chapter -1

some moments changes your life. here always be a before and ater. it was n moment too that changed my life just by a mere knock on the door.

yup u heard i right a mere knock .

well before i tell how can a mere knock changed my like let me introduce myself o u all.

i m mrs. geet maan singh khurana.

now back to my story. like always i m at my home tidying up. now i m at kitchen cooking psta and lapslange for my dearest husband .

my husbnd maan sinhg khurana ,he is very fond of italian foods. so here i m cooking for him.

i m angry n upset with him bcause of the argument we have in the morning about him coming late,

but what to do i can' stop myself from making his favourites. just then i ard a knock on the door.

i thought i would be maan . so i just pu the pasta in oven to get cooked and rushes to door to greet him.

opening the door i was quite shocked to find ,i was not him, nor any friend or neighbour.

there was two policeman standing right infront of me.

police 1- mrs. khurana

me- yes, geet khurana here

police 1- i am sorry . your husband has baan in fatal accident

the words fatal accident made me devastated. i didn understand wat was happening.

my legs felt as if they didnt knew how to hold me up any more

police2- your husband's car left the road and crashed with the tree. the car has been setup to the fire nd they couldnt recover much due to fire.

i am sorry for your loss bu he is no more.

police1- thre was a lady with him in car in the pesssenger sit. do u know who it be.

i was shocked and devastated. nothing is making sense to me.but gatthring some strength i replied- no i don't know. may be some office employee .

giving me the most shocking news of my life they left.

i was broken, it is really unbeliveable to me. how can maaan left me. how can he die.

he promised me to live with me 4ever. he promised he will never leave me. bu he died . he died

n had fallen in my knees stilll not beleiving that he died. how can I.

afterall i m alive. his geet is alive so how can he die...
