Part 10

Hasina suddenly remembered something. 'Oh no !! How could I forget that they have centuries of hatred between them ?? I shouldn't let them meet alone.'

" Chand. I need to check on the boys. I'm afraid they'll start another fight. You take rest. I'll be back soon." And she was gone.

' Hasina.. You are becoming weak with your motherly affections. I hope it doesn't create any danger for our existence.'

Panchi was having a troubled sleep, with nightmares from her past, which obviously involved all the three guys who had affected her life. It was always interrelated. Dhanish who was her first love but also broke her heart for the first time. Sidharth who mended her heart but then broke her trust in love forever. Neel who forced himself into her life that was turned upside down by the betrayal. Each one reminded her of the other two. But everytime she had these nightmares, it always ended with the same guy. The one who took her for a ride of whirlwind romance...

But tonight, it was an entirely different dream. She found herself facing all the guys at the same time, each trying to get back into her life. Someone was forcing her to take a decision, with a time limit. She was struggling to get out of there...from the pressure, from the presence of those guys...but she couldn't break free. She felt as if she was going to die struggling. And then suddenly she was awake. She looked up relieved, and saw Piya shaking her to wake up.

" I'm up. Stop shaking me. What's it ? "

" Its midnight and Misha is not back yet."

" What ??!! What do you mean she's not back? Did you call Jay? "

" I tried both their numbers many times. But both phones are out of range. I don't know what to do."

" What were you thinking, waiting till midnight ? " scolded Panchi, getting worried about Misha. It was another thing that Misha was capable of taking care of herself but it was past midnight now. This had never happened before.

" What to do now ? Where will we search her ?"

" Just a minute. Let me try their phones."

Panchi tried to call both Jay and Misha but their phones were still out of range. She was hesitant to call Neel, but it was the matter of her sister. She made up her mind and dialed his number. The phone rang but no one attended the call. ' What was I thinking ? He must be busy with his girlfriend.'

" Let's check at the Khurana house first."

The sisters got ready and managed to get the car out on road without waking up Arnab. 'Good thing Mom is not back yet. Else she would 've turned the house upside down worrying about Misha.' thought Panchi.

Sidharth watched Abhay, who in turn was still staring at him in shock. He found it funny that his brother was speechless seeing him back. ' Tsk tsk !! Is this how he'll welcome his brother ? I expected atleast a welcome punch.' He started walking away, while Abhay stood still, trying to figure out how Sidharth could possibly return.

Panchi drove the car while Piya continued trying Jay and Misha's numbers. After a long time that seemed like eternity, Jay's call got connected.

" Hello ? "

" Thank God Jay, you picked up." Piya was relieved.

" What do you want Dobriyal ? That too at midnight? " He sounded irritated.

" You are asking me what I want ?! What did you do to my sister? " Piya got equally irritated.

" What nonsense is this ? "

" Nonsense ?! Misha hasn't reached home yet and we saw her last with you. And you ask me what nonsense ?! "

Panchi slammed the brakes and snatched phone from Piya. " This is not the time to fight," she scolded her. " Hello Jay. Misha didn't reach home till now and we can't reach her phone either. We were trying your number for a long time. Do you know anything about Misha's whereabouts? Please help us here."

" Panchi...Your sister is getting on my nerves." He sighed. " No, I have no idea. We went to club afterwards and then she started drinking. I had to go for some urgent work and I even offered a lift but she said she'll go later. Ok, wait for my call, I'll go searching."

" Actually...we are on road."

" What ??!! Are you girls crazy? Going out at midnight alone ? Where are you guys now? "

Panchi looked around and was shocked to find that they were near the jungle, again.

" We are near the jungle."

" Wait there, and stay in the car itself. I'm coming right now."

Jay couldn't stop murmuring his disapproval at their action. He didn't want to waste time, so he phoned Neel while rushing out and asked him to meet him near the jungle. Jay cut the call before Neel could ask anything.

Part 11

Abhay came back to his senses as Sidharth started walking away. " No, not again. I won't let you destroy our lives." He whispered, as he rushed forward and pinned Sidharth to a tree. " I don't care how you returned, but I'll kill you again if I have to. I won't let you harm Piya again. I won't let you destroy my family."

