G: pyar se I love you Maan

Geet smiles and hugs Maan.

Maan recalls adi's words about the accident that geet and Vicky met 2 days ago. He is worried.

M: geet! tum teek tho hena?

G: aap yesa kyun pooch rahe hai maan?

M: adi told me that you met an accident

Geet senses maan's restlessness. She tries to comfort him

G: Maan! it was a very small accident. aap gabraye math maan! main bilkul teek hu.

M: geet! you have promised me that you will take good care of yourself and never let anything happen to you. hena?

G: ji

M: then how could you be so careless geet? how could you let that accident happen?

G: maan! it was raining that day and the road was so slippery. Vicky lost his control on the motorbike...

M: whatever geet...you must have taken care of yourself. what was the need to go out when it was raining?

G: maan! you went missing all of a sudden. You sounded so tensed on the phone. I didn't know what you were going through. Do you expect me to sit peacefully inside the house?

M: but geet you have promised me...

Geet comes out of maan's embrace and she puts her index finger on his lips

G: chup bilkul chup

Maan looks into geet's eyes. She also looks into maan's eyes. So it is time for Mahi Mahi eyelock. After few minutes maaneet are coming out of the trance.

Geet takes her finger off maan's lips. She leans on maan's chest and rests her head on his shoulder. She places her palm on maan's heart and closes her eyes. Maan is caressing her head.

G: maan! when you are not with me, i forget that i even exist in this world. Geet's life is that bonded with maan's. Geet smiles when maan is happy. Geet cries when maan is sad. Apart from Maan, there can not be any reasons for geet's smile and tears. geet's life is inseparable from maan's.

Maan kisses geet's forehead and tightens the hug. Geet is cherishing the moment and she continues talking...

G: maan! in your absence, all my promises become meaningless.Geet can never think about herself when maan is not with her. samje hai aap?

M: hmmm

G: i love you maan

M: i love you too geet

After few minutes maan starts to talk...

M:geet! i will never leave you. i will be with you forever. It is my promise geet

Geet smiles

M: geet! will you make a promise to me?

G: ji

M: you should never leave me even if ask you to do so.

G: iska matlab...will you again ask me to leave you?

Maan didn't expect this question from geet.

M: nahi geet! woh...

Geet smiles

G: don't bother to reply maan. i know...you will never ask me to leave you.

M; now promise geet

G: teek hai maan! i will never leave you even if you ask me to do so. It is my promise.

Mann smiles.

After sometime...

As geet is very tired, she dossess off on maan's chest. Maan didn't know that geet has slept. He keeps on talking...

M: geet! do you know, how i met you for the first time?

G:...

M: 2 years ago, i met you in that slum.

Geet is in deep sleep.

M: when i saw you for the first time, i felt like i have some strong bond with you. i tried to ignore that feeling...

As there is no reply from geet, maan stops talking and looks down at her face. geet is sleeping peacefully. Maan smiles

M: (st) ye geet bhi na!

He makes her to lay on the bed and tucks the blanket. Our Khumbakarni geet is sleeping. Maan is starring at her lovingly.

M: (st) geet! i am so excited to tell you about my 2 year old love story. I am dying to see your reaction when i tell you about this. when i came to confess my love...

Suddenly he remembers about nandhini's death. He again goes back to guilty mode.

M: (st) par geet! how am i going to tell you that i am the one who failed to save your sister? will you ever forgive me geet? do i deserve your love?

Maan closes his eyes and he is lost in past thoughts.

After few minutes maan's mobile rings. He comes out of thoughts and attends the call. it is Pinky on the line. Not wanting to disturb geet's sleep, Maan walks out of the room and talks. Pinky informs him that some important foreign clinets are waiting for him in the office. after hesitating for few seconds, maan decides to go to office. he cuts pinky's call and comes back to geet's room.

Geet is sleeping.

M:(st) geet! i will be back in the evening and take you home

He kisses her forehead and leaves her room.

When maan comes out of geet's room, he sees Vicky who is watching cricket sitting on the couch. Maan comes and stands next to him. vicky didn't notice maan. maan keeps on staring at Vicky for sometime.

M: (st) why i am feeling that this vicky is related to me? whenever i see him, why i feel like i am seeing Mom and Karan?

Maan notices a bandage on Vicky's forehead. Without realising what he is doing, he touches vicky's forehead.

Vicky is shocked by the sudden touch of someone. He turns around with a jerk and sees maan who is staring at him. vicky is surprised. He gets up from the couch and stands infront of maan.

Vicky: MB!

Maan hugs Vicky and caresses his head. Vicky is so happy and tears gather in his. He too hugs maan back.

