Geet wore the green colour Ghagra choli selected by Maan. Pari insisted on wearing make up, Geet got irritated looking at those fake eye lashes and said a big NO to her. She wore lip gloss instead of lip stick as she hates lip stick. Geet applied eye shadows of light colour left her straightened hair free. She wore simple and plain jewellery which made her look elegant as well as gorgeous. Geet couldn't look at herself clearly on the lappy's screen but it's getting late so she dropped the idea of looking at herself in restroom's mirror.

"Geet ur looking like an angel" said Pari and kissed her. Geet blushed looking at the unclear image of herself on the lappy's screen.

Pari accompanied Geet to the party hall, which has now become a Discotheque. One half of the party hall became the dance floor, whereas the other half is left for the decent and elderly guests to chat if they could in that loud noise. Geet entered the party hall, suddenly all the lights are turned off and the DJ stopped playing the songs. Everybody wondered what has gone wrong. Pari left Geet's hand and Geet is searching to get hold of Pari's hand in that darkness.

Geet: what's wrong with these lights...Pari where r u?

A spot light is flashed on Maan and all eyes turned towards him, Geet is still standing at the entrance unaware of what's going on and still searching for Pari. Maan moved forward and the spot light followed him, slowly music started playing at the back ground. He came infront of Geet and extended his hand. Geet got stunned for a second and then placed her hand in his'. Maan took her to the stage along with him then all the lights are turned on, he gifted her a bracelet - yes a simple bracelet because Maan knew that she doesn't like heavy jewelery. With the entry of Geet once again the party became decent enough. Daadima came to the stage and introduced Geet to the remaining guests. Maan and Geet started whispering when Daadima left the stage and went near Rano to discuss about something.

Geet: Maan u didn't tell me how i am looking

Maan: ya ur dress is nice...ur mom got a nice taste

Geet: I am not asking about the dress i am asking about me

Maan: u told that u won't get flattered by my lines then what's the use of praising u unnecessarily

Geet: unnecessarily ???... Maan i tell u...u know exactly how to irritate me

Maan is enjoying by teasing her. Geet pinched Maan on his hand to irritate him as well.

Maan: ouch!!! Geeet...u know only two things VIOLENCE & SILENCE

Geet: but u know only one thing...TEASING GEET...hena Maan

Geet made a pout and remained silent.

Geet didn't respond to him

Maan: this is really serious

Geet: ya tell me

Maan come close to me i will tell u. Geet bent towards Maan as she got curious about what Maan is trying to tell her. She bent towards him such that her ear comes infront of his face. It appeared as if Maan is telling something to Geet for those who are watching them. Maan moved close to her and gave a slight peck on her cheek then he whispered "u r looking gorgeous". Geet blushed and showed fake anger to Maan.

Geet: what is this Maan...we r in a party and everybody is watching us

Maan: i don't mind kissing my sexy in public

Geet again pinched Maan to control him.

The party came to an end and all the guests left by now. Mohindar, Rano and Daadima came to the stage.

Mohindar: ok Maan we are leaving now...Geet shall we go

Maan: Geet????...r u taking Geet also along with u

Mohindar: ya...she has been away from us for 2 years and now she is getting married soon...this is the only time left for us to spend with Geet...we are taking her also along with us

Maan looked at Geet, Geet is smiling at his father as she leaned her head against his father's shoulder.

Mohindar: Savitri ji...i will call u after contacting our Pandit about the marriage

Mohindar took Geet's hand into his as he started leaving from there. Geet followed her dad and stopped after taking one step as Maan is still holding her hand. She didn't realise that she has to stay from Maan until she left his hand to go along with her family. Maan loosened his grip on her hand reluctantly. Geet is looking back at Maan,distance between them increased with each and every step she took to leave that place. They didn't say good bye to each other, Maan is looking at her thinking how he could stop her from leaving him but unfortunately his brain didn't give him any idea to stop Geet. He didn't expect that he has stay away from her after the party, he is still in the delusion that he and Geet are staying together in the same house. Six months of togetherness in Australia made them to come the delusion that they are inseparable but it is the reality that they can't stay together from now.

Geet reached her home town after 6 months, she became busy visiting her friends and relatives. Everyone got to know that Geet got engaged to Maan Singh Khurana, obviously frnz demanded for a party. One week completed just like that for Geet spending time with her family, old friends, parties and visiting relatives etc. Mohindar is happy that his house is full of noise after Geet came back. Mohindar is busy sorting out fights between Geet and Titu, listening to her non-stop chatter about the places that she has seen in Australia, the way she used to tease Maan, how Maan used to cook for both Pari and her.

Mohindar now understood y Geet didn't call him as her day is completely filled with Maan's company around her. He felt happy that Maan is the right person for Geet.

Mohindar: so u didn't leave a single chance to tease Maan

Geet: dad aap ko Maan ki side leni koi jarrori nahi hai...aapko pata nahi voh mujhe kaise sathata...he gave me 'n' number of names... stupid...i hate him...he called me CHAMELEON, FM RADIO, SBD...

She stopped saying SBD

Mohindar: SBD and??...what does this SBD refer to

Geet: SBD means...voh...Stock Brokes Department

Mohindar: what??...y did he call u as SBD...what did u do

Geet: nothing...dad i think it's getting late..gud night

She kissed her dad and went to her room. She took cutie into her arms and hugged her.

Geet to Cutie: stupid Maan...he didn't call me once in this week...i hate him...he didn't receive my calls...pata nahi kya kar raha hai, itna busy ban gaye ki he is not even replying to my messages...stupid

She cursed him and scolded in all the languages she know. She tried to sleep listening to the songs but she couldn't sleep. She went to her father's room and knocked on his door. Mohindar opened the door and has seen Geet. He closed his room door so that Rano won't get disturbed and took Geet to her room.

Mohindar: ab bolo what's disturbing u?

Geet: dad Maan is not calling me back, it has become a week he is not responding to my calls and messages...y is he doing like this?

Geet placed her head on his father's lap, Mohindar patted on her head.

Mohindar: Geet he might be busy...he is having big responsibility on him now

Geet: ur right...but can't he call me once

Mohindar: ok shall i call Savitri Devi and find out what's wrong

Geet: no...it's ok...may be u r right, he might be busy...vaise Pari told me that she also didn't meet Maan this week

Mohindar: Geet don't worry, he will call u...sleep now

Geet closed her eyes trying to sleep. She slept peacefully in Mohindar's lap after few minutes. Mohindar rested his back on to the bed and closed his eyes.
