Sitting in his cabin, he was deeply engrossed in reading the file of one of his patient. His hazel blue eyes were focused on the paper and his fingers were playing with the pen. After a while, he picked up the phone and dialed someone.
"Nurse, come in to my cabin right now," said a manly voice. The nurse came in and said obediently, "Yes, Doctor Armaan!" Handing the file he was reading, Armaan told her authoritatively, "Give a single dose of morphine to this patient." "Sure," the nurse said sweetly and left.
Sighing, Armaan leaned back and closed his eyes. "Aahh this headache," he said and touched his forehead. Just then his cell phone buzzed. Seeing the name flashing on the screen, he beautifully smiled.
"Hey maa," he said with a huge smile. "Armaan, tune lunch kar liya?", his mom, Ananya Malik asked concernedly. "Haan kar liya and you know what maa? It was yummy!", Armaan replied childishly. "Chalo, that's good," Ananya said with a content smile and continued with a glowing facial expression, "Beta, aaj ghar jaldi aana. Tujhe kuch aur ladkiyon ki photographs dikhaane hai."
"Ufff ho Maa! Not again! Mujhe koi photo nahi dekhni and please don't start arguing on that," Armaan said in one go making an irritated look. "Theek hain beta," Ananya said and frowned. Armaan victoriously smiled and said, "Good! Anyways maa, I gotta go now. Mere patients ko meri zarurat hai."
"Haan haan! Sirf apne patients ke baade mein hi sochta rahe. Aap ne liye toh kabhi sochta bhi nahi," Ananya said to Armaan like a typical mom. "Maa! Stop being dramatic and bye!", Armaan firmly said and hung up the phone.
Armaan shook his head in amazement and smiled. "Yeh mom bhi naa! Pata nahi kab samjhegi ki shaadi ek mulaakat mein ya photos dekhkar nahi hote. Shaadi toh dil ka jurne se hote hai." His expression suddenly turned dreamy. He said, "Upar waale ne sab ke liye kisi ko banayaa hai toh phir mere liye bhi koi hogi, koi pari jo sirf mere liye banaayi gayi hai, jis par sirf mera haq ho."

Elegant and divine beauty with the most angelic smile - perfect words to describe her! She was roaming around the garden and inhaling the fragrance of each and every flower. Sounds of different birds were making her smile. The breeze was playing with her silky hairs in a manner as if it loved doing that with her.
"A fairy in white!", she heard a familiar friendly voice from behind, blushed and turned around. "Main koi fairy nahi hoon. I'm just Riddhima and I love being only that," Riddhima said in a soft voice and the next moment, she received a hug from her best friend Nupur, who was fortunately her sister!
Once they broke their hug, Nupur affectionately pulled Riddhima's cheeks and said, "Par tu toh mere liye fairy hi hai, my sweetie pie!" "Aur tu meri andheri dunia ki roshni hai," Riddhima told Nupur lovingly caressing her cheek.
Nupur's expression turned serious and angry. She said sternly, "Phir se wahi baat Riddhi? Tujhse kitni bar kaha hai ki aisi baat kabhi mat kehena." Riddhima frowned and said, "Nupur, bura lage ya accha, sach toh yehi hai naa ki main dekh nahi sak-"
"Chup! Bilkul chup! Aur kuch kehene ki zarurat nahi hai, aur ghar chal," Interrupting Riddhima, Nupur ordered her. "Chal!", Riddhima casually smiled and nodded. They went inside their house.

Nupur and Riddhima entered inside their house. "Arey samhal ke," Nupur worriedly said to Riddhima and held her hand as she was about to fall on the floor. "Tere rehete huye main kabhi ghir nahi sakti," said Riddhima with a sense of trust in her voice and straightened.
"Woh toh hain," Nupur proudly said and the next moment, she received a chuckle from Riddhima. They went to the kitchen to meet their mom, Mrs. Radhika Bhushan.
"Arey aa gaye tum log," Radhika welcomed her daughters with a warm hug. "Haan maa! Hum aa gaye aur please haan, filmy hona bandh karo," Nupur said in annoyance. "Nupur, this is not filmy. This is just our mom's love for us. Haina maa?", Riddhima said with a sweet smile. "Haan! Meri bacchi!", Radhika said to Riddhima touching her cheek lovingly.
"Maa, Riddhi sahi keheti hai. Aap usse jyada pyaar karti ho," Nupur said making a sad puppy face. "Nupur, main tumhe aur Riddhima ko equally pyaar karti hoon, samjhi meri dono pariya!", Radhika said to both of them with motherly affection which brought ocean-sized smiles on the beautiful faces of Nupur and Riddhima.
"Anyways! Tum dono fresh ho jaao, phir hum lunch karenge aur phiirr Nupur, tumhe kuch ladko ke photos dekhne hai," Radhika said excitedly. Riddhima grinned hearing that but Nupur fumed in anger.
"Maa! Maine tumhe hazaar bar kaha hain ki I don't believe in marriage," Nupur said coldly. "Beta, jo mere saath huya, zaruri nahi hai ki woh tumhare saath bhi ho. Sab ek jaise nahi hote, Nupur!", Radhika said emotionally.
"Maa please! I don't wanna talk anything about it," Nupur angrily said and stormed in her room. Radhika broke in tears and Riddhima consoled her by putting her hands around her arms.
"Riddhi beta! Pata nahi Nupur kab samjhegi ki dunia mein akeli survive karna aasan nahi hai. Jab bhi main sochti karti hoon ki mere past ki vajah se Nupur kahi akeli naa rehe jaaye, bohot taqleef hoti hai," Radhika said in the midst of her sobs. "Mujhe Nupur ko samjhana padhega ki sab papa jaise nahi hote. Dunia mein aise bhi insaan hai jo pyaar karna aur shaadi jaise atut rishte ko nibhana jante hai and I'm sure, Nupur yeh baat zarur samjhegi ki bhagwan ne uske liye bhi kisi na kisi ko banaaya hai." Riddhima thought determinedly.

"Yeh ladki kaisi hain?", Shilpa Sharma said to her son joyfully showing him a photo. "Maa! Agar aap ko pasand hai toh mujhe bhi pasand hain," a handsome guy said while typing up something on his laptop. "Mayank please! Yeh kaam bandh kar," Shilpa ordered Mayank and snatched his laptop.
"Uff ho Maa! Mujhe disturb mat karo. Kal mujhe yeh project submit karni hai and its really urgent," Mayank said tensely and took back his laptop.
Snatching the laptop again, Shilpa asked sarcastically, "Shaadi tujhe karni hai ki mujhe?" "Obviously mujhe, maa!", Mayank answered giving a sure look. "Toh phir yeh photos dekh aur inn mein se kisi ko pasand kar!", Shilpa said with a delightful smile.
"Fine!", Mayank said getting highly annoyed and took quick glances on every photo. Shilpa tried to read his expression but she failed as his face was expressionless. "Kya ajib ladka hain!" Shilpa murmured under her breath.
"Aap ne kuch kaha?", Mayank asked his mom suspiciously. Shilpa fumbled and said, "Nahi.. woh.. tujhe koi pasand aayi?", she asked excitedly. Mayank side hugged his mother and said smilingly, "Aap ko jo pasand hai woh mujhe bhi pasand hain, and with this, the defense rests," he said the last two words peculiarly and rushed to his room without giving his mother a chance to speak. Heaving a deep sigh, Shilpa said, "Pata nahi mere iss buddhu Mayu ke zindagi mein kaun aayegi."