(Maan is vicky's hero since his childhood. Vicky loves and respects maan very much. Vicky does not know who his father is. Whenever someone talks about his father, Vicky imagines maan in that place. Karan used to tell Vicky, a lot of stories on how maan took care of the former in the absence of their mother. So, Vicky had started to crave for Maan's love since his childhood. Though Vicky had with him, Sharmila, geet, ajay and karan, his heart always crave for his big brother's love. For the betterment of maan, Vicky restricts himself from telling the former anything about their relationship.)

After few seconds, maan parts from vicky. Not wanting to let his emotions loose, vicky holds his tears back. Maan didn't know why he hugged vicky. Maan turns to leave and he stops in the midway and talks in a commanding tone

M: Vicky! Hereafter, Don't ride your motorbike when it rains

Vicky is so touched by maan's concern. He becomes so emotional. But he tries to sound normal

Vicky: MB! you too Don't go missing when it rains. Otherwise i will have no other choice but to ride my bike in the rain.

Maan is also touched by vicky's words. he turns around and sees Vicky.

M: (st) this Vicky is someone to me. but who?

Vicky notices that maan is lost in some thoughts. he tries to lighten the moment and he starts to tease him

Vicky: hello jijaji! Now come out of your dreams

Maan comes out of his thoughts.

Vicky: MB! when are you planning to go missing again?

Maan gives him a stern look

Vicky: don't be angry MB!

M: stop it Vicky

Vicky: OK stopped.

M: i am going to office now. when geet wakes up, inform her to be ready. I will come back at 8.30pm and take her to the mansion.

Vicky bows his head and says very politely

Vicky: yes shahenshah!!!!!!!!

Maan again gives vicky a stern look and leaves the place. Vicky smiles.

After 2 hours, Geet wakes up from her sleep. she recalls how maan confessed his love a few hours ago and she smiles.

G: (st) maan! everything seem like a dream to me. still i couldn't believe that you confessed.

Geet pinches her arm and shouts "ouch". Now only geet realises that maan is not there in the room

G: (st) ab maan kahan chal gaye?

She comes out her room and asks Vicky

G: vicky!

Vicky: geet! how is your head ache now?

G: i am alright. Has maan left?

Vicky decides to tease geet for some time. So he starts to act as if maan did not come to their home at all

Vicky: what are you asking geet? i could not understand anything?

G: didn't you see maan?

Vicky: where?

G: in our home

Vicky: geet! tum pagal hogayi kya?

Geet is confused

G: tum yesa kyun pooch raha hu Vicky?

Vicky: MB does not even know our house address. Then how could he come here?

Geet starts to think

G: (st) vicky is right! Maan did not know this address. Then how did he come here?

Vicky: geet! did you dream about MB?

Now geet is really confused

G: (st) did maan really come or is it my dream?

Geet recalls whatever happened in her bedroom a few hours ago...maan's tears, his restlessness, his confession, his hugs and kisses, her teasings, their promises to each other. She could not even imagine that all of them may be a dream.

Vicky is enjoying geet's restlessness. Geet tries to conform with vicky once again

G: vicky! Did't you really see maan?

Vicky: no geet

Tears almost gather in geet's eyes

G: but Vicky! A few hours back, maan was with me. i saw him in my room, i talked to him, he confes...

Geet realises what she is about to say. she stops in the middle.

Vicky didn't miss to hear geet's half-said word "confes". He smiles to himself

Vicky: (st) thank god! Finally, Something something is going on between my bhai and bhabhi.

But he continues to tease geet

Vicky: geet! i am sure, MB did not come here. I think you are hallucinating him.

That is it. Geet concludes that it was in her dream where maan confessed. She is very disappointed and she bursts out into tears. vicky is shocked and he tries to comfort her. he holds geet by her shoulder, makes her sit on the couch and wipes out her tears.

Vicky: hey geet! don't cry. I am sorry yaar

Geet is still crying

Vicky: bhabhi please stop crying. I was just joking

Geet stops crying and stares at vicky questioningly

Vicky: hmmm. Your hubby was here to see you.

Geet could not believe it yet.

G: sach?

V: hmmm

Geet again becomes happy and she is excited to know how maan reached her place

G: but vicky! As you said, maan did not know our address. How did he come?

Vicky: so now this Princess wants to know how the Prince reached her palace. Hena?

Geet blushes

Vicky: OK. Now let me tell you that fairy tale.

Geet smiles

Vicky: the Prince called me over phone and asked for the Princess' address

G: phir?

Vicky: phir kya? the prince jumped on his horse and rode it to the palace

Geet is literally imagining maan riding a horse.

