Chapter XXI
Dark chamber, superiors head quarters
Chand and Haseena had come to the superiors to inform them about piya. Superiors or the ancient of ancients were dressed in black flowing robes with hoods on the head and signature lockets in their necks. There were five superiors and others were their guards. Superiors were Alexander, loquacious, Hannah, zeira and Thierry. Others were guards but the important were laksh and liana who were witches and wizards which were in deal with vampires. The white sapphire witches were relatives of vampires who lived in peace with each other and served each other.
Chand and Haseena had also dressed themselves in black robes and were sitting on the chairs in front of the thrones of the ancient superiors.
Alexander: Chand…. My dear friend…. Which wind blew you here with your mate here?
Haseena: highness…we have come to tell you about someone….
Hannah: oh Haseena…. Someone dangerous…. Do you need help?
Chand: no….Alex…. I found the one whom you all are looking for since the end of time…. The Daughter of sun and moon….
Zeira: what? this was just a myth…. How is this possible….?
Alex: are you sure? If we find that you are wrong then you know the consequences….
Chand: zeira…. We have researched a lot about this and when we came in contact to her than we were sure that we are not wrong…. If you want then you can check it yourself….
Loquacious: Chand…. Where did you find her….? Is she a human?
Haseena: she is in dehradun…. Her name is piya…. She is an orphan and she is totally human…..
Alexander: so how did you find her?
Chand: my lord…. Abhay is in love with her and she is a friend of aleena so we came to know about her and then we met her….
Hannah: oh my my…. This is interesting…. Do abhay and the girl know about all this?
Haseena: no…. but abhay keep her away from himself as he doesn't want to harm her…. He finds her very tempting and potent….
Alexander: ok…. So abhay and piya don't know about anything and abhay secretly loves piya…. Smart move Chand….
Chand: Alex…. Abhay loves her because she is his soul mate and has the same soul as of his first love….
Zeira: This is really complicated…. So piya thinks that she is totally normal and doesn't know about anything….
Chand and Haseena nodded in yes.
Loquacious: Alex…. We need to sure about this girl…. If they are right…. Then we can rule this world and you know…. What power is?
Alexander: so I have decided that we will soon meet this piya…. And both of you have to fix this meeting and make it as simple as possible. Don't tell the whole truth to abhay and aleena and make all the arrangements as soon as possible.
Hannah: piya…. Hope to meet you soon….
Chand and Haseena bowed and returned back to the raichand mansion.
Mount college, dehradun
In morning, all the girls woke up and got ready to return. Aleena dropped them all and piya went to her hostel and found her cupboard in bad condition. All the things were lying out and her favorite photographs were lying out half burnt and torn. She was devastated to see all this. In all of the photos, her mother's face was either burnt of torn…. Piya thought that this was all abhay's work as he was very jealous.
Piya: I really can't imagine that you could fall to this abhay…. I won't leave you this time…. You broke my heart today….
She was crying bitterly and cursing herself that she befriended abhay. She put all the stuff haphazardly and took those half torn and burnt photos and kept then in an envelope which she kept in her handbag.
Her mood wasn't in a good state and it was easily showing by her dress. She was wearing a grey tank top over black skinny jeans and had a black shawl around her neck. She usually never tied her hairs but today she tied a pony and left form the college.
As soon as piya reached the college, everyone could sense that it was better to stay away from her as she could charge if someone even put a finger over her. She went straight to the class and sat there. The class was empty as she had come beforehand. Soon the class started filling, aleena came and sat beside her. She didn't utter a word and aleena could sense that something major was wrong with piya but she let it go. But as soon as abhay came and sat in front of piya, her features tightened so, aleena thought to ask about this to piya.
Aleena: piya…. Are you okay?
Piya: yeah…. Just someone's playing with me and my heart and I have to sort it….
Aleena could easily see that piya wanted to tell that this someone was none other than her own brother, abhay.
First lecture was of human psychology which was most needed for abhay and piya. For piya, so that she could understand that why did abhay do all this to her and for abhay because he was not able to read piya's mind now. Only person whom abhay could not read was piya. Before piya stepped into abhay's life, this subject was of no use in his life. But when she came, it became a necessity; she was dynamic and was very much like a complicated puzzle. She filled his life with colors, thrills and adventures.
