Oookaayyy firstly I know it has been really really long' I mean when was the last time we updated, erm 26^th October 2011 :O wow you guys have all rights to throw chapals at us :P Anyways I'm hoping that we will update this more sooner now and get this finished soon' hopefully' Just bear with us :) Just to remind you whats going on, here's a summary of what has happened so far.

Story so far

Maan and Geet know each other since childhood. In their younger years they would constantly bicker and argue, however they soon became friends and before they knew it they were inseparable. As years went by their relation became stronger and Geet began to develop feelings for Maan, however her life comes crashing down when she finds out Maan is moving to London to continue his higher education. Maan knows Geet is upset, however thinking this is what his dad would want he leaves India and goes to London. Once Maan has gone Geet starts to become very aloof from everyone and spends time on her own. One day Rano witnesses Geet cry and confess her feelings for Maan and confronts her. Rano convinces Mohinder to let Geet study in London too and so a year after Maan, Geet is also sent to London for Uni. When Geet arrives in London she sees Maan has changed and has a girlfriend. Maan and Geet avoid each other at first but when Geet is physically harassed by another student, Maan becomes extremely possessive. Soon Geet and Maan become very close and share their first kiss which is when Maan realises he has feelings for Geet but doesn't know what to name those feelings. Geet makes Maan realise that the feelings he has for her is Love. Maan confesses in a very extravagant way to Geet. Now that Maan and Geet are In a relationship Maan thinks of teasing Geet a little by making her jealous however our kudi Geet is no less, she also has a plan!

Part 43

Maan returned home the previous night as soon as possible knowing how angry Geet would get, but the scene he saw when he came home surprised him. When he went into Geets room he saw her sleeping peacefully as if nothing had happened at all. Relieved that all was well he decided to call it a day as well after having a light dinner.

However now in the morning he saw a quite different scene, in front of him stood Geet talking on the phone to a guy he had guessed by the amount of blushing and flirting that she was doing. He couldn't help but feel jealous and angry, how could HIS Geet talk to another guy like this, he had to talk to her he decided.

Geet was on the phone with Yash, she had explained her plan to him already, and Yash being Yash was in for a little bit of drama, and if it was to annoy Maan then sure why not!

Geet looked at Maans changing expressions from confusion to surprise to jealousy and then lastly anger' she was already loving how her plan was unfolding.

Geet (thought): the game has just begun Maan, aage aage dekho hota hai kya!

Geet and yash sat in the college canteen on a table waiting for Maan to turn up so they could start their acting. Soon Maan was in their sight and they took their positions with yash facing away from Maan and Geet facing towards him, if Maan saw it was Yash it wouldn't be as effective.

Maan stood at a distance and saw Geet was laughing and smiling with a guy but the guys face was not visible' he was about to walk towards them but Geet and the guy stood up and went the other way out of the second exit, leaving him boiling in anger.

Maan(thought): Who is that damn guy ? Aur Geet itni kyun has rahi hai uske saath.

Maan was seething in anger but tried to remain calm as he was standing in the canteen and there were too many people present.

Later in the day Maan was with the gang and he noticed how everyone was present exept for Yash and Geet.

Maan: Guys where are Yash and Geet? Anyone seen them?

The gang were already aware of Geets plan so told maan that Yash had gone home and Geet was busy in the library.

Maan(thought): So that guy couldn't have been Yash then, so who is it' and how come Geet is so busy' I'll go check in the library.

Maan went to the library and one he had reached there he spotted Geet sitting on a table studying again with the same guy. And coincidently the guy was again facing away from him and Geets face was visible.

Maan looked away for a little while and when he looked towards the table Geet and the other guy was sitting on he found it was empty.

Maan(thought): What is going on damn it!?

The whole day went by with Maan trying to talk to Geet but unable to as she was "busy", this had got him absolutely frustrated and he was now hell bent on talking to her when she came back home.

Geet entered through the main door and was about to go to her room but was stopped by a sudden pull on her arm and before she knew it she had been pinned against the wall. She looked up to meet anger and pain in Maans eyes.

Maan: What the hell do you think of yourself huh?!!

Geet winced in pain caused by the grip of Maans hold on her arm, she hadn't ever seen him THIS angry' she immediately felt bad for ignoring him the whole day but it was his fault, he shouldn't have started it in the first place, she thought defensively.

Geet: Maan let go of me' mujhe dard ho raha hai!

Maan noticed how Geets eyes had started to water up and slowly he loosened his grip on her arm and tried to calm down, anger would just make the situation worse.

Maan: Geet, why have you been ignoring me all day?

Geet looked down, her plan hadn't gone the way she had planned to, but then again she should have known this was Maan she was messing with. He was bound to get angry' after all he is an khudoos angry young man she thought.

Geet slowly looked up with a baby face and tears clouding her eyes and spoke in a very low voice.

Geet: And what about you? You were with that Sasha all of yesterday, uska kya ?

Maan was now slowly beginning to understand that his own game had backfired on him, he had just become a victim of his own game. He slowly backed away and looked down with a sheepish smile.

Maan: Woh toh main tumhe aise hi tease kar raha tha.

Geet looked at Maan with a small mischievous smile.

Geet: And you thought only you can play that game huh? I was also teasing you, you angry young man! Hmpph!

Maan looked towards Geet to find her looking the other way with her hands crossed against her chest and lips pouted.

Maan (thought): Oh god this girl is just too cute!

Maan went and stood infront of Geet with his hands holding his ears and a puppy look on his face.

Maan: I'm sorry Geet' Maaf kardo ?

Geet slowly turned towards Maan and couldn't help but smile at his cute expression' she wasn't able to remain angry after seeing his face and so flung her arms around him and hugged him tightly.

Maan embraced her with all his love, he knew she was too precious to let go off' just too precious.

Geet felt Maan touch her arms soothingly as if trying to get rid of the bruises he had caused her in his anger. She pulled away and noticed how guilty he looked; she cupped his face and made him look up.

Geet: Maan, its okay' it doesn't hurt anymore.

Maan looked at his beautiful lady love with such respect and care, even after his disgusting behaviour she still tried to make him feel better.

Maan: Geet tum kis mitti ki bani ho? Why do love me so unconditionally? Even after all I did?

Geet: Maan I love you the way you are, I always have' tum jaise bhi ho bohot ache ho' and don't ever think you are wrong' I know you did this because you love me too.

Maan was so touched by Geets words, he grabbed her waist and brought her closer to him and placed his lips gently on her hers, letting all his love and gratitude pour out.

Geet held onto Maans shoulders and responded with equal love and passion. No-one could separate them, she was determined on that.

However little did they know that their happiness was very short lived; this was just the silence before the storm that would destroy all their happiness very soon'.

So I know I left it on a cliff hanger, and that too after updating after ages, but ahh I'm evil ;)

Thanxs for commenting. We have been really busy with school and stuff so we haven't been able to update... but don't worry we are now to finish the story 😳😃 We will try and update soon 😊