G: phir?

Vicky: the prince reached the princess' palace and knocked at the door.

Geet has gone into lala land with maan. she has completely lost it.

G: phir?

Vicky: the Princess' servant Vicky opened the door for the Prince

G: phir?

Vicky: the Prince was so tensed and impatient to see his princess. He asked me where the princess is

G: phir?

Vicky: then i showed him the princess' room

G: phir?

Vicky: the Prince went inside the princess' room

G: phir?

Vicky: then he locked the door from inside

Geet did't realise what she is doing. she asks vicky casually

G: phir?

Vicky is embarrassed by this 'Phir' of geet.

Vicky: geet! now stop embarrassing me with your non-stop 'Phirs'.

G: phir?

Vicky rolls his eyes.

Vicky: OMG geet! hereafter i don't know what happened inside. If you are so desparate to know the rest of the story, you call MB and ask him.

Saying this vicky leaves the place.

Geet is still in the lala land with maan. She didn't realise what she is doing. she literally calls maan's mobile to ask him what happened after he locked the door.

Maan is seriously discussing about a project with foreign clients. His mobile rings. Maan checks the caller's name.

M: (st) Mrs. MSK calling.

He smiles.

As the clients are in a hurry to catch their flight, they want the discussion to end as soon as possible. So maan is not in a position to attend geet's call now. but he did not feel like ignoring her call either. So he excuses himself from the clients and attends the call.

M: bolo geet

G: phir?

Maan misunderstands, geet is saying that she will call later. he smiles and thanks her

M: thanks geet

maan cuts the call.

geet is confused and annoyed.

G: (st) bolo geet...thanks geet. then he cuts the call. what is he thinking of himself?

She is so desparate to know what happened after maan locked the door. So she again calls maan's mobile

Maan checks the caller name

M: (st) why geet is calling me again? Is there any emergency?

He attends the call again

M: kya hua geet?

G: that is what i am too asking. Phir kya hua?

Maan is confused

M: 'Phir kya hua' matlab?

Now geet feels shy to ask him directly. So she stumbles

G: woh..woh...phir kya hua maan?

Maan could not understand what geet is asking about

M: geet! what are you asking about? i could not get you

G: phir kya hua maan?

Maan thinks that geet is asking what happened after she fell asleep. so he starts to explain to geet in a low voice.

M: geet! after you fell asleep, i received a call from pinky. She informed me that clients are waiting. so i left for office. after i reached office we started the project discussion. We have discussed most of the aspects. right now we are disuccsing about the structural designs. Few more things are yet to be discussed. the clients are in a hurry to catch their flight to Hong Kong. so we are trying to end the meeting as soon as possible...

Geet is confused

G: maan! why are you saying all these things to me?

M: you only asked na...Phir kya hua?...phir kya hua?

G: i didn't ask about this maan

The clients are impatiently waiting for maan to end his phone call.

M: then what did you ask about?

Geet again blushes

G: woh...woh...

Now maan is annoyed

M: dekho geet! if you keep on dragging the convo, the clients will miss their flight. Show some mercy to them

Now only, Geet understands that maan is really busy. She feels bad.

G: i am sorry maan! i didn't know that you are in a meeting. that is why i called you. sorry for disturbing you

M: koi bath nahi geet. i will call you later.

G: ji

Maan cuts the call and starts to concentrate in the discussion.

After sometime...

The meeting ends and the clients leaves maan's office.

(babaji! Help these poor clients to catch their flight in time)

After the clients have left, maan calls geet's mobile. she attends the call

M: hello geet!

G: ji

M: phir kya hua?

G: kya?

M: wo mera matab hai...you were asking something like Phir kya hua. Hena?

G: ji

M: what did you ask?

G: kuch nahi maan

M: geet! are you trying to hide something from me?

G: yesa kuch nahi hai.

M: ab bolo! What did you ask me?

G: woh maan! when you came to my room, i was sleeping na...

M: hmmm

G: i ididn't know what you were doing until i woke up

M: acha

G: i just thought to ask you what happened...

Maan goes into full romantic mood and he teases her

M: geet! i can not explain that in words

G: phir?

M: tonight, i will give you a demo of what happened

Geet is blushing like anything. she goes mute. Maan smirks.

M: geet! are you ready for the demo?

G:...

M: bolo geet

G:...

M: teek hai. i take your silence as your acceptance.

G:...

M: geet! did Vicky inform you?

G: kya maan?

M: i will come at 8:30 to take you to the mansion. be ready. Hmmm?

Geet smiles

G: ji

Maan smiles and cuts the call.
