crazy to cheer people up. Shilpa also teaches kids to dance as her hobby. She is the best friend you can have.
