_47_It was nearly evening when Pia woke up to find herself engulfed in his secure arms.She saw his eyes closed,light bluish lines underneath his eyes.She kissed his cheek lightly and unfolded herself slowly.He smiled but kept lying motionless.She went to the washroom and had a nice warm bath and came out wearing her bathrobe.Abhay watched her quietly as she chose a long sleeved pink dress which went down till above her knees.She went to the changing room and wore the dress.Then she combed her wet hair neatly and wore light make up.Abhay went to her slowly and embraced her from behind."Getting ready for our date?",he asked."Hmm",she said."Today we're going on a cruise date",he whispered kissing her ear lobe."That's great!Thank you",she said.He changed into a violet shirt and blue jeans and soon they were walking on the beach,hands entwined.On the white cruise,Pia giggled as breeze stroke her hair backwards.She felt moving far away from land as the golden sun went down slowly.She saw darkness engulf the place as glittering stars appeared.She turned back to call Abhay but found him kneeling on the floor with his right hand at her direction.She gave a nervous smile and asked through gestures.Abhay gestured her that he wanted her hand.As she held his hand,she knew what he was about to do.He took out a splendid diamond ring with a heart carved on it.Small pieces of gems like ruby,emerald,cat's eye,sapphire were placed around the heart."Pia,will you marry me?",he asked.Pia felt the whole atmosphere rejoice.She gave a wide smile and hugged him,both falling on the ground."Yes ofcourse!",she exclaimed.He placed the ring on her ring finger and kissed her hand."We'll get married officially in two weeks,okay?",he said."Why not after one week?",she asked."You're not ready,nobody's ready",he said."Fine.After a fortnight,we'll get married.Give me your cell,I've to call Haseena aunty",she said.She dialed her number and waited."Hello,Haseena aunty?I'm Pia",she said."Oh Pia! I hope you're fine",she said."Aunty,I've got a good news which'll blow away your mind!",she chirped."Oh really?Come on say fast",she urged."We're getting married!In two weeks!Abhay just now proposed me",she exclaimed."Wow!That's awesome!",Haseena said."We're coming back tomorrow and we'll start the preparations together okay?",Abhay said."Ok!Come back safely",she said.She called Naina and let her know the same.Jeremy got the flight tickets for Dehradun soon enough.The next day they were back to Dehradun.When they came back,they found that Chaand had contacted the best wedding planner of New York,who happened to be his friend.The best flowers,the best food,the best wine,the best dresses were ordered.Abhay helped his dad to choose exactly what he wanted.The whole set was fairytale type with red and pink and white coloured decorations.Those were Pia's favourite colours.The wedding gown was designed by a reknowned Italian designer.Abhay had a splendid whitite suit made by an American designer.Naina and Jeremy helped to choose royal invitation cards.Even Jordon came back after months after hearing about his cousin getting married.The date was set.16th January.It was the 8th when amidst all preparations,a splendid blue car stopped at the Raichand Mansion.Abhay was selecting the colour of the napkins to be at the dining tables,when his eyes fell on the woman getting out.There was no mistake.She was seriously Delinsey.Abhay angrily rushed downstairs and shoved her hard."Get away you wicked girl",he screamed."Abhay,please forgive me,I've come to beg for forgiveness",she pleaded.Abhay refused to listen,but after a lot of pleading,he melted.He brought her to Pia who was with Jeremy selecting the food items.Pia got shocked but Deli genuinely apologized and vowed to not to repeat her evil doings.Pia looked at Abhay who nodded gently and she forgave her.Deli offered to help in their wedding preparations,so Naina took charge of her,keeping her under constant check.Finally the day arrived.From the morning,Naina had helped Pia to get dressed.The beauticians arrived at nine in the morning.Jeremy and Jordon helped Abhay to get dressed.Guests started ariving.All their college friends and many other people arrived.Just before they were supposed to reach the wedding venue,Pia asked a vital question in the car.Naina and Jeremy were sitting at the front,when Pia suddenly asked,"Abhay when are you turning me?".He gave her a confused look."When am I turning a vampire Abhay?I'm a mortal entwined to a vampire.How can I stay a mortal when the boy I can't live without is immortal.This doesn't make a balanced pair.I don't deserve you 'cause you're supernatural and I'm not",she said."Pia I promise we'll discuss this later.Let's concentrate on our marriage now",he said."If you don't turn me,I won't marry you.Promise me that you'll turn me",she said."You're behaving like a child",he said."Yes or No?",she asked.Abhay defeatedly said,"I will".