As the psychology professor entered the classroom, everyone greeted him and he started the class discussion.
Professor: students…. Today we will talk about one aspect of human behavior which everyone shows…. JEALOUSY… why does human feels jealousy….? What makes them jealous….? You all must know that jealousy is a great weapon to conquer anything but has a great disadvantage too…. So let's talk about this JEALOUSY….
Whole class was just sleeping except piya and abhay who were finding chances to confront each other indirectly.
Piya: sir, I feel that people feel jealous when others are given importance…. They destroy everything in jealousy to find attention…. Some people are big attention seekers….
Abhay: sir…. I think that jealousy is mainly used by those who are timid and don't know how to fight straight so they use it to capture something that they can't have.
Professor: but Mr. Raichand and Ms. Jaiswal…. Jealousy can destroy one's own relations…. It eats your sense like a termite…
Piya: sir, but where there is true friendship or love or any other relations, there is no question of jealousy. All we need is just faith and jealousy vanishes….
Professor: fine…. We will continue this again but for now I am going to give you an assignment over this topic…. Students…. You have to work in groups of three and find each and every info about your group partners like what they like/dislike, cherishes, aspires etc…. groups are abhay-aleena-piya, misha-Kabir-anu, Angad-Ruhi-Gaurav etc…. till then class is dispersed.
Class was dispersed and everybody rushed out of the room as fast as they could. Only abhay and piya were left there. Piya took her belongings and went passing abhay without even throwing a look over him.
Abhay: piya…. What happened? Till which extent will you avoid me…? I was always your FRIEND…. Can't you understand that…..? Why are you behaving like this?
Piya stopped in her tracks but didn't turn: because of you….
Abhay: me…. How?
Piya turned and abhay was shocked to see her eyes which were ready to spill her precious tears. She took out the envelope from her bag and kept it in front of abhay.
Piya: open this and tell me why did you do this?
Abhay opened it and was shocked to see its contents: what? I didn't do this…. There is really something misunderstood by you…. I can never think of doing all this….
Piya: no…. you only did this last night when I was at your home because you didn't like that I was happy without you…. I know it all…
Abhay: no…. last night I was clubbing whole night and returned after you went to hostel…. Moreover what profit will I have after doing this…. I know that you love your things a lot then I am no jerk that I will do this….
Piya: than who did this? He destroyed my mother's photos…. They were so precious….
Piya broke down in front of abhay and sat on the chair with a thud. She was crying and this lurched abhay's dead heart. Abhay came near piya and made her stand.
Abhay: don't cry piya…. I will surely find who did this and I am really sorry about it….
Piya took the envelope back and went away without saying anything. Abhay was puzzled and hurt that how could piya think that he could do this to her? But now it was necessary to find that who actually did this as it could pose danger to his piya. There were serious misunderstandings that needed to be settled.
Dehradun, raichand mansion
Chand and Haseena had returned from the meeting with the ancient superiors. They were given a great task and small time to complete it flawlessly. They had to arrange a meeting of superiors with piya in which abhay and aleena should also be present without knowing its real purpose. This was difficult but not impossible.
Mount college, dehradun
Abhay came out of the classroom after piya left with a heavy heart. Now it was necessary for him to find that who destroyed those photos so that he could prove hi point to piya. He sensed that piya was in the library so he decided to go to her room in the hostel to find some clue.
He went to the hostel and as soon as he entered piya's room, his senses alarmed him that the room was filled with a vampire slayer's scent. He rushed to the cupboard and found it destroyed too. Some others photos were also lying out in which piya's mother's face was either burnt or torn…. Now what is this?
Abhay: this is surely a slayers scent…. Piya is in danger…. How can this be possible….? Why only her mother's face is destroyed? Something is majorly wrong…. This is worse…. A slayer on trail…. But how does he know piya? I never sensed any hunter in dehradun before…. Piya is in serious danger…. I have to sort this fast…. Who are you damn it?

VAMPIRE SLAYER…. This is thrilling…. But why only sugandh's face is destroyed in the photos…. Psychology assignment…. Vampire meeting…. Superiors want to meet piya…. Lots of pain, mystery and DANGERS…!!!!!!!!
