Recap: Arnav's smile grew wider and he instantly turned towards the little bundle of joy and went and gently lifted his niece into his arms. Arnav was overwhelmed by the sheer joy and pride he felt after looking at the small bundle in his arms. He tenderly kissed the baby girl's forehead and rubbed his nose against hers whilst murmuring - in a voice laced with joy, pride and affection

'Haavayein layi hain mohobbat ke paigaam, suniye Humari Daastan'

Anjali laughed and walked upto Arnav,

'Surprise kaisa laga?' she asked, with a twinkle in her eyes.

Arnav turned to look at his Di,

'Itni khushi mehsoos ho rahi hai ki main bata bhi nahi sakta Di!' he exclaimed excitedly,

'Lekin aapne mujhe pehle kyun nahi bataya?' Arnav turned his face in mock anger.

Anjali smiled sweetly,

'Arre, aap vahan kaam kar rahe the, aapko bata dete toh aap sab chohd ke yahan aajate.' she explained.

Arnav turned back,

'Hmmm, theek hai. Lekin abse yeh meri hui theek hai - aapke time ho gaye iske saath.'

Anjali laughed at Arnav's comment,

'Theek hai chote - aap hi sambhalo ise.' she joked.

'Vaise Di - iske naam rakha hai kya?' Arnav asked whilst gazing down at the small bundle in his arms.

'Mamoo ke bina naam kaise rakhte?' Anjali replied.

Hearing this Arnav's smile grew extremely wide and he cooed at the baby,

'Yeh hui na baat. Aakhir mamoo ke bina, bhanji ka naam koi rakhke toh dikhaye!'

Anjali and Arnav both laughed and headed out to the living area to join Savita and Khushi.

Savita and Khushi both smiled as they saw Arnav and Anjali come in with the baby in their arms.

'Chaunk gaye na?' Khushi teased Arnav making Anjali and Savita both laugh.

Arnav jokingly scowled at her,

'Tumhein toh main baad mein dekhoonga.' he teased back,

'Lekin Maa - apne bhi mujhe nahi bataya!'

Savita laughed lightly,

'Arre hum bata dete toh phir yeh khushi kaise dekhte tumhare chehra par?'

Arnav smiled, understanding the immense love his family had for him but his smile quickly changed into a frown when Anjali took his niece from him as she needed to feed her.

As Anjali left, Arnav began talking to his mother about all that he had seen and experienced abroad whilst both Savita and Khushi listened intently with proud expressions. Whilst Savita laughed and responded to Arnav's tales, Khushi sat silently admiring him and listening to him speak.

Just as Arnav was in the middle of a humorous anecdote, Kaka entered the room,

'Khaana lag gaya hai.' he announced.

An idea suddenly struck Savita,

'Kaka - aap Arnav aur Khushi ka khaana yahan le ayi. Yeh dono upar chaht pe khaa lenge.'

Khushi blushed and looked down whilst Arnav smiled his biggest smile and winked at his mother.

'Lekin aap Ma?' Khushi asked.

'Humein abhi bhook nahi hai Khushi.' Savita replied with a teasing look on her face.

Arnav then sprung up and engulfed his mother in a bear hug.

'I love you Ma!' he exclaimed.

Savita chuckled,

'Haan haan - ab maska mat lagao aur Khushi ko leke upar jao.'

Arnav bowed to show his agreement and took a crimson Khushi up the stairs to the balcony.

As Arnav and Khushi reached the rooftop of the house, he removed his hand that had been supporting her from around her waist and opened the door leading to the roof. As Arnav busied himself in opening the door, Khushi started fiddling with her chunni - an old habit of hers that came out whenever she was nervous.

Arnav turned around and smiled upon seeing Khushi fiddling with her chunni, he stepped closer to her and whispered,

'Dar kyun lag raha hai - main tumhe nahin khaa jaoonga.' he asked with a mischevious smile.

Khushi smiled as she looked up into Arnav's eyes - becoming momentarily mesmerised by the sheer love she saw in them. Arnav's voice pulled her from her daze,

'Ab chaliye madam, peht mein poore ka poora zoo daud raha hai.'

'Daht.' she scolded lovingly and they both stepped out onto the moonlit rooftop.
