chapter-28

She walked through the corridor in a dazzled state, totally oblivious of her surrounding as only one thought dominated her mind right now...

Her maan loves her...!!

She still couldn't believe what she saw in that cupboard. Whenever the sight crossed her mind, her heart perform a sumersault. The fellwas soenthralling that her mind had gone numb. How much she wished to rush back and engulf him in her arms, but there were something she needs to clear first...!!

Taking a deep breath, she rushed to her room and packed her stuff before going downstairs...!!

Maan came down and looked around for geet. He was restless from the time he felt geet's presence in his room. He needs to see her, didn't know why, but he had to meet her...!!

Not finding geet around, he asked nakul...

Uh, nakul...where is geet...??

Nakul got scared at maan's enquiry and gulped thinking...oh god...!!...has geet baby told him about the key I gave her...??...his heart was going mad with fear...please save me god...!!

Maan frowned seeing nakul standing there mute, not replying to him and asked again in a loud voice...

Nakul...??...what happened...??...where are you lost...??

No chote saab, I didn't do anything...nakul instantly blurted out of fear

What...??...maan asked baffled and added...nakul, are you drunk...??...what the hell are you blabbering...??...maan was frutrated with nakul first foolishly gawking at him and then uttering some rubbish irrelevantly, when here he was dying to see geet...!!

Rubbing his temples with his fingers, maan controlled his growing anger asked...

Nakul, just tell me where geet is...!!

Ji...woh geet baby has gone to the auditorium...he replied with nervousness

Maan felt a tinge of hurt on the news...

Geet left without him...the mere thought was stabbing his heart apart, but then he only wanted her to stay away from him. So why the hell is he upset now...??...the question haunted him badly...!!

Shrugging off the creepy feeling, he stormed out...

She was going towards the green room to change when he grabbed her arm turning her around...

Hey what...her voice died down seeing him

Geet what is this...??...you came by yourself and there I was waiting like a fool...vicky said with a slight angery look...what was so hurry to leave all alone, huh...??

Geet gulped seeing the junior khurana devil...well vicky looked no less than a replica of his elder brother whenever anger seeped through him, may be thats what brought geet more close to him...!!

Uh, sorry vicky...woh, I just wanted to have sometime alone...she said slowly in a low voice

Vicky sensed the difference in her voice and got worried...

Geet, is there something wrong...??...he asked in a tender voice...did you guys faught again...??

No vicky...its nothing like that...she replied calmly which puzzled vicky as he has never seen geet in such a tranqualized state before, like there was no apprenhensions in her heart anymore.

Doll...are you okay...??

Geet smiled softly at his sweet gesture and replied...

Never better...!!

He could actually feel the honesty in her voice, surprisingly she seems very happy and satisfied.

Are you hidding something...??...he asked as her strange behaviour baffled him

Geet looked at him with her innocent eyes and replied with utmost sincereity...

Vicky, you have been a sweet heart all this while. You helped me a lot and now I want to take things in my own hands...!!

Geet...??

Please don't take me wrong, there is something which I need to sought out myself and trust me you'll always be the first person to know, if any changes occur in my life...she completed assuringly

Vicky didn't know what to say, but he was sure something has happened. Giving a small smile he said...

Alright doll, as you wish. I'll not pester you more, but remember, I'll always be there for you...he pecked her forehead and continued...let me know if you need anything and all the best...!!

Thanks vicky, you are the sweetest friend of mine...geet hugged him tight affectionately and left to the green room to get changed

Maan came straight away to the back stage and grabbed sam...

Maan...what...he didin't let her complete and asked instantly...

Where is geet...??...his voice was rather harsh. Sam could feel the rage in his eyes and tried to calm him...

Maan, what happened...??

Listen sam, I don't have the whole day...he hissed angrily surprising as well as scaring sam...where the hell is geet...??

Ok...ok...she is in the common room with others...she replied

Maan immediately rushed towards the common room and saw everyone ready in their outfits and roshini mam walked towards him...

Maan you are not ready yet...??...just then maan's eyes fell on geet who was standing with pari, nt and meera at the corner of the room. Geet's eyes had a strange yet magical spark in them. And then maan lowered his gaze to her attire...he was mesmerized...!!

She was looking no less than an angel, a true princess with a sparkling blue drees adorning her petite form. She wore a glittering top, which came till her waist line showing a slight portion of her creamy waist, bordered with white stones adding lusture to her dress while a perfectly fitting parallel covered her slender legs with a cut at the bottom, showing her legs from below the knee. In short she was just a flawless heavenly pari standing out among others who were dressed up in white.

Geet too noticed the way he was devouring her through his eyes and a slight blush crept up her cheeks making her look all the more desirable...!!

Maan...maan...roshini ma'am called out loud to get his attention. Her voice bring him out of his reverie.

