Its a very normal thing to transfer properties in husband's name incase of wife's death...or appoint a husband as guardian of a wife's property. Even if no such document is made, in case of a woman who has no kids and dies ...property goes to husband anyways.

Very true...but in her case...deep inside the trust is still missing...and as she gets an evidence she puts 2+2 =4 ... She actually asks...why at the time of marriage this doc was signed...if Maan asked for it...