Sidharth sighed. " You are very boring, you know that? Same silly dialogues. 'I won't let you harm my love', 'I won't let you harm my family.' I bet you are still saying the same dialogue to Piya too, 'Stay away from me.' Right? "

Abhay's reaction said it all. " No wonder you are still lonely. I can see in your eyes that loneliness. Change your dialogues for once, lil brother." Sidharth teased him, instead of fighting back.

"Drop your good act and tell me what's your plan this time. I know you have something up your sleeve." Abhay was not going to trust this guy, who ruined his happiness every time.

" Its none of your business."

" It is my business. When it comes to your targets, it always has something to do with me. Tell me right now." Abhay was getting angrier by minute.

" Don't think so high of yourself. Just because twice it was related to you, doesn't mean it'll happen third time too." Sidharth was not going to give in. Just because he dropped all bad business doesn't mean he'll forgive Abhay for the unfair treatment he had got from life.

Hasina scolded herself for letting Abhay go before she revealed about Sidharth. ' Both blame each other for the game fate had played on them. If it wasn't for Maithili, the brothers would 've been together now.'

Abhay was about to retort back when the girl, who was lying on the ground all forgotten, gained consciousness. " My head !!" she groaned holding her head. To the surprise of the brothers, a series of expletives followed. 'What type of girl curses like this on gaining consciousness ? ' both wondered.

Soon they got their answer when she moved her hair from the face. " Misha ??!! " Both were surprised. ' What was she doing here, that too with a werewolf ? ' Abhay and Sidharth looked at each other in confusion.

Abhay cared for her as Piya's sister while Sidharth liked the girl's smartness when he was dating Panchi. Their animosity forgotten, they reached her side in unison to help her up. She was clearly drunk.

Misha looked to one side and saw Abhay. " Hey buddy, what are you doing here ? Want a drink ? " She looked to the other side and saw Sidharth. " You !! Aren't you like dead for over a year now ? " turning back to Abhay, " Sorry dude. No more drinks. I'm seeing dead people now." and passed out, falling right on the brothers.

She was amused that it was neither Piya nor the family that brought them together, but Misha. ' Looks like both are fond of their lil sister-in-law. ' Hasina was surprised at her thoughts.'When didI start thinking like humans ??!! '

" Come, let's go. We'll drop her at her home." The brothers nodded, still lost in thoughts about how Misha was related to the werewolves.

Panchi and Piya saw Hasina going into the jungle. They wondered if they should follow her but Misha was their top priority. So they waited for Jay and soon he reached them.

" No, we are still trying."

" Let me try."

That was when Neel arrived. Panchi didn't want his help but Jay convinced her that they needed more help at the moment. Jay was trying Misha's number again when they suddenly heard it ringing nearby. All four turned in unison, only to see three figures coming out of the jungle, carrying someone.

" There she is." said Jay.

" with Mrs. Raichand." continued Neel.

" Abhay !!" added Piya.

" Sidharth ??!!" ended Panchi.

Jay and Piya rushed to Misha, while Panchi stood rooted, with Neel watching both Panchi and Sidharth after hearing her say his name in shock. ' What is he to her ? '

Panchi couldn't take her eyes off him. He was there in her dreams, when he was alive and even after he died. Now he was right there in front of her. ' Is this another dream? How can he return? What's going on? '

Abhay and Sidharth allowed Jay and Piya to hold Misha and stepped back. They carried her to the car and Piya was about to get in with her. She turned back to look at Abhay, wondering how he found her sister, and Abhay couldn't help looking at her.

Sidharth scanned the small crowd ahead of him and found Panchi staring at him in shock. He wasn't surprised by her reaction, seeing that it was the same one he had got from his Mom and brother. 'Pity I missed Dad's reaction.' He looked at her, feeling sorry for wrecking her life.

The staring sessions of both pairs of siblings were broken by Jay when he pressed the carhorn.

" Come on girls, time to get you home."

Piya got in unwillingly while Panchi was still in trance.

" Let's move. They are safe now." said Hasina and the boys followed her to her car.

Panchi was still staring at the moving figure of Sidharth. Neel couldn't control anymore and he pulled her by hand forcefully. The pain brought back Panchi to her senses and she looked at him irritated. She snatched away her hand and looked at Sidharth again only to see him going away. ' I can't let him go like this. He has to answer all my questions.' She was about to run after him but Neel held her hand again.

" You are going in the wrong direction. Your car is in the other way."

Panchi looked again at Hasina's car but it was gone now. She just wanted to murder Neel then and there.
