It was Arnav, and the other one evidently Aakash. She could recognize that heavily built, gorgeous figure of a man almost anywhere, even if she was blindfolded.

Arnav wasn't late in eyeing his eye-candy too. He looked at her with intense passion, his eyes shining with delight. Khushi's brown eyes returned the gaze with as much passion as she had received in the first place. Arnav-Khushi eye- lock.

Payal had yet not realized that Aakash was there with Arnav. In fact, she hadn't spotted either of them entering the Raizada premises. Upon seeing Khushi staring at the door in a complete daze, she followed the gaze with one of her own only to find her eyes meeting lovingly with Aakash. He was there tall, smart, as handsome ever, with merry eyes looking at her with all the love anybody could humanly posses.

Just as the couples were sharing a sensational eye-lock with each other Anjali entered. A mischievous but glad smile spread on her lips seeing her two brothers staring at their respective maidens so lovingly. Breaking the silence, she stood right next to where the boys now stood.

Anj: Wow! Chote and Aakash you have made perfect timing. (giggling) I see you have already met our guests.

Arnav, Aakash, Khushi and Payal are out of their trance upon hearing Anjali's playful voice, and start feeling embarrassed and hesitant all of a sudden.

Arnav and Aakash walked in with their brief cases together.

Anj: ( continuing her speech she had last left) So I was saying, I was about to send Khushi and Payal to look around the house, ( a uncanny smile spreading on her face) but since you two are here, I think you would be glad to give them company in showing them around.

Arnav and Aakash nodded together in agreement, a silent but delightful smile spreading on their face.

Each took a step forward towards their respective maidens. Both the girls stood up from their couch, and gently but hesitantly placed their hands in the outstretched hands of their fiancs. Arnav gripped Khushi's hand with such steadiness and force causing her to momentarily wince in pain. Realizing that he loosened his grip and started pacing up with her hand in his on the opposite series of stairs from the one Payal and Aakash had made their way towards. Half way up the stairs he slowed down his speed a bit seeing Khushi lacking behind because of some slight limp in her left leg.

Ar: (in a pitch near to a whisper) are you alright Khushi?

Khushi smiled and nodded.

Ar: Sure? I can see you aren't walking properly. ( a tone of concern in his voice) Any problem with your left leg?

Kh: Erm.. no I am fine.

Slightly assured that she was alright they started walking up the steps again. But this time he was sure she wasn't alright. Her leg seemed unfit and he had already spotted a tiny droplet escape from her eye, rolling down due to the pain she endured. Without actually waiting for what she would say he picked her up in his strong arms and started walking the rest of the stairs the same way.

Kh: (surprised) Arnav..What..What are you doing?

Ar: You woudn't tell me doesn't mean I woudnt know.

Kh: But..nothing happened.

Ar: (in a mocking tone) Oh yeah? Check out my eyes they are still working

Kh: (stammering with embarrassment now) Its just a little sprain.

Ar: A little sprain that caused you so much pain as to a tear dropped from your eye?

Khushi felt silent. Oh what the..he got eyes of an eagle or something? Why does he seem to see everything he shouldn't be seeing? She thought to herself. It was no use arguing with him he really wanted everything the way he wanted. She looked at him lovingly, with all the love she had inside her. Every bit of it. His arms held all the safety and comfort that not even the best of mattresses could deliver. Arnav caught her eyes boring into his face.

Ar: Why are you looking at me like that? (although he very well knew why)

Kh: (still looking at him intensely) Nothing. Just thanking God.

Ar: (confused) by looking at me?

Kh: Yes, you are life, God and everything to me.

Arnav kept silent. He wanted to keep those delicate eyes staring at him forever. Just then as he was about to put his foot forward to climb another step he realized that the series of step was over and they were now in the corridor. He kept towards his own room, Khushi's gaze still fixed on him. As she looked around she realized they were in the corridor now.

Kh: Arnav? Could you please put me down? I want to walk.

Ar: But you are unfit to walk.

Kh: ( intently boring her gaze into his concerned face) Please?

Wow. I am going to die of the sweetness those eyes hold. Arnav thought to himself. The innocence in her eyes made him feel helpless and he gently put her down to the ground and helped her stand to her feet.

Kh: (smiling) Thank you.

Arnav smiled back at her. They continued to walk towards his room, his arm securely around her in case she tripped off again. Finally they reached his room. Both of them walked inside, Arnav behind Khushi. Khushi's wonder filled eyes trained themselves to examine every inch of the room. After all it was to be her room. No it was to be their room. She was going to share it with Arnav and that that was the best-est part about it. Arnav silently raised his hands and slid them around her waist bringing her back closer to himself so as if the air he exhaled would directly touch her creamy white skin.

Ar: So how did you like my room..*pause* Sorry our room..

Kh: It's amazing.