Sorry ma'am...I'll get ready within five minutes...saying so maan glanced at geet one last time and left to the green room. Geet's eyes were fixed on maan's retreating form and thought...maan, today I'll bring out what is in your heart. I won't let you hide it from me anymore...!!

The stage was covered with darkness while the audience took their place. Vikcy, dev, pari, meera, nt, adi, sam and others too sat there patiently waiting for the show to start. After the competition all the awards were to be given for all the other competitions. So everyone was nervous, but the thrillness of watching the best dance group of their school perform on the stage had overshadowed the other anxities...!!

Soon the curtains were lifted and various dance groups from other schools started to perform. The hall was surprised as well as enthralled with the astonishing performance of the students. It was indeed a tough competition. Finally the term for the DPS group came and everyone waited with bated breath...!!

There was smoky atmosphere on the stage with the view a bit blurr. The lights in the background were very dim and only dark figures were visible, which posed at different angle and were still at their respective places...!!

A dark shadowed girl stood infront of the stage and sang the lines expressing them with the movement of her body...

The lights sparled at once glowing the whole area giving a dazzling effect to the stage as well as the auditorium. Now the dance group was fully visible. Maan was wearing a black upper garment with a broad V-shaped neck making his broad chest visible. Maan and geet were in the front, right in the middle with geet standing behind maan with her arms clasped at the back and head looking up and maan on his knees with his arms crossed against his chest.

As the beats grew louder maan spread his arms roaring the words while geet swayed her body with utmost perfection...

Others standing in the background moved from their rooted spot and filled the entire stage. It was like a wave ran across the whole stage captivating the audience with their very first move.

Maan abruptly stood up while geet spin around and came infront of him. Others followed them with perfect timing and moves.

Holding her hand maan twirled her around bringing her in his embrace and both swayed with the music flawlessly, creating havoc among the audience, who cheered them with hooting and whistles...!!

They spread their arms in a titanic pose and waved their body rhythmically, not missing even a single beat...

Maan grabbed her waist tightly and raised her a bit above the ground moving around. Both looked into each other's eyes and forgot the whole surrounding...

Their love was at its peak and the burning chemistry had enough heat to reduce even the toughest thing to ashes...!!

Geet moved in the front with other girls and danced in the most enchanting way making everyone skip their heart beats, while maan and the other boys danced in the back ground. Maan's eyes were fixed on his mishty who was the living example of a bewitching fairy, making him go insane with her vivacious moves...!!

He stepped forward and came towards her without diverting his gaze. His heart was going wild seeing her magnetic beauty which was attracting him to die for her. Yes this was his mishty for whom he could give up anything in the world...even his own life...!!

Encircling her tiny waist from behind he swiftly turned her to face him and saw a glint of satisfaction in her eyes with his touch...!!

Though everyone was there his heart only desired for her, like nothing else existed...!!

Releasing her from his hold, he distanced himself from her and they both grooved beautifully coming closer, ultimately landing up in the other's arms...their only paradise...!!

The guys in the background danced with their respective partners matching steps with the lead making everyone feel the connection of each member with the other as well as the music...!!

Vicky looked at geet who was totally engrossed in maan while he was struggling to keep his desires aside and concentrate on the dance. He could clearly see the immense passion and love in his brothers eyes for the only girl, who was right there in his arms living the best moment of her life...!!

Adi and sam also felt the spark in maan's eyes whenever he was close to geet, but the new thing they noticed was geet's fondness for maan which was clearly visible. Sam was so happy to see her little kid sister falling for her one of the best friend. Both adi and sam gestered each other with an understanding look and smiled...!!

Geet was actually living the best moment of her life. Though she had been close to maan in past, but today she knew she loved him more than anything in the world and he too harbour the same for her...!!

She was ready to submit herself infront of his passionate desires, not even knowing their gravity which was too strong for her to sustain. Yet she was ready to take a dive in the pool of his love, even if it meant her demise...!!

She tenderly encircled her arms around his neck and sang boring into his eyes, meaning every bit of the words...!!

They remembered their childhood, the sugary memories. Geet could feelevery scene passing before her eyes. Now she knew why they were inseparable...this feeling was there in their heart from much before they themself knew or realize...!!

Maan cuddled her up in his arms in a jiffy surprising her...

He could no longer hold himself from feeling her close to him with the intensity of her eyes making him mad. The song too blurted out the feeling which were bottled up in their hearts for ages...!!

They kept staring at each other with nothing but love in their eyes for the other. The purity of their feeling was oozing out from every ounce of their soul while the audience gaped at them in awe

They danced with their heart and soul sizzling the dance floor,matching every step and beat. The music had already created a magical ambience for the dance to blossom in its full swing...!!

It seemed so surreal...while maan was just lost in his mishty...drowning himself in her deep innocent eyes which had the power to make him do things he could't even think of...!!

The hall roared with the thunderous applaud they got for their electrifying performance which brought maan and geet back to reality from their blissfull oblivion...!!
