It was 10 am when armaan entered gupta industries. He met shashank gupta there.
Ar- gud morning sir
Sh- gud morning MR Mallik
Ar- no sir armaan would be fine MR Mallik sounds too old for me
Sh- yes sure armaan infact I also felt MR Mallik would be better for your father not for you
Ar- yes sir so shall we start
Sh- vo actually armaan my daughter umm vo actually I think she is late. Actually I wanted her to take this project. If you don't mind can we just wait for her for few minutes
Ar- yeah sure sir it's perfectly okay we can wait for her

Sh- so armaan being son of balwinder mallik and brother of atul mallik I mean two of the most successful business men bahut expectations honge aapse family ke bhi or baki logo ke bhi or ab jab aap dono ki hi tarah successful ban gaye hain to aapko kaisa feel ho raha hai??? It must have been tough na???
Ar- yes sir expectations to bahut the. Papa ne kabhi ye to nahi kaha tha mujhe ke business hi karo unhone humesha kaha k jot um karana chahte ho vo karo but I knew ke ye hi 1 cheez hai jo mai kar sakta hu. Or I think k mai 1 successful business man to nahi han but 1 business man to ban gaya hu. Mujhe bas apna kam karna accha lagta hai and that's it or agar mai ye naa kar pata tab bhi family ka waise hi support hota. But jab bhi mai koi deal karta hu ya kisi bhi project ko theek se karta hu to papa ke chehre pe jo khushi dekhta hu vo hi mujhe or mehnat karne ke liye encourage karta hai
shashank was very impressed with armaan. he thought that he was so much successfull at such young age but still he is very down to earth
sh- you are being modest armaan chalo accha hi hai meri beti bhi apse bahut kuch seekh legi. arrey par ye hai kahan. i'll just call and ask picks up the phone and dialls
sh- not reachable. i think armaan we have wasted our timeand i am sorru for that Miss Riddhima Gupta is out of this project and i am working with you on this. i think we should start and i am sorry once again

Armaan starts with the presentation. after 10 minutes, the phone rings

receptionist- sir vo
sh- how many times should i tell you not to disturb in a meeting
rec- sir vo riddhima maam came. should i send her inside
sh- no. and tell her that she is out of this project.
rec- sir maam wantsto talk to you
ri- hello
armaan who was working on his laptop stops working and start listening to the conversation coz he felt something in this girl's voice
sh- i am in a meeting talk to you later
ri- but ye project to mai karne vali thi???
sh- but now you are not doing it??
ri- but why?? maine ispe kitna kaam kia tha
sh- because u were late... the meeting has already started
ri- i am sorry papa par vo actually meri galti nahi hai vo kya hua na
sh- miss riddhima you were late and that's it and i don't want to hear any excuses especially in the middle of a meeting
ri- papa par
sh- sir or mr gupta miss riddhima
ri- sorry sir
sh- now go and sit in your cabin and google search something about professionalism because you certainally lack it

armaan was listening to all this and was amazed on how shashank was talking to his own daughter so professianally. he infact could sense the disappointment in that girl's voice when she was told to call shashank as sir or mr gupta. she must be daddy's little girl thought armaan. that's why he could clearly sense the discomfort
sh- i am sorry armaan
ar- no sir it's okay. don't say sorry

armaan can also feel the discomfort on shashank's face after scolcing his daughter un front of him..
the meeting went well and armaan and shashank both signed the agreement...
ar- sir vo i will send you this agreement after getting it signed from papa oops i mean mr mallik
sh- hahahahaah thats ok armaan you can call him papa its ok. agar maine apni beti ko papa kehne se mana kia that doesn't mean ke aap apne papa ko papa nahi keh sakte
ar- no sir vo i actually thought you willl find it unprofessional
sh- no armaan calling papa is not unprofessional but the way riddhima was behaving was unprofessional. calling in the middle of meeting and arguing. if i would not have been her father vo aisa karti nahi na. isliye maine usse danta
ar- you are right sir. i think you want to go and talk to her i could feel the regret when you said that she is out of the project without even listening to her
sh- hmmm you are right actually she really wanted to work with mallik industries usne to apki company ke bare mein pura research karke rakha hai to isliye thoda bura laga uske liye
ar- sir agar aap kahein to mmai unhe dobara presentation de sakta hu
sh- no armaan ye project to vo nahi karegi agar vo meri beti nahi hoti to mai kisi ke liye kabhi bhi dobara presentation nahi karata to uske liye bhi nahi or vo dusre vala project karegi mr mallik or mr atul ke saath
ar- sir vaise i don't think aapki beti itni bhi unprofessional nahi hogi jo aaapne unhe professionalism pe google search karne ko kaha hai
sh- (chuckling) yes itni bhi unprofessional nahi hai. vo to bas gusse mein keh dia.
